I am incredibly impressed with Coles Auto. Not only did I get an amazing vehicle but they also got me in the vehicle that I wanted at the terms i needed. Dan and Rex stayed over hours just to make sure I brought the vehicle home! Down home service that's personal with deals that can't even compare with the local big wig dealerships ( I shopped around)! The deal I got at Coles was amazing and with warranty to boot! They ALSO give you a discounted price for SERVICE repair on other vehicles ( my older vehicle is also being fixed through their shop)! You can't beat them! Thank you Coles I'm one happy and safe driven momma@

Went here a couple weeks ago, needed a vehicle that day. No one greeted us, found 2 guys sitting outside, apparently the man we needed to talk too seemed annoyed he had to look up from his phone to help us. He didn t give much of any info on the cars we were interested in, honestly let him know I m sorry I inconvenienced him at work . with actual work? Anyway, went down the road to another dealer and left with the same model and even color car I was looking at there.

I am super pleased with the service I received from this place. My credit did not get approved for the car that I so desperately wanted and they worked out a buy here, pay here deal with me. One thing that stood out to me the most was their honesty! I was interested in a different vehicle there and they would not allow me to have that car because it needed work done. Any other place would have sold the car regardless. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Best car buying experience by far !Needed to purchase a car on short notice and Mike went the extra mile to get me into a car. My credit score wasn't that great but he and the owner worked out a buy here, pay here deal to get me into the car I really wanted. If you need a vehicle go see Mike and tell him Rick sent you.

Just to let people know the car dealership "Coles Quality Cars" is a hack. My moms friend Jim and Cindy bought her a car there, spent $11K on it God Bless them. The gas line was leaking and we took it back. They told her for two weeks that they ordered the gas line, come to find out they never did. They finally got the gas line in and "replaced it" for $500. Few weeks later the issue came back, we had our neighbor look at it who I'd a mechanic. They never replaced the gas line as they said they did. They used ductape to make it so it wouldn't leak. That is just one of the issues she had with her car.My sister also bought a vehicle from there and they said it had new breaks and rotors, which it never did.Coles did my mom wrong. I would not recommend them to anyone and it amazes me they have a Google score of what they do. My mom and dad owned a motorcycle shop here for 20 years bc they took care of people and did the work they said they were going to do.. Pictures will be coming soon. Waiting for my mom's mechanic to send it to me.Since idk how to respond to your comment, that is not true. After we found out what happened with the car we decided not to.even bother calling you about it bc you or your company lied about replacing the break line.

Was looking for a decent vehicle for a 2nd/work car. Test drove and a week later bought a nice 2011 Escape. Bill and Dan were nice to work with, kept me updated on AC getting fixed and got a good price.

Coles quality cars made buying fast, easy and they were very friendly. Best of all they did not try to sell me, they let me shop. I would recommend highly if you are looking to buy and if you're not from the area, worth the trip.

Won t sell a car to you unless he went through it and passed his inspectionHe makes sure they have great tires and makes sure fluids are well as well as makes sure they run well mOnly quality vehicles he ll sell for a great price
