first time here, im from texas and i was treated as if id been coming here for years. i was surprised to know they knew who i was and was called by my name. my truck was took. tires, got replaced, and i was out of there in an hour. will definitely come back for any repairs i need, as long as they provide the service. AWESOME JOB!!!! definitely 10-STARS!!!!!

Excellent service! The lug nuts came off of my tire damaging the rim and fender. Not only are they having it fixed but did so in a timely manner. Thank you to the guys and gals for going above and beyond.

Took a set of trailer tires and rims in to be mounted and balanced. I feel that the $147 changes were overly excessive. I think they saw my out of state plates and took advantage of me. Would never recommend.

My son's car broke down on June 5th I had it towed to salem pro tires and I waited for them to call me , I kept calling them for check ups on the car to see when they was going to look at it, they said they was a man down, my sons car sat there for over 6 weeks and I had to call and figure out what the heck is taking so long. All for them to tell me, sorry I looked at it last week and said it's going to cost me 6k engine was no good .It was in the shop for 6 weeks and he just looked at it last week and I had to call them I will never be coming back.

Made an appointment for service for Thursday 7-13-23, dropped off my car, THEN the wait 4 hours!! to call and tell me that they thought it was for NEXT THURSDAY!! I would never have my car serviced there if I knew it was going to be an entire week later for something basic. I cancelled the service and will NEVER take my car back there again!!!!!

Incredibly honest and forth coming about what costs are- did a very thorough diagnostic for me the best part is they don't expect you to drop car off and wait till end of day. They are a reasonably priced shop. Everyone is very friendly & try to help you however they can. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had set an appointment a month in advanced to have it checked ( original call of possible tie rods in front.) My car sat there for a whole week. I was told to drop it off Tuesday and I did. Never got it back till Monday the week after. I understand people being busy but for my vehicle to sit there a week I could have just held it till use was ready. My battery was nearly dead that morning. Glad I got it started. I am appreciative of the work they did. But come on. I made a advanced appointment. I should have been ready to go. Not a week behind. Any excuss the owner gives below I'll re edit it with my say. As I'm sure there will be some excuss.

Always top notch work and super friendly people to deal with, I was told I needed to replace something by another place and Salem tire looked into the problem and was able to fix it without replacing it and saved me money.I really appreciate their honesty and pride in their work, it shows.Keep up the awesome job folks, this is true business like the old days.

This business was very professional and understands the needs of the customer. I stopped in with no appointment at 3:30 pm and had a flat tire on my trailer. They were already booking appointments out into next week. They agreed to change out a tire for me right away. After looking at the condition of the other 3 tires, I asked if they could replace these as well. They changed out all four tires in less than a hour. I will be going back for future tire needs.Thanks again

UPDATE: Daughter hit a curb & blew (2) tires...so we went here, ended up getting all (4) new tires w/mount, balance & alignment (late Jul 20'). Waited at shop for several hrs for service. Recently noticed that both frt tires were severely/unevenly worn so took vehicle in for rotation & to see why these ~9mo old tires are bad. They looked at them & said it was likely an alignment issue or the bent tie-rod (on side she hit curb). So I responded saying "you just did an alignment for us(?) & shouldn't you have noticed the tie-rod when you aligned it?"...only to be told they never did the alignment & it was probably because they were "busy or running behind that day" so they just took the alignment off the bill, sent my daughter on her way. Then he said they won't help us because we didn't bring them in on the 5k mi rotation schedule. (We called, they were booked up so I rotated the tires at 8k miles) We're only at 14k mi now...I highly doubt missing the rotation by a few thousand mi would cause them to wear 75%. So here we are w/9mo old tires that need replaced because of alignment/tie-rod issues that they were supposed to address.We've used them for several services before which there were some mishaps but I was always there to watch & keep them honest (and they were good about taking care of it). This time it was just my teenage daughter & they took advantage.Also wanted to add we bought the $65 "tire protection program" which was also a waste of money because it will not cover our issues. Disappointed to say the least.

