The team at Firelands is as good as it gets. Very professional, transparent, accommodating, and courteous. We bought our vehicle from Jacob Contreras, and absolutely enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend working with Jacob. Kudos to Brendan as well who allowed us to trade in our ten year old Subaru Forester which mitigated the tax on the new Grand Highlander Hybrid we purchased. Great to be b/ack in a Toyota!

Steve, Grant and the Firelands Toyota group was amazing to work with! We were looking to trade in our previous vehicle and the Firelands Toyota group made it a smooth and wonderful process for us! Everyone was very friendly as soon as you walked in the door. We never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle. The Firelands Toyota group truly care about their customers and ensuring that you have a pleasant experience!! So happy with our purchase and working with a wonderful team!

I contacted Firelands Toyota and was treated exceptionally well by Grant. After attempted robbery by other dealers with their market adjustments Grant sold me the car I was looking for at normal pricing. No hassles, no negotiations, the way things are suppose to be. We did the entire deal over the phone and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend you contact Grant and Firelands Toyota!

We worked with Derek to purchase a new Camry Hybrid. Finding what we wanted was a bit of a challenge but Derek was responsive to our wants and very low-keyed. This was a great purchasing experience for us. We felt that Firelands was very transparent throughout the whole experience. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

I could spend the rest of my days praising my experience with Firelands Toyota and it still wouldn't cover all of my accolades. Tyler did justice to the whole team by guiding me through my purchase, answering questions, and conveying my financing desires to the powers that be. He clearly believes in the product he sells and the people he stands with, from the top down.Sharre made signing my name an stress-free and, dare I say entertaining, experience. A shout out to those that held the door, offered refreshment, maintain that building, and curate the website because it made me feel as though presentation matters and that I deserve to be impressed. And, boy, was I!! I appreciate those that detailed/certified my new-to-me Rav4 because it is my dream vehicle.I look back fondly at my time with my old car, but I am so grateful for you all helping me drive into my future in style and safety! Highly recommend.

The sales team was very positive and helpful throughout the process, from beginning to end. I appreciated the regular updates I received during the 5 week wait from ordering the car to receiving the car, and their willingness to answer all my questions. The financial person was also friendly and competent and walked me through all the forms with ease. I appreciated all the attention I received as well as all the time spent with me on the day I took ownership. It was a positive, successful experience.

The best car buying experience of my life. Ask for Grant because he was more of a tour guide than a car salesman. Never pushy and listened to you and your needs when looking for the right vehicle for you and your family. The paper work was fast and you were out the door driving your new vehicle within the hour. I highly recommend stopping by and speaking to Grant if you are in the market for a vehicle.

We highly recommend Firelands Toyota. Brad Holm made sure we were able to buy the car we wanted. He held the vehicle for us until we could get there a couple of days later. He was friendly, honest, responsive to communications, and kept his promise of fulfilling an order for accessories. It was a very pleasant car buying experience!

This was my last service on my maintenance package and it was the best one to date. Unfortunately, it shouldn t take several visits only for the last one to receive the best service. Jamie treated me like the car was my own (when in the past, it was not and it was several people who acted like that). Noah was helpful as always (he did my previous service before this one and it was fantastic. He was so sweet and helpful. He even took the initiative and grabbed a mechanic to ask him for clarification. Have Noah do your service if possible.) The woman with glasses and long black hair was helpful as well, she grabbed Logan (a mechanic) to check my car when it was making an awful sound right before I left the dealership. Logan was wonderful, and polite, took care of the problem efficiently.I m not sure if the representative team received a new manager, but like I said, this was the best service to date after 2-3 years of services. However, that shouldn t have been the case.

I started my visit in the service department, where Dave J. really helped me out and made sure he was upfront and honest about what I was facing. He gave me all of the options, let me choose what I needed to do, and then referred me to Jacob. I got absolutely phenomenal service from Jacob. He jumped through hoops to get me a car, and I totally appreciate it. I even ran into a small issue after I purchased it involving my plates and my job, and he made sure to take care of it so that I could continue earning.Thank you guys so much. This is my second car I've purchased from you, and it very likely won't be the last.

I've been looking for a certain truck for about a year now, at it was at Firelands Toyota! Deven was my salesperson and did an exceptional job at helping me and making my experience painless a great one. Today I walked into this dealership with very little hopes that I'd be eligible for anything, and I walked out with a nearly brand new Corolla. Mike Cruz and Steven in finance were amazing, they helped alleviate my fears of buying a used car and showed me all the proof that what I was buying was safe and reliable. I love my new car, and will highly recommend this place to others.

I hate the whole process of purchasing cars. The people at Firelands Toyota made it a remarkably easy experience. I had Grant D. as my guy to help me and answer the questions I had concerning the cars with which I had an interest. Great guy and straight forward. We worked with Mike C to purchase our Certified Sienna and it was wonderful experience. We have been looking for over a year to find the van we wanted and had no luck. We found one at Firelands and Mike contacted us within minutes of our online inquiry. He was very responsive and easy to work with. We had to drive 2 hours to pick it up and he had everything ready for us in advance, we were in and out within and hour and half including a short test drive.

Matt knew what he was doing when he put Pat O Brien on my case. I wasn t even gonna buy a new truck but was sold after pat had Matt find me the exact truck I wanted and gave me a great deal. My new truck is awesome!

Mike Cruz was our salesman, That sold us our beautiful Tundra, and we couldn t ask for a better sales person, very informative and not pushy. They treat you like family . We think Firelands of Sandusky is the best place for. Our purchases.
