Started taking my cars here to get it fixed because they team there is friendly and is willing to help explain something wrong with the car n they are reasonably priced

I see all the reviews..I didn t get so lucky with the horrible service I got. The best thing was is that he could get me in the next day..I should have waited for my other appointment @ a different shop. So here we go..called next day service, that day he was supposed to communicate with me about the diagnostic(I took it in thinking I needed a fuel pump) when I finally do speak with him he says I don t need a fuel pump, it seems like my car getting to much gas(never heard of that but ok) i have extra warranty on my car(best way to describe its like Car Shield , but isn t) I gave him all my info to call in the claim. He never did it when he said he did,smh, then to top matters off it went from my car getting to much gas to needing a new computer system, needing a new battery & a catalytic converter!!! WTH!!! I was told he would get to my car when he could..although I had an appointment! I towed my car for a second opinion. While @ M & W & my car started just fine, no smoke/fumes. It was Running a little rough under the bottom. Towed to JDBYRIDER to have a second opinion & you wouldn t believe he asked me had someone else been working on my car, I reply yes, he says because my coils were UNPLUGGED. His diagnosis was that my car is running perfectly fine, after he replugged the coils. The only thing NATE did to my car was actually put some gas Cleaner in my tank & WAS GOING to charge me $200!! I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM!!

I took my truck in for a couple of, what I thought, were minor issues and after doing diagnostics on it, they found more problems and resolved them in a timely and efficient manner. My truck runs great and I would highly recommend them

Great small shop. Didn't Charge a crazy amount for labor and did a great job. They even got it done early
