Devin and the team always take great care of my vehicle when it s in for service. I usually drop it off and they call me when it s ready. They re so friendly and honest about the work that needs done. Have been going there for years and will continue to be a loyal customer. The team and their service is great!!

I wish there was a way that I could give this company ZERO stars!! I m sick to my stomach. I went to Tire Choice on Saturday April 15th, since I was leaving out of town for the rest of the week, & my family could use my car while I was away. They ended up not using it. When I got home, I ran a few errands, & I came home. Didn t notice any lights or anything.Well then this morning, I took my Oldest to school, & my Youngest to the ER. Left the ER to pick up RX, & as I left Meijer parking lot, my check engine light, & my oil light came on.. I pulled over & immediately shut the car off & called my fianc�. I then called Tire Choice, & since I was down the road, they came to help.My oil was full.. & there were no leaks. SoI decided to take it to Kia down the road for diagnosing.Before I got home, Kias service supervisor was able to call me with an answer.For starters, the oil filter was too long. And the technician decided to jam the filter in to make it fit, causing a nipple as they call it, to break. So basically, long story short, there was no oil pressure to my motor!!! So now, not only did I have to pay for the $80 Tire Choice oil change, I now have to pay Kia to fix what Tire Choice carelessly broke, and STILL not be reimbursed for my time!!! I will say this until I m blue in the face . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I love the service I get from Steven. He's the best. Very honest and upfront. Won't try to sell you anything just to make a quick buck. Followed him from firestone because he will treat me right. Thank you Steven enjoy the snacks.

Open on weekends! Qualified mecha ics at fair pricing. Good combination since I work M-Friday. Devon been manager here awhile. He runs an excellent shop.

These guys are awesome. We were in town from out of state and had an issue with our vehicle that had to be fixed or we would not be driving home that day. They got it fixed for us within 2 hours of dropping it off. That's service!!! Most appreciated. Highly recommended

This Tire Choice goes above and beyond to satisfy there customers! I recommend the Sandusky location!!! Devon is a wonderful asset to this company!!! I will never go to the norwalk location ever again!! Thanks again Devon!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Traveling with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. My car was making a very unusual sound. My AAA road service hooked me up. Devon was wonderful in getting my car fixed and relieving my concerns. They also dropped and picked me up. Very pleased. Jeanine from Michigan

I scheduled a noon appointment for an oil change last weekend and Tire Choice never even got my truck into a bay until after 1pm. There's NO POINT in scheduling an appointment at this place!

Would not recommend, took our 2023 jeep gladiator to have rims swapped. They did not have a socket to put the new rims on so they sold us new Lugnuts the bill was $390 to swap out Tires what a rip off

Came from Pittsburgh to take my kids to Cedar Point, got to hotel and engine light came on. My warranty place suggested Tire Choice and i spoke to Devon and explained my situation. He empathised with me n said to bring it in. Not being from Ohio i didnt know how i was gonna get back to hotel amd was offered a ride from an employee. WHAT A VERY NICE GESTURE. EVEN PICKED ME UP WHEN CAR WAS READY. I must say being a single parent with 2 kids stuck in Ohio with a messed up car, i couldnt have been taken care of better then what Devon and his crew did for me. Just knowing i can get my boys n myself home safely was reassuring. Alot of businesses can take lessons from Devon and his crew on how to run a business. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND DEVON N TIRE CHOICE FOR ALL UR CAR NEEDS. THANKS FOR GETTING ME N THE CAR RIGHT. YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED...

Excellent customer service, was done with my car really fast. I do not know what the guys name at the front counter is but I like him! He is very nice. I had gone to this shop three times to get my car worked on, the first time I had set up an online appointment and it did not go through so he rescheduled me for a couple days later. When I went in for my second appointment, there was no one working except him so he set me up with an appointment the next day. My car was having some issues with making a grinding noise and needed an oil change. They fixed me up really quick and took care of me today so I am a happy camper! Thank you Tire Choice Auto Service Center! I will be back :)

Burst my tire on the highway. They took me in immediately and got my cars tire changed asap. Very patient and nice to me even though i was shook up from the incident!! 10/10 would give more stars if possible! Quick service and incredibly kind.

Great place.had an issue with a rear tire on a Sunday. I called tire choice in Sandusky Oh. The manager Devon Lampman said bring it in they would see what they can do. They did a great job.Tried three other places first not one wanted to help.

On Saturday August 31st 2019@ 7:30am i took my car to Monro Muffler. I've been going there for 10 years now and I have never been disappointed. Devon greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, explained that they were very busy and could I bring my car back at 10:30 which i did. Within 30minutes he explained to me in great detail what needed to be done and told me when the car would be ready. He called me 30minutes ahead of schedule and I picked my car up. I felt really bad for him and the other mechanic. Just the two of them on such a busy day. Devon is SUPER FANTASTIC and gives GREAT customer service. Thank You Monro Muffler for having such a wonderful employee. I will continue coming for another 10 years.

We came in from Michigan with some rattling under the truck and had no idea what the problem was. I thought it was the brakes. On a Sunday, with no appointment, they let me drop off my car so I could take the family out. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the brakes and the rattling was just a loose panel near the muffler. They were honest and professional and really came through in a pinch. Whenever I'm in Sandusky, I know where I'm taking my car.

I had repairs done on my family's vehicles there .And I have to say that Devon and his employees have done excellent work. Great honest people. I usually do my own repairs but I had surgery and couldn't do my own work for awhile. It's nice to find someone you can trust. I'll be back.

I love coming here. They always treat me well and they never try to pressure me into anything, especially if I'm on a budget. They always try to give me the best price too. The manager Devon is also very knowledgeable and explains things well during the process and if you have other vehicle/maintenance questions.

I called on a Saturday, and made an appointment for an oil change and new tires for the very next day. I was greeted in the lobby with friendliness. Devon gives off good vibes, while remaining professional and efficient. I dropped my car off. He contacted me, as he said he would regarding a free brake inspection that I also requested. All good. Pick up car and it drives smooth as new! Now the reason for this review. Today, I'm kinda checking out my tire tread to remember how bald my old tires were and I notice the whole floppy thing under the front of my car is fixed!! I know it probably wasn't a big deal for someone to snap or clip it back on..but the point is..They actually did it! Shout out to the whole crew at Monro!!

I had some problems with my oil plug being stripped. I went to Tire Choice and they were able to fix it for free. They are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend for auto services.

Left my van there on Saturday for a 2:00 oil change and tire alignment appointment. Did not receive a phone call letting me know it was done. Left a message for them to call me back.....never returned the call. Drove there to find my van in parking lot UNLOCKED! Took my van home with my spare keys because my wife needed it and they were closed on Sunday. Monday afternoon I went there to get the keys and explained angrily my case. I was told not to get mad accidents happen. Told manager I was never coming back and he told me not to.

Had to get my brakes and calipers replaced. Not from the area so was a bit nervous but Absolutely amazing service and phenomenal pricing here. Did qualify work on my car and were upfront about everything they saw, and did not make up stuff to get more money out of me. Would highly recommend to anyone and also will definitely be coming back here next time I need work done.

Traveling from Florida I had my oil and tire rotation done here. The mechanic said my rear brakes where so bad I wouldn't make it home. I had inspected prior to leaving.I returned home to see that this place tried to rob me. To lie and say such a thing is unforgivable. My rear brakes are in excellent shape. I've got pics of the pads the liar told me where almost gone....go some where else or risk being robbed. Sent me a Email wanting to discuss my review.....Lady was rude and told me I dint ask you to call me!!!! So beware there's more places who aren't scammers.
