I was recommended this place for a gas line leak by the Valvoline establishment down the street. And I really could not be more satisfied. They took me in for an emergency appointment ordered the parts and did the replacement cheaply and efficiently on my 2004 Toyota RAV4. This car is my person and I couldn t be more impressed with how they walked me thru and treated me. Girls: this and the Valvoline on Milan is where you can go to get respectable and appropriate car care.UPDATE!!! A few weeks later brought my car back for a few more random repairs. Decided (since I couldn t catch a ride from anyone) I would just ride my bike from Cedar Point to Mr Tire to pick up the car. If that doesn t tell you how dedicated I am to this establishment then I don t know what will.

Started our vacation driving from Michigan down to South Carolina. While traveling on the Ohio turnpike I had a tire blow out. Put the donut on and went in search of a tire repair place on a Sunday. We came upon Mr Tire. Chuck helped get us back on the road and saved the day with a proper replacement he had in stock. He kept apologizing for the way our family vacation started but he truly made our vacation go off without a problem with his quick service.

Needed some trailer tires revitalized with tubes for the tires. Everything went smoothly and was inexpensive as well. Would recommend highly.

Made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday. Got there for appointment early at 245. Only to be told they sold my tires to someone else yesterday. In other words, they could have done me yesterday. I was told no tires. When I started to ask why they weren't reserved for me yesterday when I made appointment. He told me to leave cause he wasn't dealing with it.

Mr Tire is so far the best tire and auto mechanic business I ve gone to for repairs and oil changes. Reasonable pricing and just the respect and friendliness of the employees greeting you the moment you walk in the door was the best experience for me

I wish I could give Wendell and the guys here more then 5 stars. From start to finish they were top notch and are at the top of the industry with knowledge. One of the techs figured out a problem that I was originally quoted for $900 and ended up being a less then $200 problem . I couldn t be happier . I ve never trusted a company so much. AMAZING

Do not take you car here!!! Came here to replace 4 tire after observing what work was being done on my truck the staff is undertrained and they get violent and combative what you re trying to explain. Hey, this is the right way to do it. I will never take my truck again and I m charging them for having my truck properly done

I owe them this review. Mr. Tire was able to fit me in within the same week of calling for some repairs. They tried to save me some extra money by not doing repairs that they thought were not necessary. They priced themself slightly on the cheaper end of the greater market, but more importantly for me, this is an auto repair place I can trust.

Had 2 brake lines fail on 12 hour trip and these guys got took me in quick and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend. Thank you guys.

Mr tire was great! The only place that could get me in on Saturday afternoon, they saved the day. I wouldn't of been able to go to work that day if it weren't for them!

Rolled up at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening with a bolt in the tire. Chuck and the team jumped right in and fixed. That made them late leaving yet they could not have been nicer. Super staff. This is the place to go if you need assistance!! Thank you!!!

We were on vacation with the family and our van was acting funny. Our van was able to get worked in and fixed the very next day allowing us a safe drive home! We really appreciate it thanks for being swift and professional! We highly recommend!! Great team great prices

On our way to the area we hit debris in the road that caused some damage to our vehicle. Needing to ensure we can make the drive some safely, we reached out to a few shops and found that Mr. Tire could get us in quickly. They were genuine in their concern for our safety. The kindness they showed us was a bright light in this difficult situation.As for inspection and repairs, they did an amazing job working on our vehicle. They were extremely knowledgeable and honest. We we would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I have had a few good services there and some bad ones and unfortunately the negative outweighed the goods for me. The communication seriously lacks. One time I was told my service would be 2 hours and yet it was almost over 5 before I demanded someone explain why my car was taking significantly longer than planned. Another time I had an appointment for an oil change, I arrived early and waited a little over an hour before I asked what was going on, they discovered something else with my car and decided to work on it. That should have been communicated and decided by me. Same day the front desk woman, Amber was telling other people with NO appointment that she'd get them in and out in front of customers who were respectfully waiting. Amber was also extremely rude and unprofessional during this time. In both scenarios, why was I waiting so long for simple communication?! Consideration towards my time? These were not my first problems here, but they will definitely be my last as I am done giving this place my service.

This used to always be my choice place to use but in the last few years they have went down hill so much. I'd been having little issues I didn't like but the last time I was there was the worst. I took my truck in for another issue but asked them to change the oil while they had it. They charged me for it so I assumed it was done but a month later my truck was giving me huge problems and when I checked my oil there was nothing in it at all. I couldn't get through when calling them so I ended up taking it elsewhere to be worked on. I am done using this place for my vehicle needs.

We were traveling on the Ohio Turnpike today when the system charging light came on. The closest exit was Sandusky. We decided to go to AutoZone for diagnostics. It turned out to be the alternator. We needed a recommendation for someone to do the work. AutoZone called around and got us in at Mister Tire. They were busy but said they would get us in when they heard what happened. Chuck was great getting us checked in and calling around for the part once the diagnosis was made. We were in and out in a couple of hours. We are beyond grateful to the team at Mister Tire for the great service!

I went to the Sandusky location on 4/19. My car needed brakes, a battery, rear shocks, and 4 tires. Brad and the team did a lot of hard work in a few hours. I'm very pleased with how quiet the new tires are and how the car is handling and braking.

Had a flat on vacation. The crew at Mr Tire worked me into their schedule and had me fixed up and back on the road quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Recently went to get an oil change and tire plugged, got home and my tire pressure light was already, if they plugged it they didn't do a good job, but then they ended up fixing it 2 days later very fast.

This place is great!I was in from out of town and had something come up with my brakes. The staff was super-friendly and very accommodating. They were able to work me in, get me squared away, and I was able to keep my schedule.It's not like I hope to have brake trouble on vacation again, but if I do I'd definitely go back.

First time I ve come to this location and I can tell you now I don t believe I ll be going anywhere else for tire services! When I came in Nakedrya greeted me with a smile was extremely nice and informational and was able to tend to me and answer the phone as it rang. While waiting I learned there was a miss-hap with my original tire size and the ones they had in store we re not the size I needed but Chuck found a way around it and got me with a FULL set of tires (as you don t wanna drive with 2 different tire sizes) and was able to get me to a price point that wouldn t break the bank. I m beyond grateful for his willingness to look out for the customer as most places do not when it comes to vehicles.

Great crew here! We had our vehicle broke down at the Wendy s next door and they got us right in and fixed it right away. Joe here was generous enough to give us cookies as we waited. Great hospitality and great costumer service.

Thank goodness for Mr. Tire!! Had our tire blow on the highway the night before we were supposed to get to Cleveland for the Motley Crue Stadium Tour. Had the car towed to Firestone just to find out in the morning they didn t have the tires we needed in stock. Got towed across the street and Mr. Tire was very quick and super helpful. Even gave us a coupon to get breakfast at Wendy s next door!! We thought our trip was going to be ruined, instead they sent us on our way with new tires and a full belly!! 10/10 recommend Mr. Tire!!

So I was on my way back home on a 10-hour drive from Chicago to north-central PA, when I had a grinding come from both my rear brakes. I thought my pads had a bit more time than they did, but oh well. Chuck and his team were able to get my car in, rotors, pads, and a caliper replaced in short order, and worked some magic to get me back in time for a family gathering. I highly recommend this location, for both the service performed and the quality customer service provided!
