Had a mess up today. These guys helped me out and helped me quick. Very fast and reasonably priced. The driver was super friendly and got me out of my rut in minutes. I would definitely recommend to any truck driver.Thank you!!!!

I had to visit these guys 2/28/24 for an alternator issue. I was sitting at the local TA truck stop 2 miles away trying to patiently wait my turn to get in to be worked on. It was going to be at least 5 hours there. My low voltage alarm was going off more frequently so I made a decision to call around even though I knew it was close to closing time for the smaller shops. I called World Truck and they told me to come on over and I m so thankful that I did. From the time I arrived to the time I was repaired was less than 45 minutes. Excellent workmanship, wonderful and knowledgeable mechanics. I will definitely be back if I need something else repaired or towed when I m in the area. Thanks for a job well done!

Warning to all of you truckers specially Owners Operators .Do not contact this company or otherwise they will Rip-off your money.I called them to check the price before the service to make sure they not RIP-OFF me after service and Guess what ? That s what they only do it .I had to tow my bobtail Only 35 miles away to dealership and they told me that will cost around $600 including labor, taxes end everything . All service towing was ONLY 1 hour or less than that, and then when we arrived to the dealer they sent me a bill for $ 1153.42 a Totally Scam !!!Also during the towing service one of the truck bearing blown up and then the guy didn t properly fix it, just put some bunches and that s it . That part cost me minimum $400 out of my pocket too !No recommend at all ! Totally Scam .

They were helpful and friendly. The guy who drove me was nice and made me feel safe, he even stayed when we got to the tire place because in his words it was a sketchy neighborhood so just incase .

My Tesla got a flat and Dakota was there in less than 30 mins of me signing my papers for the Tesla road assistance. He changed the tire in ten mins and we were back on the road. It was a great experience. Thanks again to Dakota!

Truck broke down between Seville and Medina at midnight. Tech came out within half an hour. Was unable to fix on the side of the road. The tech dropped us off at a hotel on his way back. They towed it to their shop and had it fixed before we got their the next morning! Affordable service 24hrs!

My truck broke down on Sunday and needed towed to the dealership. Dakota arrived within 30 minutes, promptly loaded my truck up on the flatbed, dropped it off at the dealership and then gave me a ride back. Excellent service, thank you so much!

This is towing company is ripping truckers as much as they can.They have been called to pull our stuck truck and trailer from the side of the road back on road. We have been charged $1770 for that.In the middle of conversation when I asked for breakdown of the invoice dispatcher said that I have to pay an invoice or my truck will be impounded. I never said I was trying not to pay or something.Will never use them for sure, want to make sure my experience with this business is publi .

They arrived quickly, delt with my broken down vehicle professionally, and delivered it to my repair shop promptly. Nobody wants to be in a non-working car on the side of the road, but if it happens to you, you will be glad you called World Truck Towing.

We broke down on the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon with our pick up and 5th wheel. They came with a hour of me calling( I know it could have been a lot longer) and the driver was very friendly and professional! They also let us stay in the parking lot until we were able to figure out a way back home. Great service would definitely recommend them!Service: Special vehicle towing

Call out mechanic was fast and did a good job with temporary fix to avoid needing. A wrecker. Once at the shop the work was good. I wish they would have gone for the parts needed instead of waiting until mid morning. Caused me to miss my delivery on time. We unfortunately had a mishap and got two tires blown out on the highway coming to visit family and they were amazing! I ve never had to use a tow trucking company before and the lady I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful! She made the whole process so easy and the guy that towed our car was very nice and even texted me letting me know he dropped my car off at a auto place for me! They are so great!Service: Car towing
