Normally it's a good car wash. The Free car Wash coupons do work. I drove all the way from Oberlin. The people working inside were too busy. It was a long line.

I ve been to several Valvoline locations, this was by far the best experience I ve had. All the services they offered were things I actually needed. They were thorough and quick. I was expecting to be upsold and scammed like most places do. But these guys were professional and respectful. I asked for an oil change and an air filter and that s exactly what I got. I was out of there in about 20 minutes. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!!

Quick, courteous, friendly, and professional response to my need of a headlight replacement.I think it was very reasonable for the amount of work it took just to get at the bulb, then put it all back together when finished.I'm more than happy with this Express Care Lube & Car Wash.

Consistent & competent service, affordable prices. Manager is knowledgeable, monitors, and participates in service to ensure quality and efficiency. Both bays were open today and seemed well staffed.

Most staff were friendly but one wasn't so much. Seemed to be more concerned about upselling than customer service. Kind of ruined the experience but otherwise not so bad.
