If I could give them 0 stars I would. These people will make up lies to try to make themselves look better and truthfully they know how horrible the car is before selling it to you. Do not purchase anything from them or you ll be looking for a new vehicle within a week or two. They cover up selling you the dumpster fire of a car by having you sign a paper stating you are buying it as is but they never tell you what s all wrong with it to begin with. Chose a better dealership!

Do not buy cars from this dealership, I bought one and spent several thousand dollars on repairs within the first month of buying the car. I had to replace the whole exhaust because after just a few days the car started getting loud even doing the work myself I spent around a thousand dollars on the exhaust. Then the power steering fluid began leaking, I ended up buying the rack and pinion and replacing it myself, which was a couple hundred dollars, while replacing the rack and pinion, it was then I noticed the power steering lines were rusted and leaking, so I replaced those. after a few days of driving the power steering pump began to make a lot of noise, so I had to replace the power steering pump and the serpentine belt because it was soaked with power steering fluid. while working on replacing the power steering lines, I noticed the sway bar was not even connected on either side, it was rusted and broke on both sides, so I had to replace that which cost me another hundred dollars for the new one. After I fixed that I wanted to get the alignment done on the car, the alignment shop said the lower control arms needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment, so I bought new ones and replaced them myself. then a couple of weeks later the battery went bad and I had to buy a new one, so I bought the cheapest battery I could which cost just over a hundred dollars. I called the Better Business Bureau to see if they could help me, because after all the car was sold to me for just over 7000 dollars. if I had not done all of the work myself it would have cost me so much more for the repairs. The Better Business Bureau said they would try to reach out to the dealership, but after a couple of weeks, they told me they could not get the dealership to return their calls. There should be a lemon law for cars like this, but they were unable to force a response from the dealership. The car I bought is a 2008 Chevy Impala, also the underneath of the car was full of rust, I put to much trust in this dealership, to be honest, and upfront. I decided that people should know about this dealership, really they need to be put out of business, my satisfaction rating is a zero. Just to be clear this is the Steinle dealership 2205 Hayes Ave. in Sandusky Ohio.

My daughter bought a car because she needed transportation ASAP, which the lady knew she was in need. Knowing my daughter is just establishing credit, sells her a car and the serpentine belt falls off in not even 2 weeks of having it. Would not recommend.

Heard the guy likes to screw people with cars. And there s evidence of owner harassing people on boats after he gets done working at this place. His boat the cover girl Karma has its way of catching up with people.

Lack follow through and professionalism. I decided to take my business down the road to a different dealership where I didn't have to wait days for a call back and was able to drive home in my new car within 2 hours. No hassle. No waiting for a callback. My time is important. Please respect it.

Regarding the lot in Norwalk, Ohio....How do you try to sell an already used car with your employee saying he has been driving the vehicle for 3 months. Car looks like it's being lived out of. Interior filthy and tore up, clothes, hair spray, fast food trash, spilled coffee on front floor and the exterior needs full detail and tires. All for the great price of 7, 999.00. Plus fees for financing. With 151,000 miles on 2006....The white Monte Carlo...And let me not talk about the 2 office people.

Unreliable, unprofessional, and if you buy a car here at this point it s your own fault.

I couldn't think of another place I would ever go to when looking for a used car! Everyone is extremely nice and focused on helping you get the right car at the right price. The service department is also top notch for anything from an oil change to replacing an engine.

Called and spoke to a guy said i can come in with the $ i told him i had. Went in and the lady said she doesnt know the guy or why he told me that. Poor advertising and poor communication waste of time and wouldnt recommend. Wanted 1000 down on a vehicle that didnt want to start.
