The staff was so friendly and helpful! We were there for our grandmother's funeral over the hill in Tranquility. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The clerk even made my sister a couple of biscuits, just before the 9 am closing time. Thanks for letting us feel home, away from home.Rooms: We had two beds, everything worked, clean towels, all the personal hygiene amenities.Safety: The parking lot was lit. The exit doors were secure at all times.Food & drinks: The breakfast bar had plenty of options.

We got to our room after driving 13 hours from NH. We go into our room and the wan not cleaned from the previous person that had been there. When we went to the front desk and told the lady she argued that it was clean.. plus, the room smells like mold and mildew, and when we looked in the bathroom, the front of the tub was coming apart from the rest of the tub. The lady finally came down after arguing with us and looked at our room.. she offered to clean the room for us so we could stay in it. We told her no because it smelled of mold and mildew and the bathroom wasn t in proper working condition.. at this point it was 1 AM in the morning and we were both exhausted from traveling so far. We left and found a different place to stay for the night.. we definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

We were traveling from Cincinnati for my sister's wedding near by. I booked two rooms so my family could arrive early and get ready not realizing check in time was 2pm. I called Diane (front desk) and asked if it was possible to have an early check in time. She did everything she could and was able to get them in the rooms by noon. They had plenty of time to get ready! She was amazing. Even calling and texting me to keep me updated as I was stressed about the situation. I know she was really busy with alot of other issues at the time. I swear it felt like she was running the entire hotel by herself and she still was able to help me out. She is star employee and Quality Inn (Seaman, OH) is lucky to have her. Amazing and really friendly!! Wonderful customer service! Hard to find people that will go above and beyond today and that is what Diane did. She deserves a promotion. I can tell that she works really hard and does alot to keep the day to day operations of the hotel going. Thank you Diane!!!

The place was clean I will give it that but we have stayed here twice in a months time and both rooms we've stayed in had pedalstal tables, both of which were half broken and very unstable. And the bedding was either yellowed, ripped in many places or both. The drain plugs in the tubs also didn't work. Overall the place needed serious furnishing/bedding replacements. The night shift lady sleeps in the lobby. Had to get my own bedding for a floor bed for my child. The day shift lady complained about everything we did. Not recommended

Don t recommend this place at all! My 8 year old great niece forgot and left her Beats in a case on the night stand when she and her grandfather checked out in the morning. Called later in the afternoon when she realized that she had left them in the room and motel staff said they were not in the room where they had been left. Nothing worse than a thief, especially from a child.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Comparable to any Holiday Inn Express. There is no elevator so head's up if you have to carry heavy luggage. We only had small items so it wasn't a problem. Overall a very nice experience Food & drinks: If you are looking for a kid-friendly stay, there is a McDonald's very close by! There is also a Gold-Star and a gas station within walking distance --although it is along a highway.

They had no hot water , not just my room but the whole hotel and the employee made it seem it s been a known issue I was very upset considering I was at a water park all day covered in sand rent a hotel to shower in which I can t. He said you would think the boss would be able to have a big enough water heater for all the guests but it s been this way. So too many people use the water and it s cold he said which should never happen at a hotel. Also there was cigarette butts in the hallways which was super gross. I hope to get some kind of reimbursement because this is unacceptable and I brought all of it to the staffs attention who seem to have known.

This hotel claims to have a pool but in reality it's not open or running half the time so it's useless unless you want some kind of disease. The actual hotel rooms were mid at best and the furniture in them were old and banged up some had smoke stains even though this is a smoke free hotel. A good thing about this hotel is the free breakfast which does have quite the assortment of pastries and even a waffle maker. All and all I would not recommend this hotel.Safety: Probably not safe for small children.Noteworthy details: This is on the cheaper side of hotels.

Anything but quality. We booked a reservation and upon arrival their was a lot of confusion. We finally got a room booked and when we went into the room their was someone already in there. Very awkward situation walking in on a couple and very inconvenient for them. Took another 20 minutes for them to clean another room and get us into it. Payton, who worked the front desk tried to get us a refund or a discount this morning, but said she would have to get approval from the Manager, Veer and that he would call us later. Never got the call followed up tonight and spoke with Veer he said he didn t feel like they did anything wrong and we were not inconvenienced so he wasn t giving us anything.

This hotel has very limited parking, our keys didn't work after the first night, our beds were full size at best not queen as the site states. Our toilet paper holder was missing and the comforter had yellow stains on it.

Staff was very pleasant, main part of room was clean. Bathroom needs a good cleaning and the ceiling needs attention. Parking lot outside our room was filthy, even saw broken glass.Good room for the cost. Slept through the continental breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Pool is currently closed, understandably.

The last time I was here they were doing renovations, shrugged a lot off to that. Stayed here again cause it s my only option and I will ask my company not to overnight me here again.The bathrooms are not cleaned. The fixtures were gross, the tub still has hair and whatever else. Mildew, bad mildew around the soap holders, and the whirlpool I paid for didn t work.After renovations there is paint overspray everywhere. This is just a bad hotel. I give it 2* because it s quiet and the staff is nice. I have plenty of pictures to back up my griefs so GM please do not try to respond that I don t know what I m talking about.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Only negative is there is no elevator to the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Luckily, we only stayed one night, so we didn't have much to carry. Everything else was great though.

Ruby was our housekeeper last night she left a granny s shirt on the closet. The floor was dirty so was the shower, there was hair in it. The night shifts music was so loud I could not get help for over an hour I called while I was up at the desk. There was a older woman sleeping on the couch, it was also a night shift worker she hung up the phone twice while I was up there she didn t see me so I got her attention she didn t give me no shampoo or anything, no help (she was very rude to me and my boyfriend) I m sure they can see on the cameras. The next morning I asked the morning shift lady for all the stuff that I was needing and she gave me everything I needed.

This place is a dump. There is moldy ceiling tiles right in the front lobby and the room smells like mold as well. Shoddy pillows a d bedding as well. I'd rate it with a minus 10 if I could.

Room was dirty. Mystery substance dripping down bathroom wall. Stick residue on headboard. Busted lamp and visible dirt everywhere.Rooms: Dirty. Small beds.

Terrible place to stay. Bathroom is dirty, old and dingy. Room is mediocre at best, not very clean, some old wires hanging from the ceiling. No hot water to shower! Wish I could give 0 stars.Noteworthy details: Dirty

The staff was super nice. It is an older hotel, but the rooms were comfortable. My daughter left her cell phone and charger and my wife left her shoes. They tried calling my home in Virginia multiple times during the day. When we realized Wednesday afternoon, we called. The front desk immediately told us what we left. We received items by priority mail on Saturday. Great hotel!

Decent motel, good breakfast, Friendly people. Issues were minor. Closet doors had some type of splatter, bathroom shower neck ring rusty, needs replaced. Freezer in room needs defrosted. Furniture legs and corner table had dings. Overall 8.5 score. $120 total was a little pricey for me. Perhaps normal these days. I prefer half that. No choice, only show in town.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall, our experience was ok. We headed to the outdoor pool after checking in in the evening. The pool was a little dirty and there was no lighting as the sun began to set, which, to me, is important for safety. The room was just your average hotel room- a little small, but nothing completely uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not impressive. When going to check out, we had to wait for awhile (watched some TV in the lobby and poured myself some coffee) before anyone showed up at the front desk. I'm all for laid-back, but this was too laid-back for my taste.
