They were great and very helpful. The sales guy even fixed my problem while I was there. They are a great group of employees and I am grateful for such great care they gave me. Awesome customer service they greeted me as soon as I walked in.

Janal was kind and courtesy was excellent. I had called for a snow brush. She showed me what they had. The one was a,little pricey but it was what i wanted. A little big but i will adjust to it. She was accommodating and helped me out the store.

Caleb was SUPER helpful in assisting me with my car issues, and went above and beyond with wonderful customer service. Highly impressed and if ever in-area again, I will definitely choose this AutoZone over any other parts store.

I called in when I noticed the severe storm rolled in and my taillight was out and immediately had my questions answered by Andrew or Allan (I apologize for not remembering) and he helped talk me through what I would need. When I arrived (in the storm) he walked me to my parts and told me to let him know if I needed anything. Tremendous service from everyone inside!

The gentleman I dealt with was very professional and polite. He helped put the new batteries in my truck and was cautious of the surrounding parts, detail oriented, and a great guy to chat with. I couldn't have done a better job myself.

Seriously 2 out of the 3 staff members were so rude. I was being helped by a man and he seemed to have an attitude. He went to the back and I thought I asked someone else a question, since she was a female I thought she would be nicer. NOPE. They all seemed to HATE their job! Seriously not coming by here again! NAPA staff is always nicer and they seem to actually enjoy their job!.

Only needed an air filter, the service was great, fast and friendly. I was informed of a special they were running that would have helped out a lot earlier on n the day, but it was still nice to offer so had I needed the oil and oil filter aswell o would have been able to save more money. Also I would like to ad that the store was very clean and organized, everything was easy to find.

I guess it was the manager i was dealing with but it wasn't a very informational visit. All workers seemed to be lost or just not wanting to be at work. Waited a good 5 minutes before i was helped.

Needed wiper blades for my Mazda. Deondre and Kerri (new employee) helped me install my wiper blades soon after Deondre greeted me right as I walked through the door, thoroughly helped me find the right blades for my car, and gave me plenty of options. Super friendly and would highly recommend to anyone needing auto parts!

Have never had a problem until today. An employee by the name Max is very rude and unprofessional. Will continue to go to that location, but will never let him help me or ring me out again. Very displeased with that employee.

The best people work here. They have always gone beyond expected to help. i have saved hundreds by getting a diagnostic check or opinions. Just recently, i went in to find out about my ABS faults. The diagnostic check pinpointed where the problem was coming from - saving me 600$. Thank you!!

It's hard when the employee keeps telling you that your wrong about the parts your looking for. I knew what I wanted and ended up buying but the worker just told how wrong I was the whole time. The part worked great and I'll probably never return here.

I've gone here for almost everything to deal with my car or my friends cars. All of a sudden with the change in staff which will happen time to time. But now the computers can't find my card number. So even though i was upset the first time I ended up getting a new one with my newest number on it. Got that maybe a month prior to this visit and now they can't find that one. Easy to say that I won't spend any more money here.

Outstanding and very helpful. It is 20 degrees Fahrenheit with a breeze. I am traveling and needed a bulb replaced. He did it with a smile. God Bless him and Auto Zone. I'd give him fifty thousand stars if I could.

Guys were always friendly and helpful. Has selection that most autoparts stores do. When I ran into strange problems with rare/old vehicles, employees would always help me out, take me to the back, check different parts to see if they would work and fit.

Knowledgable staff! Thought I had a bad alternator. They checked it, it was fine. Diagnosed my problem with my 2003 Silverado having a bad ac pump. I cut the ac belt, no more grinding noise, couldn't afford to fix that right now anyway. Great crew working there, friendly and helpful. They could have just sold me an alternator and sent me on my way, but they checked my truck out and found the true cause of my problem. Thanx Much!

Visited today during a snow storm with a broken wiper. The clerk helped me size and then installed them for me. This was so convenient and fast. I highly recommend this location

The starter I bought a couple years ago went out, and I was able to return it for a free replacement. I thought they'd refuse because the sticker came off, but I had no problems.

Luis was super helpful with checking to see if my battery was any good and he went above and beyond to help get corrosion off the battery posts so I could have a stronger connection. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Quick Service but receive wrong part might have been somewhat our fault as we were talking about a different car at the time had to return and exchange park which was done promptly without much issues
