These folks are always awesome and make sure everything is perfect. Even went as far as trying 2 different sets of rims and to make sure they didn't rub. Second time using them and I'll always come back!!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Gave me a fair and accurate estimate for a leaking tire. They checked it out right away, cleaned and resealed the bead on the rim. Very professional and courteous staff. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent! Secretary is cute with a nice southern accent. They are very helpful, friendly, accommodating people. Katz Tires is a new business looking to make a name for themselves. This place really saved me both financially and mentally. After calling around my local tire and auto shops, running into nothing but issues. After spending several hours, I moved my search to the Sandusky area and found these guys! Not only did they get me a really great deal, they were patient with me (I called them so many times with so many questions) they helped me with financing and then even after running into issues, they still didn't overcharge me in any way. Highly highly appreciated, and very much recommend them! They seem to do way more than just tires too, will definitely return with any future with any other car needs!Thank you so much!!!!!!

Great experience with these guys.They were able to accommodate me very quickly with my tire and oil change.They were friendly and professional throughout my visit, and I look forward to next time (seriously recommended).

Fast, friendly & fair !!! Had a flat on my trailer on Rt 2 the day before Thanksgiving. Red handled everything professionally was very knowledgeable. The tech was fast and load the spare in my truck for me. Wow! You really have a winning team at your shop. Can I buy some stock in your company??? You have the right formula!!!

Our experience at the Sandusky location was great. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were treated with kindness by Red at the front desk. The guys putting our new tires on were friendly and were very honest and upfront. Will definitely return in the future.

Nice place. Great service.The only thing is I didn t get much information about the tires I purchased. In the past a tire shop usually say how many miles their rated for. I. E. 40,000 miles. And no information about any warranty or not. Repairs etc.Other than that, great job

They were ''riendly and thorough. I dropped a car off for an alignment.They said they like to take a quick look for any obvious issue before the customer leaves. Sure enough, they found an issue with one of my tires. They provided a couple different options and recommendations and i am happy with the results.

They did an awesome job dropped my truck off Saturday on Thanksgiving weekend and Red and the guys got my tire size I needed figured out and ordered. Tires wouldn't be in until Monday cuz of ordering Saturday at close and had my truck done Monday afternoon!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Worked with me to get me in quick..Red was really personable and did a great job keeping me company while I waited..they seem to care about the quality of their work and taking care of their customers vehicles..I have white leather and the mechanic made sure to come in and get someone else to move the car so he didn t get it dirty my experience was good and would recommend giving them a shot if you need work done to your vehicle

I had a nail in my front drivers side tire. I took the truck to Katz tires. I was greeted by Red and Kaleb as soon as I walked in. They were able to get it fixed immediately. Wow. What Great customer service. Thanks Red and Kaleb

I am a physician. I travel here twice monthly to work at Bellevue Hospital. Just put on NEW snow tires. Arrived at BnB and found i had flat tire! From Cleveland. I googled tires and up came Katz just a few miles away. They were able to mend the snow tire! Service was professional and courteous and super fast! They truly saved the day as Hospital depends on me. I am beyond grateful! Shout out to Reo! This tiny woman was literally crawling under the car in parking lot to investigate damage extent. They do their job like i do mine rare find!
