Very unprofessional and rude, overpriced towing service.if you don't like police orders for an accident with a clear person at fault, don't offer a towing service....stupid people.Just reading this guy's replies to his reviews on here clearly shows how he responds to any form of criticism

Rude employees do not recommend!In accidents beware they demand payment in DAYS of service and will call your job to harass your managers if you miss their call

I would highly recommend Walt's he replaced my fuel tank. He was very helpful. They even stayed a little bit later so I can get in there to pay for it so they didn't have to keep it overnight. They're very helpful. I paid $1,000 in total for labor and all the parts. I cannot complain and for any future issues I'll be going back to them. I would highly recommend they also explain to me and showed me everything that they replaced. They went above and beyondService: Auto maintenance

Excellent service! Fair pricing. I had my car towed in for a starter one late afternoon. I was warned it could take a couple of days to get the car in. Lo and behold I got a call from them at 7:50 am the next morning giving me a quote to get the work done. I approved the work. At about 10am that morning I got a call telling me the work was done. Our daughters car broke down on her way home from work. Her tire ball joint came out. We live out of town and we were treated like a long time customer. Repair work was done in a timely manner, was not charged for things that did not need replaced/repaired. Honest, upfront, quality & professional service. Our 2008 VW Beetle Convertible was having issue just before the 4th of July weekend. We dropped it off on Friday expecting it back by after the 4th of July but Walts Auto Repair came through and fixed our serpentine belt and a new AC Compressor the same day so we could enjoy the top down for the holiday weekend. They were honest and reasonable priced. We will be using Walt's Auto Repair for future repairs for sure. Thanks again Walt's!Service: Air conditioning

MONDAY 10/18/2021 2:30 PM:I called Walt's to tow and repair my car because I have known his sister for many years. I figured he would treat me right.They had my car for over 6 weeks. Every time I would call they had an excuse as to why it was not done. Finally I said if they don't want to fix it, why did they tow it into their shop in the first place? I told them to leave the car outside with the keys in it and I would make other arrangements. (thinking it would get them off dead center and that they would get the repair done)After being on hold for a minute they came back and said OK it will be outside with the keys in it. When I went to check, I found it was outside WITH A DEAD BATTERY & A HALF FLAT TIRE!! I had it towed to Wilsons Towing & Repair this morning. (Monday 10/18/2021)It is being fixed as I am writing this review. (same day)NOTE: This is not a major repair. Wilsons quoted me $249.00 (including the tow charge)I would not recommend Walt's to anyone!!! (not even an enemy)

There s not a single person especially including Walt that is racist that works there. The shop has done nothing but give me great customer service, promptness, and great prices when it came to repairing my Wrangler and Hyundai. Walt has gone out of his way to Help me out in every emergency situation that he could. Being a local, I wouldn t go anywhere else!! I highly highly recommended him to anyone in or coming in from out of town.

This family is awesome. My daughter broke down near Walt's almost at closing time. Not only did they go get her but had it fixed and on her way before I could have made the trip from Cincinnati. Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Above all just great people. Thanks again.

I m a local drug rep, not to mention seven months pregnant, and I broke down on the side of the road. I called Walt s and he towed my car in a matter of minutes and took care of me and got me back on the road. What a sweet, generous and caring person. Such a great guy!!!

Police had car towed but didn't place a hold on the car and told me I could follow Walt back and get the car right then and there if he would allow me to , this was 2:a.m. Sunday morning...he declined to allow me to. Come Monday morning I called to find out the price and it was to told me $309.56 because its 2 calendar days. That's highway robbery all day !!! Def taking advantage of the situation , I feel, to make more money then it should of cost!

This business does not have a parts changer on premises . The owner of the business is inspecting your car for repairs. Whatever his bills are for the month is how he treats looking at your car. If things are good for him they're good for you but guess what , times aren't always good for everybody. Its your story Champ...tell it like you want. Face it you can't change a part that a customer requests you to change because you can't ding em like owner mechanic you are...Champ

I have never dealt with a towing company that was so rude and selfish. They pass judgement on you and think they know everything about you. I'm so glad that he gets to make a living off of other people's things and then rubs it in their face. How anybody could do that to people blows my mind! I don't see how you can do everything in your power to mess with somebody's life and still sleep at night. I would never recommend a place like this to my worst enemy. Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly!!

Best repair shop in town. The only place I take my car to get repaired. Very reasonable prices and quality work. Also offers towing. I had to use Walt when I stupidly drove through road closed sign due to high water. He graciously came out and waded to my car to tow it.

Straight said he could not help because he is so overloaded. Not a good experience, if you have a business why would you not have workers to manage work? Car was towed there at 11pm Thursday night they took Friday off said they was only picking tows up Friday. I had cash in hand Friday to get my car but because they didn't want to walk inside the building I had to wait until Monday. Than they ended up charging me 5 full days of storage because it was 5 calendar days. So how is that fair that's just ripping poor people off. It's all a money game

I got a flat tire the other day and they towed my car and fixed it quick. They were friendly and respectable, and did not over charge me. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give less than one star I would! These people are so rude and racist! I got the police called on me for asking them simple questions. They are money hungry and they will not be gentle with your car!

I read a review that said this place is racist. Against who cs I walked in and two black dudes were working with them and the guy was very nice. Gonna be my go to mechanic for now on. Cheapest I seen this far.
