I cold-called Lederles s to see if they could help me solve a suspected problem. Within a couple of days they were able to take my truck and get an idea of what was going on. They worked with my availability and scheduled a day to do the work. While poking around they identified two other issues, one of which has been long-standing and remained unfixed because other mechanics in town couldn t identify the cause. Fast forward a few days and my truck was returned running flawlessly. The kindness, clear communication, and thorough documentation all made this a favorable experience. I would recommend this shop to anybody who asks!

Honest and reliable. I ve been a customer for twenty years and have never had a bad experience. They treat everyone like family. The price for services is fair, and the repairs are done right the first time. The BEST experience I have had related to getting work done on a vehicle. Honest, upfront, friendly crew who thrive on customer satisfaction and excellent service. The people who work here are fantastic. They have the same employees for over 10 years. I highly recommend this shop if u want great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics you can trust.
