All I can say is the guy who saved our day from Bucyrus working for Eds ... Thank you!!! 12/23 on 568 in Carey Ohio. Not only did he get us hooked up ASAP and loaded but was so hilarious and funny w conversation on our way back home. Made a terrible situation w a hangry female tons better!

PURE SCAM!!!!. Stay away from them. Called them to come and see which hose was bad they said they will find out. Calling me 30 min later that he poured the oil into my engine to find out where the leak going on, without asking me if it is ok. Then mechanic saying that this truck need more work and cannot be fixed on the side of the road. They offered me $850 for 24 miles tow to their shop and they could not do it for at least 1 week, for their 30 min of work they charged me $753, travel time 1hr back and forth. I called around and got another towing company, Minich Truck Repair. He found out that only hose had to be replaced which was less than $50 for the part, with his travel time, work, and parts together cost me less than $400 - Got the best customer service from them. Use ONLY Minich Truck repair in Alger, OH in this area, you wont regret it. And stay away from this scamers. Bunch of thieves.

These guys are scammers. I had a truck and trailer heading to North Canada with a load of moose. I had a flat and called these guys. They came out and was talking with the guy for a bit and was telling him how there's very good money in the moose that I was dealing in. And then he charged me 1,400 for changing a flat. AFTER HE REALIZED I WAS MAKING GOOD MONEYStay away from these guys.

Important mesages to the drivers please don't let them work your truck,they will tell you they have service on this location don' listen them they're unprofessional mechanics,it happened to me charge unfair price truck has been towed again to the dealer just finished with in 3 hours, so tow your truck to other repiar shop otherwise they will cost you a lot of money,

Found them after being stranded 4 hours from home.. fuel pump went. The gentleman that came helped up make a plan.. and got us somewhere safe. I was charged nearly $400 to tow my car 10 feet out of the field. We drove it home ourselves. Major over charge. Waited for him for 45 minutes. He said he had to come from Marion and we were charged for that trip. He said he is paid by the hour but he worked for 5 minutes.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Charge me $210 a hr I was literally less than 5min away from the Ed's service took 2 hours to complete the tire change this place is a rip off I will not recommend no one to use this place.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Called in for a wench out. Got told one price by the lady who took the info. Boss and co-worker show up telling me a higher price for it. And refused to get me out unless I paid the higher. A 10min job for what they changed. He could of sucked it up and went with the lower price since it was like 2 miles from where they are located.

Called for road side service for flat tire, they put me on hold immediately. I waited 20 minutes, hung up and called back but now nobody would answer.Based off the other reviews on here I'd say they did me a favor by not taking my call.

Tow truck driver was courteous and careful in loading the vehicle on the flatbed. He was knowledgeable about local repair shops and gave options. I was satisfied with the shop he recommended.

Big BS, couldn't get a radiator hose to be replaced, so they suggested to tow our truck to their shop. Question is why? So they can make in thousands. Please don't call them

The worse company I dealt with. 2 hours waiting and no show then called back and they didn't dispatch yet. The employee lieing directly to her boss saying she didn't took the info. While I repeated the info twice to her.Then no apology or anything . And kept me stranded in no where

Delivered my Honda to the Buick dealer by mistake claiming in error that he had the right address. Honda dealer was across the street with a very big sign.

Horrible Service. They love dumb people who have no idea about trucks. They charge right and left. THEFT OF SERVICE. BE CAUTIOUS. DONT CALL THEM, YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF ROBBERY. SHAME ON THEM.

Called at 0700 she even said he was at home the repairman took them 5 hours to come to my truck Mine you Ed s is in Marion he lives in Marion I was broke down in Marion 3 miles from there shop
