Had my work van repaired here. Workmanship and fitment of parts was horrible. Paint on fender was still cracked. Headlights out of adjustment. Bumper misaligned and I had to get it aligned myself and replace tires because of alignment. Turns out frame was bent. I should not have had to do the running around trying to get fixed. I went there because I had good luck in the past. Not sure what is going on but insurance would have paid for all damages and van was less than 2 years old.

If I can rate this -10 /10 I would service is horrible and they are lazy. The most effort the guys put in is getting there fat butts out of the chair

We had a customer of ours that was in an accident and got a quote from Precision Body & Frame. They went with another shop for less money. However, the other shop didn't take photos they needed for the claim. Not only did precision keep the photos but sent them over for the customer to help process their claim free of charge. These guys are doing the right things for the right reasons. That's worth extra money and can be the difference between getting your claim paid quickly and the claim being a hassle.

I want to give this business 5 stars for integrity! I stopped in yesterday to schedule a paint job. They could have made quite a bit of money on me....however they advised me to reach out about a warranty on my suv. I did and its being covered! I am very impressed. Back at the end of November my car was struck not once but twice in the same week, while parked. I have had a bad experience with another body shop in town in the past. So I was very hesitant on selecting the right place to fix the damages on my vehicle. I took it to Precision got a quote and with in a few months I just got my car back. I have to say I am super impressed, the paint job is excellent they were honest with me and kept me in the loop with all the work that was being preformed. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone, that needs body work done. They made my baby look better than when it came off the lot. And I can t thank them enough for taking care of her! Customer service on all levels is a 10/10 they took care of me, when it came to rental and all. Saving me headaches, the process was very simple. Thank you Precision

They quoted me around $8,000 for repairs (replace my chrome bar, scratches on the front and side, and dent in the back). I spoke to many people who could not believe the kind of price they were quoting for such repairs. Which encouraged me to look elsewhere since I didn t feel that price was fair myself for the more minor damages there were. Law Brothers in Huron quoted only $2600. I don t feel comfortable going back to Precision because I do not feel I can trust their quotes. I felt taken advantage of. I d recommend checking out other places before settling with their prices.

If your car needs body or paint work this is the shop you need to take it to. When I got my truck back it looked as good if not better than new. They did A fantastic job. I had some issues with the drivers door which they worked on. And they ve been over backwards to make it right. I will not hesitate to take a car that I have back there to let to repair. The work here whether large or small is done to perfection. The cost for labor is one of the smallest around but the service is above what is around. You cannot go wrong here.

We had these guys do most of our body work in the past five years. Very friendly and great results. They are totally slammed and have to schedule a month plus out but I think it's worth the wait.

My Mazda 3 had an encounter with water and Precision Body & Frame was suggested by my insurance company. Being from out of town, I had no idea that the garage would be good. This company went above and beyond for the work they did for my custom jeep. Very friendly very clean business establishment. Owners and workers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to do any kind of bodywork if you ever need any.

this business has fell apart in the recent years. it used to be my wife and I's go to repair shop. this recent experience I will never go to nor recommend anyone to them again. our vehicle went in for repair after someone pulled out in front of my wife, they had to replace the strut, front bumper cover, front rim, front fender, and damage down the whole side of the vehicle. first time we went to pick it up it still had damage on the rear door and the front fender and bumper wasn't close to being lined up sticking out past the headlight. it took a month total to get the car back where it looked decent body wise. the young guy in the office told my wife she would have to sign off on it before she could drive the vehicle, so with no choice we get it back and find out on the highway it shakes, has a grinding noise when coming to a stop but has brakes that are 2 months old has no heat on the passenger side of the car, and it feels as if the car follows grooves in the road. we took it back and they refuse to fix any of it saying that it couldn't be from the wreck but yet all issues are coming from where the vehicle got hit trying to say all of it is being caused by the tires. so we offered to go have brand new tires put on even though none of this was present before the accident and some of it cant even be caused by tires and they still refuse to fix the vehicle to pre accident condition no matter what. In my experience if you want your vehicle properly fixed the correct and full way this is no longer the shop to go to.

Great people to work with, even picked up my vehicle from Miller Boat Line since I live on Put-in-Bay, finally bill was under quote by a few dollars, car was cleaned inside and out!!