The girl at the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly, however I was quoted $75 to have an alignment done. By the time I left I had paid nearly $200. They told me they did my alignment, but in order to fix my alignment, they'd need to do a camber alignment and slot my struts which was an additional $89. They don't mention it'll be another $30 for parts on top of that. After all that, my steering wheel is still off to the right and not centered. Not sure I'd ever go back if I'm being honest.

We had a power steering leak on our Ridgeline and it was fixed fast and at a fair price. We have been buying tires and having service work done here for years and are very happy with everything we have had done. Kyle and his crew are professional and honest.

My wife's Toyota van had a tire pressure dash light On. We're new to the Salem area and I didn't know where to go for help. Because of their great google reivews, I called Salem Tire to see if they could help her. They said she might have to wait a bit but they would take care of her. They were true to their word. They fixed the tire, made another repair that was needed, and then billed her a very reasonable amount for the service, all in less time than they said it would take. My wife said they were very nice to her and I appreciate all they did for us. We will return to Salem Tire in the future. 5 Stars for Salem Tire!Service: Tires

Highly impressed with the service we received! They squeezed us in for new tires, as it was the last day for us to receive a rebate. The next day I had to go out of town, & sadly lost two hubcaps. When I showed up for our alignment apt the following week, I mentioned the hubcaps, guessing I d get the usual response, they were not responsible . I at least wanted to make them aware of the situation, if nothing else. That was totally NOT the case. The man behind the counter (Kevin, I believe), immediately responded to let him make a phone call. Within minutes he had ordered them, & they would be there first thing in the morning. Mind you, I know they weren t cheap, as my husbands truck is a Denali edition. The next day, I showed up, he popped them on, brought my dogs out a treat, & sent us on our way. Highly recommend these folks!

Have been using this location for years on all my vehicles. Today they lost my business forever. I scheduled an appointment for all four tires and an alignment failed to do an alignment. Claimed I did not schedule an alignment. Why would I go through the expense of putting tires on my car without an alignment. Lost not only one Saturday, but two to get this completed with another business.

Professional and friendly service. I made my appointment and had my vehicle back promptly as promised. Upon picking up to vehicle, the technician answered all of my questions and made it a great experience and got me on my way. I'll definitely go back after knowing they offer several services.

Great local shop. Professional and very reasonably priced. Have saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars over the years vs a brand name dealership I used to take my car to. They also get things done in a timely fashion. Thanks Salem Tire!

This has been my goto place for all truck repairs. Stopped in recently with a small problem of a stripped lug nut. Without hesitation they were on it and had the problem solved within 5 minutes, and NO CHARGE. This establishment treats you like family every time. My family and I are loyal customers of Salem Tire. If I could rate it 6 or more stars, I would. This shop has fair pricing, excellent service and good workmanship on all levels of repair. Over the years (at least 8) my family and I have taken 3 Subarus (Outback and 2 Foresters) and 2 Toyotas (Corolla and Camry) here for regular service and if there's any problem with our cars. Every visit has left us satisfied with their work. They have excellent customer service and their honesty and helpfulness are top notch. Even though I live 45-minutes to an hour away I make a point of remaining a customer of Salem Tire because I can rely on them to take care of the problem and explain what's wrong and how to (possibly) prevent it in the future.

Kyle, Jim and staff are a joy to work and hang out with. They found me the best deal for tires to fit my budget driving habits. I didn t realize they also do work on vehicles as well. Anything from an oil change to who knows what is wrong with it job.I recommend to everyone

I've used them 3 times now. Every time, they've fixed the problem it went in for for the price they quoted... or less. They also seem to make other adjustments to just make the car run better even if it's completely unrelated to why you came. Completely 5 star!

If you value your time go somewhere else. You will need to, to get the entire job job completed. Just like Walmart they don't do tire alignments on new tires even if you want to pay to have it completed. I specifically stated when I scheduled the appointment to have an alignment and all four tires completed.

Salem Tire Pros & Auto Service - The name says it all, Pros! The staff are the most genuine, trustworthy humans in their field. They always manage to go above and beyond to help and service you!
