So thankful for the guys at the Shelby store being so helpful with fixing the mistakes made by the guys at the Park Ave Mansfield store!! It was just an absolute mess of mistakes made by Mansfield and thankfully the guy's at the Shelby store listened to what I was explaining, looked into what I was told from Mansfield (which ended up being yet ANOTHER mistake made by that store ) and then we're able to fix those mistakes and get me what I really needed. And apologizing on behalf of the other gentleman from the park Ave store when they didn't have to do that. It wasn't their place to apologize on their behalf but they did anyways because they just couldn't believe all the mistakes that were made and how much I needed corrected. It was so appreciated!

Stopped at the store for a part but they didnt have but he called one closer to our house. They had and where holding till we got ther. Went to the store that was holding in Madison. They were so nice. As we where checking few other items a man cam in and as he was talking he was using cuss words. The manager ask him to please stop this kind of talk which he did. Thank you to the manager for taking care of this.

Jesse the store manager can't handle customer service problems. Selling parts with missing hardware. Bands people from his store when the customers catch the employees doing the wrong.

I prefer shopping here for ALL my vehicle needs. I come here so often I'm on a first name basis with all the O'Reilly 's professional staff. Paul usually gets whatever part I may need and Andy is always ready to ring me up and cash me out promptly and send me on my way... humor is definitely a bonus both these guys offer freely! So if your in the market for something for your vehicle... go on down to O'Reilly 's and visit Paul or Andy.. they will get you fixed rt up with fast...friendly... and knowledgeable service... all done with a lil sense of humor and a smile!

Very helpful! Could not find my receipt on a lifetime warranty part, but they took the time to research it and exchanged it for me. Very greatful. Friendly atmosphere too. Will be visiting them more often than the neighboring store A.A.

Just left the O'Reilly's in Shelby. 4 guys sitting behind the desk, 1 customer in the store besides myself. Heard the f-bomb 6xs, at least, along with other choice words. I was looking for 1 tool. Walked the entire store. Slowed down at the register where the workers are, they finally ask if I need help. I tell them the tool I'm looking for to which they said the aisle, which I walked up and down 3xs already to no avail. Walked slowly down again thinking they may come actually assist. Nope. I walked out to a "have a good day." I know this is the only O'Reilly's that has this bad of customer service but this was some of the worst service I've received ever. Auto zone is next door and will get my business from here on out.

Spun the computer screen around and showed me the price of $21 and change for a shock, said I would take a pair, than tried to charge me $51 EACH said that was someone else's account??? No way

I was here 10 minutes after they opened but it took me over a half hour to purchase an item. Computers were "booting up" long after they opened.
