They couldn't patch my tire up because apparently the nail was in a bad spot. They wanted me to get a whole new tire. I didn't believe a word they said, so I took it to Wilson tire and they fixed it right up for me and did not try to sell me tires. It's always a good Idea to get a second opinion from somewhere else, rather than trusting walmarts auto care center!Service: Tires

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I was on a long drive and realized my tire was going flat. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before they got me in, analyzed the tire, and told me it wasnt repairable. They ended up putting a new tire on. They kept me informed the entire time and were very friendly. So thankful for this auto care center!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Absolutely fantastic! I have used Walmart and Upper Sandusky for my car tires in various emergencies over the years. Recently, my lawn mower tire was flat. They filled it up the first time free of charge. The second time it happened they identified a leak and my lawn mower tire and fixed it free of charge. Really great customer service!

As I was driving from Ohio to Wisconsin onSunday June 13. I suddenly got a flat tire. My husband was not with me but my 17-year-old was able to put on the spare. Fortunately, Walmart was close by so we took our car to Walmart to see if they could patch the tire. Unfortunately, it was in a spot that they typically wouldn't patch. Because I had an all-wheel drive they needed to replace all four tires. They only had three in stock so they were not able to replace them. They called another nearby Walmart for me to see if they had four tires which they did, but they were not able to help me because they had appointments throughout the day. I was in a quandary. But the gentleman at Walmart said they would see if they could try to patch it well enough to get me to Wisconsin. They were able to do so and I was able to safely make it back to Wisconsin! I want to give a shout out to the men who were working that day. They were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. They understood the problem I had and worked with me to get it fixed. I was able to get back on the road extremely quickly because they were quick and were able to take care of me right away.Service: Tires

Thanks again for the service! We blew a tire on the highway on our way to West Virginia. They were able to get new tires on our car in just over an hour. Very friendly as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is not my first terrible experience with Walmart Service Centers, but I've finally had enough. I called Walmart customer service already, and they're clearly not interested in my experience. I had a blown tire on the highway. I removed the wheel from the car and drove to Walmart. The service center said I would have to wait 2 hours for them to change the tire on the already removed wheel that I brought in. I told them my car was sitting on the side of the highway and asked if they could just squeeze my one tire in so I could get my car off the highway, instead they sent me to a different tire dealer in town, Wilson Tire Company. Wilson Tire took care of me even though they were clearly busier than the Walmart service center! Old tire dismounted and new one mounted/balanced, out the door in 10 minutes. I know where I will be going in the future, not Walmart.

Called at 7am to inquire about mounting some tires. I was told to get in before 9am and be done in an hour. Asked to set appointment and told they dont do appointments. So I get there at 8:20. Told it would be 4 hours because 5 people in front of me. But no cars in parking lot. So if 5 in front of me, why arent these people around? Fact us they take appointments, call customer when they can take them in. So ask to be called. Was told again no appointments.This is my 2nd time to this Walmart for tires. 1st time was ok. This time horrible. The clerk was rude and disrespectful.I left and refuse to go there again.I do not recommend this Walmart for auto service.

Stopped in because I had a vibration in my wheel . They rebalanced the rears but I got 2 miles down the road and I heard something hit my car and the vibration was back . The tire weight they put on that I paid $30 for flew off on the freeway . I would've went back and gotten it taken care of but I was from out of town and I didn't have time to drive in circles .

I asked them to put in the light bulb that I had just bought there at Walmart. I asked him how much was going to be. They answered if you just bought this here will put it in for free. After light bulb was in they charge me $8. Not a big deal right but left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

Got tires but the tires was all different pressures. The tech didn't check or tires got leaks which do you think it was? I have not had to go back to change any tires!

Bought warranty on my tire got a flat from a nail tried using my warranty and they said to much tread was gone and I've had these tires less than a year all they did was give me 14% off

I had a appointment at another place to get my tires done. But drove to see family. Got there and seen my cords Sticking out on the tire. They got me right in.

They need to stop charging for lifetime balance and rotation unless you ask for it a one time balance shouldn't be $12

Mickey mouse mechanics who don't fill your oil up right on your oil change,coffee never filled at area,so you cannot rely on any kind of good service from this company,even after I posted complaint before they never corrected it!!� I do not recommend!!!!!!
