Purchased our truck new in 2020 from their Kufleitner shop in boardman. I was in an accident and their body shop did over $34k in repairs to the truck in which the complete frame was replaced and it has had nothing but problems ever since that nobody will correctly fix. When we first picked it up the truck had over spray on the windshield and frame. The body lines were not aligned properly. Then we travelled only a few miles and when you let go of the steering wheel the truck immediately went towards the ditch it was so far out of alignment. Then the coolant light came on to which the coolant was low. Then the transmission started slipping only to find out it was low also and is still slipping from time to time. They reused old steering and suspension parts in the front end where the accident was. We have had to take this truck back so many times for repairs from the terrible job they did that it has been just ridiculous. Currently my truck has 38k miles and it has a check engine light, burning plastic smell, a rattle in the drivers seat belt area, traction control not working properly and they keep passing the buck back in forth between shops saying it is not each others fault all the while my new truck which is the family vehicle is currently unsafe to even drive and their Columbiana shop said they could not even plug it in for us that we would have to schedule and appointment. Kufleitner in general has been the very worst i have ever experienced. I would never recommend any shop that is owned by them.

Took my Wrangler to have them fix the the hinge bubbling issue and it was told it was completed with chipped paint on door bolts and even a finger print in the paint on the tailgate hinge. They had my Wrangler for a month and absolutely botched the paint. Absolutely horrible service and John Kufleitner will not call you back.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Kim and Destiny are so nice to work with and they do great work here. Highly recommended!If you re up for a side quest and love cars, take a walk next door to the owners classic car showroom!

I called after my vehicle was damaged and wasn't sure how to proceed. They arranged towing and very quickly had the vehicle disassembled and had quotes submitted to my insurance company. Kim was great with communication and explaining how and when things would proceed. The vehicle was totalled so I can't comment on actual repairs. Definitely give them a call if you are needing their services.

Hit a Deer with my 2017 mazda cx-5.. Filed a claim with Geico and got my vehicle in to just like new to start the repair.. The Manger told me I should be able to expect the repairs to be completed within a week.. At about a week an a half I called in since I hadn't heard anything.. They informed me they are waiting on more parts.. And they are hard to get and on b/o due to covid which is understandable.. Long story short it took over a month for my car to be completed.. And like I said before the parts were on b/o due to covid so it is out of the shops control.. Here is my issue. Just like new never reached out to me ONCE about the status of the repair. I had to call them every single time for an update.. I sent them numerous emails and to this day they have not responded to one. When the car finally was done they called me to let me know. Which was the first outbound call they made to me since I dropped off the car.. When I picked up the car upon arriving home I realized something was wrong. When I would open the passanger door there was a loud crack.. I had to return the car and they took another couple hours to fix they're mistake.. I will say the overall repair is a good job that's the only good thing I can say about this place. Other than that my experience was very negative. This place is awesome. We had a pretty bad accident, but you would never know after they got done with our truck. Not only that, but they kept us up to date on the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a friend getting a car restored. They are doing a great job. Everyone is very nice. The shop is very clean for being a resto shop. Will be nice to see his car done.
