Called them out for a truck out of fuel, they got there fairly quick and put just enough fuel to get the truck to a truck stop. Did not overdue it or overcharge for the service. They were very professional and courteous

Called after hours service and Rob was able to get the issue with my trailer ABS system diagnosed and repaired immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great job! As I was driving past their location at 9pm I noticed the sun coming up over the crest of the hill. The intensity increased and the closer I got the more intense the light became. A few seconds later a flashbang went off in my car. I was blinded entirely. As I squinted and held my hand in front of my face to block the oncoming light I realized that there was a Retina-Burner 5000 display on the side of the road that was about as large as my home. "JARRETT FLEET SERVICES", it read. If I could have chosen three words to burn into my vision forever I probably would have chosen different words.The sign is inconsiderate at best and at a minimum should be restricted to daylight hours.***Owner amended signage. Leaving this review for comic relief and adjusting to 5 stars for appreciation of their responsiveness.***

Needed repair on my trailer skirting. They got me in and repaired immediately was able to complete load on time. Plenty of space. GREAT STAFF!!! could use a driver's lounge for waiting drivers though but still the best

Tim at the Kent facility went out of his way to make sure to get me up and running after a tire issue with my trailer! Can't thank them enough! Very fair price and great service! Hard to come by these days!! Will definitely keep his number for future issues!!

DO NOT EVER USE JARRETT FLEET SERVICESThey charged me over $3,600.00 and did not repair my truck.**** DO NOT USE JARRETT FLEET SERVICES****I should have known that the experience was going to be horrible when they charged me $600 just to pick my truck up and bring it to their shop and the truck was only 20 miles away.**** DO NOT USE JARRETT FLEET SERVICES****They don't have the proper updated licensed software to properly diagnose Freightliner trucks.There is a darn good reason why I've taken my time to write this review.Don't make the same mistake as I did...learn from my mistake.**** DO NOT USE JARRETT FLEET SERVICES****Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Brought a trailer in towards the end of the day with a wire shorting issue with the lights. Even though it was near closing time, I wasen't fobbed off and told to come back tomorrow or told to leave the trailer there and they would fix it in the morning. They immediately had me back it in and began work, finding the problem within about 10 minutes (Bad wire on the license plate light was causing a dead ground, blowing fuses and knocking the marker lights out)Quickly and professionally repaired, and I was back on the road. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.

Our 10 year old box truck was rusting out under the box. Tyler and the crew removed the box, replaced all the rotting/rusting metal to like new condition. They also repaired our fiberglass box that had damage due to the rusted frame and supports. Excellent workmanship.

Got pulled into a dot scale and got put out of service. Rob got here quickly and fixed my brake chamber and adjusted one of my breaks in hardly any time at all. I would absolutely recommend Jarrett.

Im not sure why my initial review of Jarret Fleet Services disappeared, but anyways I want to thank them for finally getting my steering issue fixed. Truck turns great now. I will highly recommend you guys.

I don't really like to leave reviews on roadside services, but I must say this was exceptional, fast, reliant and doesn't beat you over the head with BS. Straight to the point and let's get it done attitude they have. Got me out and rolling of the DOT weigh station in about an hour TOPS.... THANKS!!!!

I ve been in the trucking business for 15+ years & this is the worst shop in OH. No real mechanics just a bunch of part changers. Charged me $7K and the problem is still the same, if not worse.
