We had a problem with our truck, which needed a tow, and this service was performed on Christmas day! He came and picked up the truck quickly, and was very pleasant and easy to talk to! I would definitely use this service again!

Very helpful, fast and ready to help. We were from out of town, trying to get home from cedar point. They were able to suggest an auto place (of course the one we picked was closed down), recommended a cheap taxi to take me and my daughter to that was walking distance from auto shop( the motel I picked was shady) and take my boyfriend to the hotel after the car was dropped off. Did I nention it was like 9p? Very friendly and helpful

Our Tahoe broke down at Cedar Point. So we called our roadside assistance. After 4 hours they never showed. So I called Sandusky Towing to see if they could help. Even at 4:30 am they were very friendly on the phone and got a tow truck right out to us. The driver was also friendly and very professional on how he loaded up our vehicle. He towed it 40 miles back to our home. And I thought the price was more than fair. Hopefully I don't need a towing service in that area again. But if I do, I'll definitely call Sandusky Towing first.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

New Years Day getting close to dark Brian answered call and came directly over to BellevueVery knowledgeable and willing to help me out of a trench with a stuck mini excavator Will call Sandusky Towing when I need fast service! Good Help! Sometimes you need a tow LOL

Excellent service. Cody was very friendly, patient, and understanding when I needed my car towed in the middle of the night and at a pretty inconvenient location. I was very grateful for the amount of effort and care put in to getting the job done.

When I say Lucky s Towing is THE BEST tow service I have ever used- I am NOT EXAGGERATING! When I tell you that Damon is THE BEST driver- I am NOT EXAGGERATING! I was stranded on OH 2 north during the rainstorm on 8/24/23 and they came in record time! Damon was kind and efficient. Not only did he tow me to a charging station to charge this EV I am renting, when that one did not work- he towed me to a second charging station. Unfortunately, the second charging station DID NOT work, either! Damon DID NOT seem the least bit frustrated(although, I was in tears). He patiently waiting while I got the authorization for him to tow me to FOSTER CHEVROLET. He waited until Brian in service, found the service director, Eric and I was allowed to charge there. My hats off to Lucky s Towing and Foster Chevrolet for saving my last bit of sanity in this crazy situation! You guys ROCk!!! So anybody in the Sandusky, Ohio area, if you EVER need a tow. LUCKY S TOWING, LLC should be the first company that you call!!! They are ABSOLUTE SAVIORS!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Very friendly, quick and helpful service. I live two hours away and broke down in an intersection. Driver took me to the nearest dealership and because it was Sunday and they were closed, arranged cab transportation to my hotel and waited with me until my cab arrived. I went through AAA so I only had to pay a nominal $13 for a 5-mile tow. I felt very well taken care of and I would definitely recommend Lucky to anyone who might need a tow.Service: Car towing

Got out to us super fast when we were broke down at cedar points parking lot. Cody was incredibly nice and helpful. Represented the company well. Didn't make us feel like an inconvenience for somethign as small as a jump.High recommend!

It took him about a hour to get to us, but once he showed up we were hooked up and on our way very quickly. A family business, and he told us he works 360/365 days of the year!! He was very friendly, and made great conversation in the mean time. He didn t quote us on a price, so I m assuming they re charging the insurance. Was told by Firestone Auto that it shouldn t be more than $65. We appreciate Sandusky Towing so much, without them our trip would ve been ruined.Service: Car towing

Jason was incredibly kind and the service was SO fast. He came immediately and took us to the tire shop right away. Everything took less than 25 minutes (for him to come, hook up the car, and take us to the shop). Just used your service at Sawmill Creek Resort. We are 2 hrs away from home, 1:30 on New Year s Eve day and Jason was there in 10 minutes to help. Really nice guy. We appreciate it.

On a recent trip from Michigan to Maine we found ourselves with car problems just South of Sandusky. Not being form the area we did a google search and took a chance. When we called, the gal that answered was very nice and said they could send someone out soon. A little while later we received a call from Jason the driver and he was in route. He was super friendly and turns out the gal we talked with was his sister. A great family run business. Jason was very nice , accommodating and super informative about the area. Hopefully we never need a tow in Sandusky again, but if we do we know who we will call... Thanks Jason!Service: Car towing

6-16-23 we called for a tow at about 1 am and when we got ahold of the tow driver he was giving us issues because he had to wake up, he got close down the road and called giving us issues and pulled into the lot like a mad man then stated a big fuss talking disrespectful with us, sad to see how far people will go to avoid doing Their job. The Useless driver gave us issues before he even left his house.

The person that answered the phone was polite and helpful. Tow truck got there in speedy time. They however didn't tell me that there was a $5.00 charge for using a credit card when I called but still was the Cheapest that I called. Will definitely call them again if I need towed. Highly recommend them

Me and daughter were riding back to Michigan and my motorcycle was running low on gas. We stopped at a gas station to refill and my motorcycle wouldn t start back up. The attendant at the station was very helpful but didn t have any tools. Jason from Sandusky towing just happened to stop at the station and offered his assistance. After trying to jump start the motorcycle for a bit, Jason had tools that could access the battery compartment and we found the issue, a loose battery bolt. Jason came up with the idea to use some wire to tie the battery cable on to the battery as a quick fix to get me and my daughter on the road again. We made it home safe and I can t say enough thanks for Jason taking the time to help. If I m ever in the area again and have car/motorcycle issues, I m definitely calling Sandusky towing.Service: Battery

I would recommend this company. They was very friendly. I'm in Sandusky for a vac and my van broke down. I called this company and he got to us within 10 mins. Completely incompetent. Sent a driver out to jump out car and we asked them if they had experience with this kind of car. The guy bragged about all his experience and work history. He proceeds to pull all the upholstery out of our trunk in search of the battery while I point out it s under the hood. Couldn t figure out how to jump the car and never put the upholstery back together. Now it has to go to the dealer. AVOID if you have anything high end.

UPDATE: The owner called me and said multiple times for me to leave a bad review to his face. I was polite with him as he interrupted me numerous times throughout our conversation. I addressed him as sir out of respect and tried my absolute best to stop talking any time I was interrupted. I don't understand why it takes a bad review to get a call, but I definitely don't understand why I was spoken to rudely in that call.Orignial Review:They towed my friends car off MY property without my permission 2 weeks ago. Her car and my yard were both damaged. The owner was nice enough to have a driver meet us there and let my friend get her car on a Saturday (which they did not have to do), but it cost me $130. I'm having trouble getting the paperwork from them so that I can pursue legal action against my neighbor who lied to them about owning my property. Speaking with a different tow truck driver, they stated that what happened would have never been okay with the company he worked for. I have been more than patient, but they are very short with me.
