I talked with the business owner in the morning. He was able to come that same day, in the afternoon. He identified the problem quickly, gave me an estimate and was able to get the part needed close by! He came back later that afternoon and finished my repair.Very satisfied with his work.Service: Dryer repair

Came to the house and fixed the sensor for my dryer the same day I called. He went even further to check the hoses for excess lint and cleaned them out! Went above and beyond!! You don't find that very often! I highly recommend C &L Appliance Services.!

I called twice and left a message about getting my washer fixed and they never called me back or did anything whatsoever. A bunch of people recommended these guys to me but apparently they don't care about their customers or even call you back or respond for a simple house call that is the whole basis of their entire business. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time. Call someone else, literally anyone else. These guys are trash.

After waiting 3� weeks for another company to get a washer part for me, I found C&L. Charlie was extremely helpful. He even told me I might be able to find a pump faster by checking the internet. He could have just said he would order it & let me wait even longer, but he cared more about getting my washer up & running. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!Service: Washing machine repair

Had someone come out to diagnos a problem with our washing machine and was called back a few days later with a reasonable price made an appointment for them to come back then called out of the blue with a brand new price that was more than double and doesnt recal speaking to me that morning and giving me that price and sounded uninterested in fixing our problem. Highly dissatisfied and did not have them back!

Shady to say the least. Did not show first time called even though I was given time frame. Called 1.5 hrs after time frame and told "he must have lost the slip". Rescheduled for next day with direction for tech to call before coming (3 phones calls from me trying to get time frame with this request each time) tech showed up with no prior call and spent 7 mins there. Charge was ridiculous and he didn't have change but said he could bring it back Monday. Right. After what I went through getting him there in first place and having to make arrangements for someone to be there to let him in whenever he decided to show up. His hourly rated works out to over $500/HR

The service was fine, a little pricey on the work he did replacing the ice maker. But I needed it and if you need something, you pay!

On 2 separate occasions in 6 years Charlie has fixed my appliances. Hes very knowlegdable a professional. Highly recomend to anyone Rates are more than fare and wont rip you off

This is a great company the owner let me job shadow so I could have some work experience. They are friendly and the customers I seen and spoke with were very pleased with there service and rates.
