Ordered windshield wipers for pick-up. Gentleman who brought it out advised me they are sold singly, oops. Ordered another while he waited on a few other customers until my 2nd order showed in the system. Then he brought both out & had them installed in just a couple minutes. Service was quick and polite.

My truck was not working right. I pulled into Advanced Auto. The Assistant Manager came out and tested my truck and also removed a battery. I appreciated the advice he gave me.

The sales associate was very helpful. He installed both new wiper blades which seemed to me complicated but to him it was a breeze. Very thankful for the assistance.

This place was fantastic. They offered a free and complementary onboard diagnostic evaluation of my car when the check engine and service required light came on my dash. They were friendly and more than happy to tell me what the problem was with my car, which thankfully it was nothing significant. I really appreciated their help and I would absolutely recommend this place to others!!

They replaced my hard to find Prius starter battery! Only place in town that had it. Went out of their way to get it the same day. AWESOME!

The gentleman are always so nice and helpful when I go in there. I go to them first for everything I need. They always have what I want and the quality of there products are great. They are also good about expecting my coupons I get online.

After many years of being a loyal customer I will now go down the street to O'Reilly. Just left the store with a Gold battery, this is the 3rd. Gold battery in my truck, all installed buy Advance Auto per the huge sign in the window. Not today though. The guy at the counter stated "your truck takes 45 min. to do and thats to long there are only 2 of them working." 2012 Chevy silverado. Fyi it took the guys maybe 15 minutes for the other 2 I had replaced. Like most places now a day's customer service went out the window and replaced by laziness.

I order online for the one hour pick up. They always have decent coupons online. The gentleman that installed the battery was extremely polite

5 pm on a Wednesday in July... ONE guy working... 5 people in line and the poor guy is answering phones, can t search for parts on the computer, and do a return all at the same time! Get this guy some help!!! It s right after most people get off and trust me, Brian is good but he can t handle an afternoon rush ALONE!!!

Very accomadating,I needed 1 wiper blade and a tube of silacone paste to adhere a rubber seal to my door. I was taken care of by a profesional counter salesmen,and he installed the blade for me at, N C.
