No sense of urgency from management on down! I ve had a loves (LTC) account for the last 5 years. I ve never waited this long to get a simple tire change with nobody in the bay but myself and another customer. 6 employees, 4 hours later and I m finally getting out of here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Stopped in front of a bay for an oil change. As soon as I got out of the truck to go check in a guy came out and gave me attitude saying that I should know not to park in front of a bay if I don t have an appointment.Omg gee and lol really? I was supposed to know. . .

Called for an estimate on a steer tire for my truck. They wanted $1200 out the door to replace one steer tire. I don't know how they come up with they're numbers but I came down the road to Sidney Tire and Service, 1231 Wapakoneta Ave, Sidney, OH 45365, and paid $638.51 out the door for them to put the same exact Firestone steer tire on my truck that loves wanted $1200 for.

Do not use their road side service!! Had a trailer blow a tire and they sent 2 unqualified technicians out, it took them 2 hours to remove the tire and were unable to remove tire from rim. Called another technician out to help and it took him 15 mins to remove and replace tire. Speedo then charged me the 2 hours of labor for the unqualified technicians. Called to discuss and was basically told " that is what it is" . Terrible business ethics! Do not use road side!!

After 7 freaking hours of waiting for replacement on front tires, they are telling me that they are closing for the day.WAIT WHAT ?!?Antonio ''shift manager" go wash dishes somewhere pal.Hope you find this review helpful and avoid this terrible place.

this is a terrible place, people work here who don t want to work, with empty doors they make you wait for hours for an oil change, they are slackers, it s terrible, Jim is terrible, he doesn t know where the oil filter is on the truck!

I lost two days in another shop and a lot of money, I came to the Loves and mechanic he is name was BRENT fixed the problem in 20 minutes he was very professional and front desk man Antonio was very friendly. Thank you guys

Came here late at night during 2am for emergency tire replacement . Thank the lord , that Doug was around to help balanced & mount my spare trailer tire . Doug was very professional and worked very hard to Insured me back on the road safely. He saved me from a load that was already close to deadline delivery to be delivered on time . Much appreciated Doug!He got me out within 8 minutes .Service: Tires

wait 5 hours to change a tire. I went to check to see what was happening 6 times and they told me to wait and there were always 3 to 4 workers talking and having fun in the office. They don't want to work. I'll try to never come back

Worst place I've ever been.Just needed flat tire replacement.These guys are lazy and very arogant.I was waiting for 2:45 hours and after I went back there and ask them how long yet it's going to take....the guy there Toni (or John) said if you don't like it feel free to go....:(So I did what was told....I found more reliable place to solve my problem.

Don t waste your time at this shop. Arrived at 8 PM , asking for oil change and tires change We waited all night for someone to call us back.I went back to see what was going on in the morning, why nobody called me and I found the paper where I checked-in , in the trash can. And then they start with attitude .I do not understand why people who do not want to work are still looking for jobUnprofessional and lazy mechanic hereFrom me -0

I called them for oil change to ask how many truck are ahead of me, but answer was unclear: A lot of trucks in a cube! Actually this is loves truck shop, and no speedco location, where you spent 1-2 hour for oil change!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been sitting here since 1pm yesterday. Waited 3 hours for an oil change. They cut a coolant line while removing a filter. Then attempted to repair with a Jerry rig idea and was upset with me because I insisted that they fix what they tore up. Do not recommendService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service as always. It's also nice because you can park your truck there 24 hours before and after any service that you have done. Also nice is that you don't have to drop your trailer to get work done because their bays are inset.

Good experience, professional staff, quality maintenance. Couldn't give 5 stars, no driver lounge, they do have a small waiting area in the office. On the up side, loves has a hardees and a pizza place.

If your gonna put up a new store to service trucks, then you need to have somebody there to service trucks. Got there at 3 o'clock In the afternoon and 2 trucks ahead of me. 1st truck has been in the bay for over 30 minutes and they have not touched him. Went to the service counter and the guy is on the phone quoting prices for trucks that are not even there. Tells me how busy hes been. When somebody is servicing my truck I want their full attention on servicing my truck, not waiting for a tire call to come in so they can leave. What a joke. Speedco has gone down drastically since Loves took over. They could care less about your time.

Absolutely correct all reviews, I should of read before stop and waist 2 hrs , left with out service went to different place !It s the most slow speedco in USA , had told will in bay in 45-1 hr, come back in 1.5 and got another 1 hr wait notice ! They are joke !I think they hate their job there ! How can you keep them there ?????

Good place for quick easy repairs especially tires. Pricey but I'm a company guy so it's whatever.

I came hire for dot and oil change there was one truck inside but mechanic waiting for the parts.so I spent 3 -4 h hire.They did the inspection and the rest of the Time just wait like I did ????? I don t understand how this place operates they should be in minus doing business like this.Off course I didn t change oil.I was only truck inside and parts still didn t arrive by the time I was there. No wonder this place have 2,6

Have nail in tire. Was told an hour. I waited. Over an hour passes I checked in and was told two more hours. What a joke. Don't waste your time here
