I went in and got my oil changed about a month and a half ago and everything seemed to be fine. Two weeks ago I went out of state and came back and noticed my vehicle was acting sluggish. I stopped by today to get my fluids topped off. They had to put in an entire quart of oil to bring my car up to the safe zone. So tell me how my vehicle never used oil until I used their service? So my vehicle's not even full of oil just at a safe level. Then the older guy, that was there, really told me even though I was told when I had my oil changed that there are unlimited top offs and tire checks in between oil changes, that they only do one free quart and that's it. From now on I'll just take my business to Valvoline because I know they won't be rude or mess me over.

I always have a great experience there. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always very friendly and respectful and they get the job done quickly. That s why I m a returning customer.

I have been going there for 12+ years with several vehicles. Some of the crew has changed. Always able to build a good relationship between them and trust them to do the job needed. Hope the new management helps the crew succeed. From old diesels to brand new coupes. The crew gets it done.

They were very busy when I was there. There were three cars ahead of me. I opted to wait in line. I was out in 40 minutes. 10 minutes as advertised!! They were. Very polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely return!!

Always treated well when I get my oil changed at PittStop. The guys are friendly, thorough and get the job done quick, so I can be on my way.Their price is less expensive as the other large franchise businesses that I've tried, which is an added bonus.

They are expensive, bring you in for an oil change $55 for a car, plus the filter and tax run almost a hundred dollars, wouldn't recommend going there for frequent changes
