Not sure the name of the gentleman who helped me out but he went above & beyond to help me figure out a solution on what I needed to do to fix my situation. It will definitely become my go to spot for all my upcoming auto needs

Chrystal and Caleb are exceptional employees! Kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! We broke down on the interstate and couldn't find an open garage. My husband could replace our alternator but had no place to work on it and no tools. We called O'Reilly to see if they had the parts we needed and not only did they have them in stock but Chrystal lent her personal tools to my husband to use and also let him fix it in the parking lot. Caleb also jumped right in to help my husband put the belt back on. They stayed late and made sure we were back to road ready. They turned a terrible situation into a positive experience and I will be forever grateful! They are great examples of superior customer service and just all around amazing people!

They gave us the wrong part 3 times and the 3rd time it happened I couldn't use my car because they gave us the wrong filter so now I can't use my car till I get a new filter

O'Reilly's Auto always has stuff on sale, and they price match also. Their staff is very knowledgeable, very very friendly. Stop in and get your Auto Parts oh, and don't forget your accessories to like batteries and oil.

Brian is the man! 30 mins to close, he brought me the parts and tools I needed to replace my power steering pump pulley that decided to blow apart. With a car full of kids stranded 100s of miles from our Michigan home, he really came through for us. Thanks again guys!

Helpful, very knowledgeable staff. Most importantly, the CSR I had seemed genuinely interested in helping me not to buy more than I really needed, although he did do his job by pointing out the more expensive parts & what I could expect for my money. I will bring my business back.

Great my first time there they has everything that I needed the guy behind the desk was patient and pleasant I needed lug nuts because someone tried to steal my wheel he located the ones I needed ordered them and they were there in a hour and I'm from philadelphia this was a great experience this was a definite go whenever I'm in ohio o Reilly is the only place

Needed to fix my passenger side headlight but it turned out that the problem was its socket. Mr. Richard was very helpful figuring it out and looking for the correct piece. Definitely a reliable place to find tools and equipments for your car.

Knowledgeable and will take the time to help you out. Latest visit i stood in line over 15 minutes but I got to witness the service they provided and when it was my turn i received the same treatment

Recently left employment at O'Reilly very stressful the foul language used in store when there are ladies at counter making purchases is unbelievable the younger employees while on clock leave store to make money repairing vehicles either on parking lot or elsewhere meanwhile I am left to fend for myself. Previous places I have worked for would not have tolerated this behavior very stressfull location to be employed

Decent selection, but there's two dudes that work the counter on Saturday evenings that are super friendly and helpful, I travel 20 minutes past my local parts stores to go here

Staff is always friendly and have the knowledge necessary to assist you on your car related issue or purchase. I go out of my way to go to Oriellys when I need something. I recommend ORiellys.

Just your average O'Reilly's store but all three employees in this store was concerned about the problem I had at the time I stopped there and they even came out to my car to get a better idea of what the problem was so I appreciate that
