Our Company is working in the area from out of state. We had to have a bucket truck tire replaced and we were met with kindness and prompt service. The employees went out of their way to capture our information so if we need their services in the future our trucks will have no problems. Our Tire was replaced and my crew was back on the road within 30 minutes of their arrival.Highly recommend this company!

Ron and his team are GREAT! They performed DOT inspections on our three trucks and three trailers so we can get them out on the road and start making us money. Great company, great ownership and even better communication all around!

Blew a tire about 45 miles away from their shop in the middle of the night on my semi. Dustin got out as quickly as he could. Worked quickly and got it replaced. Thankful that they had such a quick response time. Dustin was great and would recommend using these Ohio Diesel! Thank you

We had a service call late at night on one of our tankers inside the plant and the work was performed by Julius. He was very knowledgeable and performed the work quickly, allowing us to get back to the task at hand. He's an excellent mechanic. Thank you Julius for bailing us out

We had an air problem with our delivery box truck on Putt in Bay, Ohio. Dustin showed up within the hour, had us diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in about 20mins flat. Super friendly, knows what he s doing for sure. Appreciate you guys!

The guy that came out to help me tonight arrived earlier than I expected, got the trailer tire changed quickly, and was very friendly and professional. Couldn't have hoped for a better technician. I am very unsatisfied with the service,I will not even recommend to go this place for any repairs,Owner Ryan or Ron, I am not pretty sure,However, I called on Friday around 11:00 AM to change DEF pump.Meanwhile, I was advised that they had an availability at 5:00 PM,my driver went there at aroud 12:00 PM, after a while around 3:00 PM, Ryan called and told me that they would take the truck to shop on Saturday First thing in the morning at 7:00 AM.My driver waited over there since 7:00 AM and the shop was closed, furthemore, he met service manager over there and surprised - he did not even know anything about our truck.They called Ryan, He lied them that they called to our company,He did not even speak with anyone regarding that truck in that morning.I called him and spoke with him, he said that he got sick and some of his mechanics got sick as well.I do understand if that was the case, unfortunately, those were only excuses for the situation.After some time he himself went to shop. My driver met him in person, he was perfectly fine. Finally, we got our truck out of there and went to another shop. We wasted over day for nothing.If he did inform us on the day when we have called that they would not be able to repair the truck. We did not even go there. And experience that unprofessionalism.This was very unprofessional towards customers,I will add this shop to do not use list in my system.

The owner Ron is very experienced and has his trucks well equipped. Called him because my 2003 KW blew a Radiator hose he had the hose changed and filled antifreeze under a hour. Great people great prices. The world needs more shops like Ohio Diesel. Thanks guys

Darian was super quick to get here and diagnose the issue. He didn't just stop at emptying 1 air tank, he did them all. Mentioned looking at a new dryer at our earliest convenience. Got us up and working again. He's knowledgeable. Thanks man.

Very efficient truck, trailer, and tire service. I called, and they came a running, with bells and whistles. From time they arrived til job completed might have been 30 minutes. I didn't catch the mechanics name, but had a road call done on I-80 MM 113 for a coolant leak on unit 77047. Mechanic showed up earlier than expected and got the job done in roughly 30 minutes. Granted I already had the hose, just needed the coolant. He was a super nice guy and loved the truck I'm in, had a nice conversation while he got the job taken care of. Would recommend them and would use this place in the future.

Had a tire blow out while transporting a large boat on the highway. Ron was able to provide the tires needed and Julian came to our location and remounted two tires so we could get the boat home safely. Great job, thanks so much!Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys treated me really really good they did not have the part and Dustin drove 1 hour to get the part 1 hour to get back and fix my truck and was able to make my delivery on time I really appreciate it

Amazing quick review and good response time and super professional. Patrick was my technician and was highly professional and efficient with all the work that was needed to be done with my breakdown and was able to get back rolling again within the hour of him arriving.

On a Saturday Ohio Diesel replaced a hydraulic line on my tank trailer so I could deliver my load, they was fast, very professional and did a great job all things considered. Thank you very much Pat you have know idea how much I appreciate everything.

We had a dump truck from our fleet blow a tire in Sandusky. The mechanic Patrick got to us very quickly and got us back on the road promptly. Would definitely recommend and use again
