Jason and everyone at Clemon's Boats operate at an extremely high level and in my opinion set the standard for being the highest quality boat dealer. Leslie in the office is always on top of paperwork and extremely easy to communicate with, the service technicians are very experienced and capable, and Jason goes above and beyond for his customers. You can tell when you walk through the door that this place is top notch. Everything is clean and well organized, even the shop. Jason is extremely personable and you leave feeling like you were well taken care of. Buying a boat requires a lot of trust, especially if you are traveling a long distance. You will not regret entrusting Clemon's with your business.

Awesome experience! Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a day boating or just want to be in the water! The water was extremely warm and there were quite a few dead fish floating throughout. The employees at Clemons were very informative and helpful. Great experience!!

Purchased a 2024 Ikon LX21 this year, let me tell you something, this is by far the best boat dealer I have ever dealt with. I ordered the boat, made some adjustments along the way etc. these guys just flat out understand the value of taking care of customers!!! I drove 806 miles round trip because of it, had 2 dealers 1 hour away but because of the level of service I experienced I didn t care. Most boat dealers got fat and lazy in my opinion and lost sight of guest experience. These guys didn t and it shows, wow just can t say enough. I ll buy every boat from them going forward 1st time customer now lifetime customer! They also rigged up my boat with 4 additional graphs and 2 livescopes. I ve always rigged my own but these guys did an exceptional job. 1 stop shop for sure! Even hit the water for a few hours with the owner, pretty cool and again what great service. Had a small issue with boat and living 400 miles away they took care of me , got the piece shipped out and boom back at it! Don t hesitate!

Having read and studied a lot about Boston Whaler boats I wanted to find a reputable dealer. I found a great dealer in Clemons Boats and an especially good rep in Steve Carlson at Clemons. They had a great selection of Whalers and Steve was very knowledgeable in every one. He pointed out nuances that were very helpful and came across as patient and honest. Go to Clemons, and talk to Steve.

I've been doing business with Clemons Boats for years now. Both on the service side and sales side. I've always had a great experience!They even worked to get my warranty claim that was initially denied by the manufacturer. They worked with said company and got my boat back on the water quickly. They have a ramp on site, which is nice because they water tested my boat to make sure it was right BEFORE they released the boat back to me. There are very few places that take this extra step. Top notch dealer, top notch service!

We purchased our 2022 Whaler Outrage through Clemons (as a local brokerage boat) and we re impressed with Bart and Leslie! Very helpful and Leslie knows her stuff! They made it easy on us, and helped arrange shipping to our house in Florida. I d buy my next boat here.

Exceptional Service by the Clemons Team! We recently hit something in the lake and did significant damage to our lower units and props. Insurance filed on a Tuesday, replacement lower units approved first thing Wednesday and ordered. The Clemons Service Team went above and beyond having us back on the water Friday. Thank you Lauren, Tyson, Jon, Brian and the rest of the Service Team! Highly recommend!

After trying to buy a boat elsewhere and having no luck, we are so thankful for finding Clemons and not giving up on our dream on owning a boat. I called an spoke to Steve, explained what boat we were looking at and to see if there was and ready and in stock. I was on their website while talking to him and our boat kept drawing my attention. For me it had two red flags. 1) the price wasn't posted and 2) it said it was on order. For me I would have never asked about it since the price wasn't posted and it seemed like we would have to wait until we got it. But I listen to my gut and asked about it. Well, Steve said they did have it and it was still wrapped up! He had no problem what so ever on unwrapping it, taking a walk through video of it and taking our downpayment that day. We live about an hour away and my husband works hellish hours. So he put a vacation day and we went to see the boat on a Monday. Steve was off that day BUT he came in to meet us and show the boat without a problem. We also added a gps system to it. The install was done beautifully! Leslie took over the paperwork and she was an absolutely a joy to work with! She made the process fast and smooth! We then worked with Ryan who took us out on her and taught us soooo much about the boat and taught my husband how to handle it on the water, docking, loading and unloading, ect. He was very professional and patience with all our questions. He went above and beyond. We love our new 2022 Nauticstar 193 SC! Clemons is truly Ohio's hidden treasure and would recommend them to anyone who is planning on buying a boat! They not only sell but they also rent boats, provides full service, and they store them also! Hands down Clemons is THE PLACE for all boaters and anywho loves life or fun on the water!

