My brakes crapped out on me and I was panicking to get them fixed in time for work the next day, Nick was super understanding and gladly fit me into his busy schedule and got me back on the road within hours! I had an exhaust pipe that was hanging on my vehicle. I took it to Nick and he took it in and said he would let me know how much before he did any work on it. He was very thorough and now my vehicle runs smoother than what it was before. He very reasonably priced and very thorough with his work will definitely go back with any issues with any vehicle that I own.Service: Exhaust

Called his business to see if he could get me in that day to repair a power steering issue, he said yes, he could look at it the same day, so I took the car over to his shop and he looked at it and gave me a price to fix it. so, he was able to fix the issue the same day. he was very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend his business if you need your car or truck serviced. prices were reasonable.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We got to Nick with a highly broken car and he was empathetic and clear from the beginning. Our car was too expensive to fix but Nick was great at explaining what was wrong with it and he did his best to give us the best price. We totally trust his judgment and we appreciate how kind he was in a moment like this! You can tell he knows what he s doing and he has fair prices. All in all, 100% recommended!

I have been going through NGC Automotive for about a year now. He even has an oil change card so after so many you could get one free. Great customer service gets me in when needed at a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

Do not use this guy, His prices are as high as a dealership and he will tell you that he is going to do a job and not do half of it. I've heard stories about this shop from several other local residents in Sandusky and none of them have been good. I'm very surprised to see that I am leaving the first negative review.I figured I'd at least get a review put up here and it may potentially save some people from getting taken advantage of.Don't let his politeness fool you like it did me. He is a very unstable and irrational person. When I asked for pictures and receipts of the parts and work, he started swearing and yelling at me, I couldn't believe it.

Only $26 for a full pre-sale inspection of a car I'm buying, and Nick promptly answered the follow-up questions I had despite me being out of state. Very satisfied!

I have used this shop for all my vehicles Nick is very informative and very intelligent when it comes to vehicles from my 2000 expedition that I needed running safely for my sons first car to my wife s 2011 ford no worries when we got it back even called to check up on his work and make sure everything was good awesome guy definitely recommend!!!!!!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
