I have dealt with Rocket Chevrolet for at least twenty some years. Most recently I am leasing a new Equinox. Dan was so helpful in getting me in my new vehicle. Mike took the time to explain everything in it before I left the parking lot. Tyler walked me through the many forms I needed to sign, and explained everything to me. Can't forget to mention Zack and Tyler H. Those two have been instrumental in me having some very nice vehicles over the years. If you haven't been there, you should stop in and talk with the guys. Won't be disappointed. Thanks Rocket Chevrolet for everything!

Purchased a CT4-V Blackwing from Rocket and couldn't be happier with the experience. My salesman Todd was great from the initial email inquiry to our appointment. Completely pressure-free, friendly experience with remarkably fast financing. This is how car sales SHOULD be!

The guys at Rocket Chevy are the best. My father purchased and leased vehicles from them for many years. The sales guys are great, I've also bought vehicles from them myself. They have a great service and parts dept, with awesome customer service.

Hands down the worst experience I ever had with any service department in my life the service manager was rude condescending and then argued with me about me not having a warrenty instead of checking to find out that I actually do have bumper to bumper warranty then he told me the service fee would be a $140 for them to diagnose what they've already diagnosed And as I was getting upset with him interrupting me and condescending everything he said some half a man came running over there and asked me to leave I will never do business there ever so glad I didn't purchase any of my vehicles from them. Defiantly don't do business with this place. Sales team may be good but God help you when you need service, very rude and over all uneducated, even told me once they can't reset my gps, um yes you actually can. Onstar also told me that there shouldn't be a charge for this as it's causing me to not be able to use some of my purchase agreed functions. Ridiculous!

I was in a panic, as my 2019 Bolt suddenly had a software glitch at 6:30pm limiting the possible charge to 51 miles. Concierge found them for me, 14 miles away. Stunned they were open till 8 on a Monday night, I arrived at 7:40, after keeping them on the phone as I drove. The EV technician figured it right out, and I could resume my cross-continent road trip 25 minutes later. No charge, as my Vermont service contract should cover it, but they ll call me if there s a deductible. Fabulous, brilliant, calming, and totally helpful to this passer-through! Thanks team you re the best!

I have been using Rocket Chevrolet for close to 10 years now and I love stopping in! the treat me like a friend not a customer great friendly people the parts team is amazing I mean Ron will go out his way to find any part discontinued parts, obscure parts whatever you need he has the connections. The service department is super friendly and goes out there way to make sure you vehicle new or old gets the love it needs. I drive passed the big chevy dealer in Mansfield to go to Rocket Chevrolet, Oldsmobile and Geo for all my GM vehicles. It's the best Chevy dealer I have ever been too.

When I first purchased my C7 corvette in June of 2022, I was completely amazed by the amount of help and guidance that was offered to me before, during, and after making this big purchase. When I ultimately decided to trade the C7 corvette in for a brand new 2023 C8 convertible the following year, sales professional Dave Lewis went above and beyond the expectations that I had for him, which were already high from how much he helped me with the C7. Dave kindly and patiently walked me through the entire process, from helping me build the car of my dreams to ensuring that once it was built, it was delivered to my home safely and soundly. He worked with me after hours, on nights, on weekends, and at times when I know that he had a million other things that he could have been doing instead. I cannot thank him and Rocket Chevrolet enough for helping me make this big dream into a reality!

Drove up from Columbus to buy a set of wheels they had in stock. Some of the nicest people in the parts and service departments I ve come across. Much helpful and knowledgeable, and their pricing was fair compared to others. Highly recommend.

Although we didn t purchase a vehicle at Rocket this time, I ve got to shout out to Matt. He listened to exactly what our needs and situation was and met every expectation. We were on a busy schedule and he had everything waiting and ready to go. No push, no thrills, no waiting around for hours. Professional and courteous service. Really impressed with the sales service received today and would highly recommend.

I have dealt with Rocket Chevy for alot of years....purchase and service. They have always treated me right. My salesman Mike, second truck I've bought from him. Tyler, finance guy is super helpful, and the owner Brent always remembers me and helpful as well. Kudos to Rocket Chevy!

New facility with friendly, courteous staff. Great service and parts department. Highly qualified auto technicians that are looking out for you to save you money. I experienced that when I took my truck in for service and was very impressed.
