Vehicle broke down close to Milan. Mechanics were quick to diagnose and evaluate the problem however what ensued was nothing but non-interest and complete lack of empathy from a customer perspective.As an out of towner i was told that if I forfeited my title and notarized my vehicle to their sales team they would take care of the diagnostic fee that was an outstanding balance of $138 dollars and they would "tow" it "out" and waive the fee. Fine. Except for the fact that I was able to scrap the vehicle in person for $500 dollars on site.I had to call off work and make the drive back to Sandusky from Akron to iron out details on site because the sales team would only send my valuables from my car on my dollar. On top of the notarized title expenditure.Only reason i am giving two stars instead of 1 is that they were hospitable on site and allowed me ample time to provide for a tow service.Shady business, unethical and lack of compassion or empathy filled with protected language is reason for 2 stars.

I went digging in different reviews to find a good honest mechanic. My luck has not been good, being a female and not knowing alot about cars I've been ripped off more than I care to admit. .. Upon my digging I came across Deiderick motors. I put all my faith hoping not to be sold other meaningless part I did not need. My car has a mind of its own and likes to act up on its own time. They kept my car until they figured out the problem. They helped me get a warranty for a part the previous mechanic sold me but he went permanently closed. That alone saved me hundreds in a new part. They did a phenomenal job and at beyond reasonable price. My car hasn't ran this good since I bought it. Dan and Tatiana communicated with me thru the entire process. I have found a permanent mechanic and I highly recommend.

I love my car. My car and I have been treated poorly by other mechanics in the area. I needed some serious work done so I went hunting for a new mechanic. I brought my car here and they took care of me and my car very well. A++ communication via text. Easy to view the details and approve the repairs on your smart phone. They took care of me even when I had to take my car back a few times to iron out a few issues that kept popping up. I've been driving my car for over half a year now and it's still running great. Thank you for taking care of me and my car!

We were traveling back home and our car broke down and we had to stay here for the night. They were so amazing they had our car fixed by 5 PM the same day we dropped it off they were very accommodating they gave us a ride back to our hotel! The service here is incredible! They were also very honest and did not try to do any other things to our car they fixed what we needed and checked out the whole entire car as well to make sure we won t have any more issues on our trip back home! I cannot recommend them enough and if we ever get stuck in Ohio again we will definitely be coming back here!

I highly recommend Deiderick Motors. I was unable to get the financing I wanted but they worked with me and tried everything to get the deal I wanted. They are very nice, professional and easy to work with!

The car that was advertised was the car we saw at the dealership. Tatiana was very helpful and is a great communicator. I would recommend them to anyone. We had a very positive experience.

I had a great experience with Deiderick Motors. After the major headache of trying to buy a car online, I decided to find a car locally. Upon reading the reviews I wanted to give them a try. Chris and Tatiana were so kind and helpful. They kept in touch during the entire process and made it very simple for me. They exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend to a friend, and return for any car needs in the future!

They were amazing worked with me on my down payment. I have bad credit and she kept at it till she found me a lender that approved my loan and got me into the vehicle I wanted. I was very impressed and I would recommend shopping here for your next vehicle. Very friendly very fast and caring and amazing to work with.

Great people to work with. I have horrible credit but working to make it better. I was in contact with Tatiana for about 2 weeks about the vehicle. Finally got a chance to go into the office and spent about 20 mins there got everything finalized and left with a great vehicle. Will definitely recommend them to everyone. Very polite and understanding and works very well with people. Very pleased and will definitely return when I am in need.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Deiderick Motors on 12/12/19. Tatiana and the rest of the team were very great! I have a low credit score and they let me know exactly what I needed to do and how much money I would need to put down to get to my target bi weekly payment! Even after I purchased the car they were helpful on how to make my payments and any other assistance I needed! I would not have been able to get a great car at the great price anywhere else! Thank you so much for your help Deidrick motors team!!!!

Just bought a car from Tatiana and Chris on 7/4/2020. They came In when they were closed to sign paperwork. I drive past Deiderick s everyday going to work and they always have nice cars. I don t have great credit but they were able to help get me in the car I wanted. The process was so easy and smooth. If needed in the future I will definitely go through them again for another.

Treated very well. Professional personnel and kind. Their vehicles are very nice and well worth it. We bought a van which has everything a driver or passenger could want. After explaining my really dire situation to Chris and Tatiana, they were able to give me a choice of 3 vehicles I could buy and found financing in my price range. All within a day. Tatiana works wonders and is so pleasant and helpful. Can't say enough! Happy customer

They made the process so incredibly easy! I honestly wasn t expecting to get the car I wanted so soon but two days later it was mine! Also, incredible communication! The whole process was explained in detail and I knew where my money was going. I totally recommend for anyone who s interested in getting a car with no hassle!

I have bought vehicles from Deidrick Motor before and I ve never been so happy. They work work with you. There very happy to show you the vehicle And test driving them. We were looking for a reliable, safe and budget friendly SUV for trips to see and transport our grandsons. A friend recommended we contact Chris at Deiderick Motors. We couldn t be happier with our 2008, one owner, lower mileage, Toyota Highlander. It was evident that Chris s first concern was not selling us a car but finding the vehicle that would meet our needs. We will certainly recommend Chris and Tatiana to others

Chris @ Deiderick Motors was super friendly and made my buying experience completely painless and effortless!! I showed up later in the afternoon on a Friday and was still able drive my new truck home that evening!! I would highly recommend Deiderick Motors if you are looking for a fair-priced, quality vehicle!!

I bought a ford f150 here today! The experience was great! They explain everything to you and are very helpful! They don't just toss you the keys and say see ya. Chris went over the truck with me and in the 4 used vehicles I've bought this was the first time for that! They have an excellent choice of used vehicles . Would definitely buy here again! I went searching online when I was looking for a cheap car just for a work commute. I filled out an application and Tatiana texted me that evening (on a Saturday) and said she would start the process immediately on Monday. She bent over backwards to get me a good deal and she was very efficient. I got the car today, Friday, and it will definitely alleviate stress in a household where two people work and have been sharing a car. So thank you, Tatiana and Deiderick Motors for helping us out in a quick, professional manner! I will recommend you to anyone who asks about buying good quality used cars!

I would like to thank Deiderick motors for the great job they did to get me a vehicle. They were so kind and very helpful. I'm so happy with the vehicle they sold me. I would highly recommend them if you need a vehicle, they are one of the best car dealers I've ever dealt with. Really nice people in Deiderick Motors. I just got a Ford Escape from them today. Really nice car - runs smoothly great car for the price! This is our second car from Deiderick Motors. Our first car is my wife's Ford Focus. We still have that car and we are using it every day - amazing vehicle.Deiderick Motors have really nice collection of vehicles from small cars to big trucks - whatever your taste is. Their cars are probably the best used cars that you can find in the area I should say. So if you are looking for a nice vehicle that is taken care of on a great price you should definitely stop by Deiderick Motors and check their vehicles out.
