I had a bit of an emergency, my wife s 2016 Renegade needed a new battery and I just stopped in on Saturday February 3, 2024, I also was in need of an oil change and they were able to do that too! Ryan was very professional and courteous! Thanks so much Ryan for helping get these two items done even though I just stopped by without calling first!

I had an excellent experience at Firelands Jeep. They were thorough, helpful and explained everything that would be done . Firelands has two great waiting rooms stocked with coffees, teas, bottled refrigerated cold water and lots of snacks ! I took my 2018 Dodge Durango in for oil change and tire rotation. Every employee was kind and courteous. Very friendly environment and service was done in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this place to buy cars or have service done.

I inquired about a dodge charger, I think it was a 2011 or 13, I don't recall. I think it was 24 or 25k, tried to offer me 2,200 for my current truck,[ just my tires and rims are worth more than their offer]on top of 600$ a month. They weren't trying to work with me on anything. So I took my buisness elsewhere. The salesman I was dealing with was very nice and respectful though.

It is incredible to see that kind of professionalism and I believe it deserves recognition. True character is always revealed in times of adversity. And Firelands has proven their merit!
