Clean joint with fast service. From start to finish the staff was very professional and not pushy for additional services. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited which was nice. May be a little higher price but the convenience being in and out in less than 20 minutes was phenomenal. I highly recommend

What a rip off. My wife took a GMC terrain there and they charged her $96 for a basic oil change. You can go to a dealer for cheaper and they ll do a full inspection including brakes and a tire rotation for that price!!!!!

Mike provided an extremely friendly welcome & provided a bottle of cold water (nice touch). Ryan was knowledgeable about our car & wanted to ensure it performs at its highest level. Went in for an oil change & learned our car has a cabin filter that needed changed (who knew?) - our dealership never mentioned it. The entire team were friendly. We ll take our other vehicle. Friendly customer service, professional and best experience I've had from any business. A room full of Mikes, they are efficient and prices are acceptable. I'm going back a week later to recheck my coolant.

I gave a 4 star because depending on who is working, does everything get checked. The first time I went it was super, thorough on checking fluids and washing my windshield. The next time I wasn't sure what was being done and he handed me my receipt with the check list already finished. The windshield wash was checked as completed, they never touched my windshield. Makes me wonder what else wasn't completed that was checked off. Hope the service gets more consistent.

The manager on duty Mike was AMAZING! He was super nice and very informative of everything he was doing! They even give you a cold bottle of water while you wait to get your services done! I will for sure be coming back!

1st time using Take 5. The bottle of water was a nice touch. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The only complaint is the Price, they were about $40 higher than my usual. Maybe if a free car wash was included I would consider a re-visitService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very friendly and informative of every step they were taking. Offered me options on my oil change and what they recommended. Offered me the car wash special. Very pleased. My husband and I will bring both of our vehicles from now on.

For one, they need more help, the wait was a little ridiculous, BUT it was well worth it. The manager was unbelievably sweet, they re all just the sweetest, so kind!

Met us with two bottles of water and a how do you do. We told them what services we needed and ask for their prices as this was our first visit. After our oil change they had us pull forward and then washed our windshield. Very personable and friendly. We will return.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
