Came quickly. The road was dark and battery died after deer hit. Owner frustrated he can t find over ride. I gave him a perfect FOB, he returned a broken with no key. Blamed anything/anyone. Husband and I were both there. $100 deductible BUT $300+ for new FOB

The Ours Towing Team had my back again yesterday and saved me tons of grief and dollars. Our Corvettte starter failed in New Lexington and I needed to get the car home to Somerset.Matty was super helpful on the phone to get my tow scheduled. Jeff treated our 13' Corvette Z06 with velvet gloves. Not an easy car to tow, being so low and the lightweight materials in the frame of the Z06 vs. regular Corvette. By dropping straight into my work bay and helping push it onto the ramps, it was set for me to replace the starter myself. Without Jeff's skill and help, our "baby" would have been left outside in the coming overnight rain/snow/elements.I love that I can trust Ours Wrecker Service with everything from my old project cars to our "Bucket List" Super Car. It is great that it doesn't matter which team member is involved, great service every time. THANK YOU!!!Service: Car towing

Ours went above and beyond fixing SO much on my Jeep. Great work, and work ethics. Excellent customer service, and cute Corgi dog butt wiggles to boot when we went to pick it up ! I can't say enough about this business! I will recommend them to anyone! (THANKS DAVE!!)

I needed a tow from where I was working .. had a great experience! service was fast... and friendly service ! Everyone was very nice I talked too and got me where I needed to go ! They accept AAA and answer the phones ! Definitely recc. for this area!

Had get tow from New.Lex to Lancaster called to get a quote and lady I spoke with was super nice and the price was very reasonable I didn't need get another quote. Tow truck guy showed up very professional and nice guy glad they was my first call. I will use them in future if needed

My boyfriend and I broke down on the highway. It was 35 minutes from Somerset. The guy working (tow truck driver) had his girlfriend in the tow truck with him. So I had to illegally sit on my boyfriends lap for the 35 minute drive back home. I'm not a skinny girl either. It was so cramped and we couldn't wear a seat belt. I was FURIOUS at how unprofessional it was. And sad for anyone else he does this to.Service: Car towing
