Absolutely horrible experience, all 3 guys inside the store treated me like trash. I payed almost 3 grand for 2, 12 subs in my truck and they never worked right, I even after the install when I picked the truck up it sounds crappy and distorted, I went inside and told them and they came out and made adjustments after they couldn t figure out why it sounded like crap they blamed it on my phone. For 6 months the subs sat under my back seat completely unusable. DO NOT GO HERE. The employees are a bunch of middle aged low lives.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a stereo system they went way beyond the scope of duty in helping me with my purchase I will tell all my friends about this gem!!!!!!!!!!

Went here looking for a full stereo system for my car and they were more than willing to explain the full setup to me. Not only did they take the time to have me listen to a number of options, but they also told me to get what I liked the best instead of what was the most expensive. Their customer service is the best around.

Nice and friendly. Not pushy on sales or installs. Seem a little predisposed to DIY help than pushing own installs. Products limited while I was there due to COVID supply issues but they even pointed me towards other options. Installs were out a few weeks so the representative helped me with input and advice to do the install myself. I had never done audio work before at all but was able to with their direction/help.

I had zero knowledge about marine stereo systems before coming into tune town. These guys were very educational and they sent me up with a system that will please everybody. I m glad to see you there are some businesses still around that will take the time to educate customers. Thanks guys I appreciate it!

Drove from Crawford County to have my double DIN receiver installed for $100 and some change...my home town installers wants $150+..smfh...I very happy with the install and plan on returning for more work..Thanks Fellas.. great job

AMAZING!!! I was going to tackle my speaker/amp installation having to improve my existing speaker holes to accommodate the new and improved 6.5 speakers. From start to finish Tune-Town was exceptional and a pleasure to deal with. It's RARE these days to find any dealer in the boating industry that is both competent and trustworthy. The install crew even took off their shoes without me asking. Tune-Town sets the standard on "how it should be" I highly recommend their services! A+

You guys can get two stars due to my equipment being amazing. But when I pay 1300$ for a setup. I expect the right gauge wire to be used! I ve had wires melted multiple times! Smoke filed my car! Amp throws itself into protection mode every 2 seconds. They insisted the wire gauge was okay for the power I m pushing but it s not! I have wires melting to the terminal ports of my sub box. Unacceptable!

Went out of my way to visit them because I amBombarded with their radio ads about marine stereos and boat-side service. Staff were rude and dismissive. One said he didn t think they had much (hint: then don t mention it in your ads), the other suggested a $100 car stereo. Sigh .will spend my money elsewhere-waste of my time.

These guys rock! I got an awesome deal on a full set up for my Ford F150, everything sounds awesome, the installation is very clean and professional and they didn't break my bank! From now on I will take all of my cars there.
