WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After over 4 months my daughter finally got her car back! Which was absolutely ridiculous to take that long. And they kept saying it wasn t their fault. I ended up having to pay over $6400 out of pocket because the insurance messed up and sent an initial check to the wrong address. So the insurance said they could direct deposit it if we show there s a zero balance owed. Well I look at my paperwork and they never put that I paid. It still shows I owe all that money. Call and they tell me the car is my receipt! And now will not get me something that says I owe nothing. Because I m not being nice. Ummm no one else would be nice. It s been almost a week. I recommend this place to no one!!! They seem to have some very shady business practices and do not care about their customers.

Had to have my car in twice, first time the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket unit that had bad fit and finish. They also missed a small crack in my tail light. I brought it back and they were quick to admit the problem and get the parts ordered. I waited a few weeks until I called them again to see the progress on getting the parts. They told me that they MIGHT be able to get the bumper into paint in the next two weeks, I called again after 2 weeks and told them I was dropping my car off and they needed to get it done (magically it was painted that day). I dropped it off the next business day and they weren't finished for 2 business days.I am glad that they finally got it done, but it should have been done right the first time and mistakes happen, but they should also be put on the top of the priority list when the parts come in, and mine wasn't. This delay cost me a lot of money in the resale value of the car due, which I am doing.The work was satisfactory, customer service was not.

Great, quality workmanship. Apparently, a lot more people have found out because I can't get scheduled until February! But I have always been pleased with their work.

They are extremely busy so they have to prioritize considering if a vehicle is completely disabled, drivable, elective work. Since my car was drivable and also they made sure all parts had arrived, I had a 3.5 month wait to get started. Once started they finished on time and job well done.

I have taken multiple vehicles to Snyder to repair and I have always had phenomenal work done and amazing customer service. I was updated multiple times while they had my vehicle and my questions were always answered immediately. I cannot recommend Snyder enough for any and all of your needs

They did a great job on the body work and repairs on my MB. It took a long time to get the necessary car parts in (out of Snyder's control) but they always kept me informed of any delays, issues, and expected completion date. They worked with my insurance and made it painless. Snyder Collision (Sam) showed me amazing service for my Kia Sorento. He kept me up to date on the work that was done, what still needed to be done, took care of all the insurance stuff, and was friendly. You should make sure when you mow your grass that you're clippings are going into your own yard and not the street. Unless this is your way to ensure yourself some business

Best place to go for any auto body work. I hit a deer on new year's eve and they took care of us. Fast turnaround, quality work and competitive pricing. Amazing family run business as well!

Called on Monday to get vehicle towed finally 4 hours later they called but I was unavailable to go. Called Friday morning first thing to see about getting it towed. Called at 1:00 to find out if they were going to tow it and was told I would get a call between 1:30 and 2:00. Finally after 3:30 get a call that they couldn't do it. Wasted my day sitting around waiting for a call. My time is valuable also. In the past I've had no problem with them

Customer service was not good when i needed something redone because it was not right the first time. It was corrected, but was not handled correctly. I also told them twice my steering was off. Ended up having to take it somewhere else for that and the axle was bad

Car smelled like someone had been smokeing in it and tried to mask it with a very strong lemon scent. My final bill was somehow the exact same quote my insurance company gave me, which was $1, 110 more than the quote I first recieved from Snyder themselves. Car was fixed fine, got delayed a bit, but overall good service. Just seems a bit shady that you somehow dont know the price of the parts you recieved and the cost of your own labor so you give me a bill estimate that matches the exact amount the check was cut for.