This is a great company. Everyone you come in contact is friendly, helpful, professional, and highly competent in what they do. We found the lightly used Whaler 250 Outrage we were looking for there. It was 400 miles away but from my first phone contact through the purchase closing, the on the water run through, and finally the boat delivery to us, everyone treated us like royalty. These are straight up people, and a credit to Boston Whaler. They make it easy to do business with them.

Great place to purchase a boat!! Ordered a Bass Cat Pantera 2 from here. Everyone I have encountered there has been friendly and very helpful! Any time I had any questions or concerns throughout the process they were great at answering/resolving issues I ran into. The family feel they have there is also a plus. It was the first dealership I bought a boat from and will definitely be returning when its time for an upgrade!!

Took my boat to Clemons for repair after running the lower unit and prop through some rocks. Tyson and the repair crew did an awesome job getting me back on the water. He took care of coordinating the repairs with the insurance company and they worked out the best solution for the repair. I will most definitely use Clemons for any maintenance or repairs in the future.

We visited Clemons Boats because we are in the market for a boat, and they were having an open house. The inventory runs from small fishing boats to 7 figure "keep dreaming " crafts. The salesman was very knowledgeable and personable.

I live about 3 hours from Sandusky (Clemons Boats). Last August I called Jon and stated I wished to purchase a Montauk 190. I wanted it completely outfitted for fishing with auto pilot installed. By the next day Jon had finalized the price and ordered the boat. ETA was early winter. Boat came in as promised and Leslie helped us fill out the paperwork as we were in Florida. Arranged to pick up in April. The dealer had assigned Ryan for our orientation. Ryan was awesome as he took into account my previous experience. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find the boat fully equipped with all safety gear and ropes. We just completed a salmon fishing trip on Lake Ontario and could not have been happier. Auto pilot worked great under all wind direction. Trolling speed with the 150 was perfect. Bottom line we couldn t be happier.

Overall my experience with Clemons has been extremely positive. I purchased a Cobalt 220 in June 2017 from Clemons. The sales associate Jon Burroughs was extremely friendly, patient and attentive. My wife and I left feeling we had been well taken care of by Jon and the rest of the Clemons team. In addition, the office and support staff are very friendly and helpful, regularly following up to make sure we are well taken care of with maintenance and storage. I would recommend Clemons to others looking to purchase a boat, for dock rental, maintenance or storage.

I really liked everything. The service is outstanding. The clever and beautiful girls did everything very quickly, they was fully prepared to put us in our boat, gave us safety briefing and showed us how to properly operate the boat. We had a very good time and awesome experience. I highly recommend Clemons Boats.

Purchased two boats from Clemons Boats. Jason was our salesman both times. Jason was honest, dependable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a first time boat owner they made sure I knew all the ropes before hitting the water and made sure I was in the best boat to suit my needs. Whether you are purchasing for the first time or trading in a boat I highly recommend Clemons Boats!

We just purchased a 270 Dauntless from Clemons Boats. The experience has been terrific. The entire Clemons family was interested in my family's happiness from the beginning. Jason and John Clemons, Scott, Captain Ron, and Emily are VERY fine people. We just got into the boating thing late Summer and we feel like we know them as part of our family.I know through this experience that they are very family oriented and trustworthy. The kind of investment we budgeted for this year requires working with these kind of people.I highly encourage anyone who is interested in buying or renting a new or used boat to NOT do so until you've reached out to Clemons Boats. You won't be sorry for this decision wether you decide to do business with them or not.

Rented well maintained and clean boat for tubing. Arrrived and the staff was fully prepared to put us in our boat, gave us safety briefing and showed us how to properly operate the boat. We were out on the water within 30 minutes had an incredible experience. These guys do a great job

On recent visit, Clemons took the time to show us the boats we had come to look at. They were never pushy. They answerd all my question honestly taking the time to explain the things involved in owning a larger boat. Really like the feel of this family run Marina. When I buy, they will be very high on my places to shop.
