Hands-down, the best dealer in the state of Ohio. We have been purchasing From American Powersports for years now. Between myself and my group of riding buddies we have purchased at least 30 units from them and I cannot think of enough for the amazing customer support. Their service team is amazing. Highly recommend! Thank you American Powersports for everything.

I wouldn t even give it a star! Do not waste your time with this place. Kevin the sales person is horrible to work with. He promised a machine that he couldn t tell us anything about. I called to get my money back for the deposit and was told I could not. Well I called my bank and had it taken care of. Kevin called and wanted us to stop the dispute to save him $100.00. He also took it upon himself to call the other dealership and ask about my business. Please stay far from this place.

We stopped in there Sept 11th and was very disappointed. It looks like the place is going out of buisness. There were only 5 units give or take on the floor. We came in and walked around a bit with our masks on while the only salesman was not wearing a mask. He was in negotiations with a customer. We patiently waited and looked at two Polaris utvs on the floor while never even being acknowledged that we were there. I even tried to make eye contact with the salesman to see if he would speak. He never looked our way. They actually walked past us and headed the his desk behind us never looking at us. We slowly headed to the door and left. We were on our way home from Put in bay and thought we would stop by to see a Polaris northstar ultimate but that didnt happen. What a disappointment you were American Powersport. I have friends up that way with Rangers and RzRs, believe me they will hear about this. Guess maybe Ive been spoiled the way you're treated at a Polaris dealer near home. It makes me appreciate Valley Atv in Danville. Great people there.

Fantastic customer service! Lee Ann Bors couldnt be more genuine and helpful! She really knows her stuff!!! You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee! I will buy all of my accessories and my next bike from her!!! Good job!

Walked in to look at jet ski's two sales people on floor. Neither said hello. Neither asked if they could help us. You lost your company a $7000.00 sale. Good for you! Greeting your customers and making them feel welcome is key. Learn that.

Just picked up my new Polaris switchback today. Wish it wasn't 60 degrees in mid January. A big thanks to LeAnn and the entire staff for making this a pleasurable experience. I went there with specific needs and a budget to work within....she made it happen. Thanks for going above and beyond, that's what I consider great customer service.

They were pretty efficient. On time and in contact with pricing. So far the work is awesome. Mice and sitting was the biggest issue. Thank you dealing with all this.

Bought a street bike which was in the back when I got there on a Sat 6 min before they closed said it needed battery. Went back next day to get it paid in full for the bike. So after paying they still needed to put battery in it so the whole day Sunday they never changed it knowing I was coming back? So finally after waiting they brought it out front, mind you I didn't really get to see it. As I got on it to ride away noticed no mirrors, no front or rear turn signals.i paid the top price for the 2020 model and called back to try to get them to atleast get me the missing parts since I paid 4500 to just take it with no loan. Haven't heard back from them and this is after the salesman said any troubles please call us owner dont want his name tarnished. We'll guess what this place is a scam, they sell streetbikes that aren't even legal for the road and let people drive away knowing that. Scam scam scam

Found this dealership on the internet looking for a Polaris Sportsman. Wow. Jason was great. We were able to work a deal 400 miles away. I couldn t be any happier with the process. Thanks Jason! Looking forward to picking it up!

I went in a few weeks ago to test ride a victory cross country, I hadn't really thought about trading in my Yamaha v star 1300 deluxe but after the test ride I was hooked. I wanted a touring model and the cross county tour was the one I wanted, really bad. American power sport sales person Lee Ann was beyond helpful. I took the bike for a real long long test and they didn't seem to mind, the more I rode, the more I wanted it. Getting my financial advisor( my wife) to go along with the trade in and purchase wasn't easy but Lee Ann answered all of the questions that she needed answered. I couldn't be happier with my new cross country tour, a big thanks to American power sport and all who were involved especially Lee Ann and her infinite patience.

Bought a brand new RZR 1000 turbo, the first trip out we had an issue with the clutch. Manufacturer defect. This is still an amazing machine, But it had to be repaired. The service department here had us in and out before the following weekend when our next trip was taking place. Great job guys!! Thanks

I recently bought a brand new leftover 2019 Sportsman 850 SP. I was originally working on a deal with the Findlay location and the salesman, Matt, was super friendly and helpful. We were able to negotiate a little bit of a deal on some accessories in addition to the price of the vehicle already being so low. Geographically, Findlay was not ideal for me to pick up the ATV, so Matt offered to have it shipped to their Cleveland location, free of charge. This was a huge help as it cut my travel in half and we were able to make a deal.Once in Cleveland, Jason and I sat down to finalize all the paperwork.After I got the ATV home, I noticed a small plastic cap was missing on the rear grab bar. Wanting to keep dirt, water, etc. out of the steel tube, I called up Jason to see if he could help me out with it and he shipped the part out the same day! Again, free of charge! The folks at American Powersports are great to work with and were super friendly and helpful through the entire process. I will be returning for future purchases and I have already recommended American Powersports to friends for their offroad vehicle needs. Thanks, guys!

After multiple times having a seadoo spark in for a power issue, I ended up taking it elsewhere. They fixed it in 1 day and for one third of the cost. I was $1900 in with American Powersports and they still hadn t finished their experiment. J&J Sales figures it out in one day and it cost $500.I brought this to the managers attention and they wouldn t even work it out with even some of the cost.

I went here to buy a motorcycle. Walked the floor for about 10 minuets , while walking past two sales reps that were standing around talking to each other. Given that this places was not busy at all and i was the only customer in this place at the time , there is no reason for the blatant rudeness and disregard to a customer trying to spend a large amount of money on a bike. I would never recommend any one to this place.

My wife and I purchased a new Polaris Slingshot recently from LeAnn of American Powersport. From beginning to end our experience was one of the smoothest and pleasurable experiences we have ever had. We set up an appointment in advance, were greeted at the door by LeAnn, shown the vehicles that we were interested in, explained the differences in models, setup for test rides, and introduced to the rest of the staff, and handed a freshly cleaned and prepped machine. "No pressure, easy to talk to about what I personally needed for my situation. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all products that I had questions on. The process took awhile and I never felt like I was being pushed for a sale or out the door. Also, the main Manager was very friendly and professional. He made everything go very smooth. It was a pleasure to do business with the both of them and I will highly recommend anyone to American Powersports in Sandusky Ohio."

Like a kid in a candy store. Lots of toys. Was looking at utlity vehical. Very knowledgeable staff. Lee ann pointed out some stuff I didnt know. When we are ready to buy we will come see her for sure. Thanks lee ann for taking the time with us.
