On Jan. 14th of 2024. I took my car in to have an oil change done. They broke the latch on my hood and told me there was nothing they could do. It ended up costing me almost $150 extra just to get a new latch and cable for my car. I feel that the technicians are rude and very inexperienced. It's a shame they are supposed to be certified but the only thing certifiable about Walmart and their employees is they will and do hire anyone regardless of their knowledge or training.

Went there today for them to put two new tires on our car. A easy 10 minute job they milked for 3 hrs. They were not busy, I watched someone walk around our car for 20 minutes looking at everything but the tires.We missed very important deadlines because they also didn't tell us it would be this long but every person after us that came in they would tell them "it's going to be a couple of hrs of a wait" had we known that we wouldn't of came. Very disappointed with the service here. Could have paid someone else to do it and have it done cheaper just didn't expect this from them.

We had to come back multiple times even after ordering them because they told us we couldn t get the exact tires we had on the car already. They charged an extra $50 to balance the tires when we were going to do it ourselves, but they couldn t take it off . They took over two hours to change 4 tires, and told us it would only take 1 hour. Definitely do not recommend if you want your tires changed in a timely manner.Service: Tires

Just dropping a battery off to turn in as I took a friend to Walmart to get a new battery as I've always got a great deal there. I don't care what people say about the Walmart batteries I've been using them for 20-plus years and never had a single problem out of them. I have a battery in my truck right now that is over 10 years old and still crank in the truck like it was day 1.

PLEASE make sure you check their work. One of my rims were cracked. Never told us at all. Next morning I find the fourth new tire in the back of my daughters van. They charged me for replacing four and just noted the cracked rim in the small print of receipt. Never told us they didn t replace all four tires but definitely charged for it. When I asked the manager why they let us drive it homewithout telling us her reply was, Well, you drove it here . Second time I ve gotten this type of treatment. Fool me twice I guess. Never a third time.

Worst tire changer I ever dealt with, he decided to deny my warranty after it was already approved. Says tread was at 5/32 after 4000 miles. Then he couldn't read or understand walmarts paperwork. I will never go there again.

Management here does not exist. Employee shortage makes it impossible to schedule anything. Company policy of appointments is not edhered to. Now it is first come first serve.The actual techs do a great job.Customers overheard that the wrong oil was put into a car by the desk attendant. Then the desk attendant complained about everything and was clearly not equipped to answer the phone let alone to be working on cars.I went there to have work done. It took 4 hours. I am happy that the work got done. Sadly, I do not have time to return to this romper room style auto center.Walmart you have to do better. Perhaps spend some money on wages and training to recruit some talent in your front line customer service position and auto center management.Your technicians are struggling working under people that have NO business representing your business.

Replacement 4 new tires on a quiet morning, I am the first customer in line and it took2.5 hours of slow motion to completed, others shops take less than 45 min. Rude, lazy and unprofessionally. Seems no one cares. Will never go back.

Terrible place to go, especially if you have a foreign car, told me they didn t have a tool to change my oil filter on my Mercedes c230, went out the same day and bought a $10 socket that could get the filter out, they lied right to my face just so they wouldn t have to work on my Mercedes, 2 mechanics said they hated working on them, so they lied! Wonder how many other things they lied about Services: Tires, Oil change

Customer service is great. However they always seem under staffed and the wait to get things serviced is sometimes unbearable. Especially when it the only thing you need done in the Walmart facility.. on the up side they do provide a comfortable waiting areas with complimentary coffee and tv.

Had a tire go down on a Sunday, took it to them and found out it was just a bad valve stem. They took care of it aired it back up and sent me on my way with no charge. Thanks folks y'all are awesomeService: TiresService: Tires

We went there yesterday, they said they couldn't do the oil change because the drain plug was bad and they wouldn't rotate the tires because they were too "old". Went somewhere else and they did both and the tires didn't need replaced or the drain plug. It was like they didn't want to work.

I just got my tire fixed there. I was really nervous about fixing the tire because I need to go to and from Columbus a lot. Robert helped me feel confident about getting it fixed and the manager was very professional. good price. thanks Walmart guys!

It disgusts me how terribly managed this place is, and it has been like this for years now. It's pretty obvious that labor has been an issue for them, and finding any talent that wants to work is even more obvious. They're lazy. Slow. One guys calls you "youngster" or "sweetie" constantly. Good prices, sure, but their service is ridiculously bad. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

On a trip to Cedar Point (3 hours from home) I ran over a sharp aluminum object that gave me a flat. My boyfriend and his brother broke the very very flimsy wrench to take the lug nuts off the car. Thankfully a tow truck saved us but was unable to repair the tire. We were forced to go Walmart as it was the only place still open. While they were unable to help us (closing soon and too many people ahead of us) the guy (never got his name) showed me what patch to get, how to patch it, and even gave me the tire wrench from his own car to help me out. I cannot thank or praise this place enough. Without them I would ve been stuck in Ohio over night.

Poor experience. Poor service. waiting in line quietly like my grade school teacher told me to when some loud belligerent woman behind me got service first. Had to move my car to allow her car to cut to the front of the line. It pays off to be an impolite loud mouth at walmart auto care in Sandusky

Worst Walmart Auto place that exist. Workers walking around acting busy, not doing absolutely nothing. It took them 4 hrs to mount a tire I purchased from them and put it on the rim.....I put the damn tire on my car myself after the 4hr wait, I couldn't wait any longer. Go to hell before going to this dump.

Due to a lack of help, the mgr has to write up orders, get info from vehicle, check people out and answer the phone too boot! Oil change was complete at the time I was given. I did try to call before going but got no answer. Now I know why.

I called asking if there was any openings and they told me there was plenty. When I got there I was told it was going to be over a 2 hour wait. At that point they would be getting close to closing time.

Not professional at all. I called 4 times and was hung up on. I heard talking before every click. If you dont want the service then unplug your phones. Ugh i hate lazy people

I purchased 4 tires today and received very good service from Will and the young lady with short blonde hair that actually took care of the work. Thanks so much.
