Kirk is amazing! He got new hubcaps for my Prius when other parts places said they weren't available. Customer service is top notch! Drove from Alliance to come to this store. We wouldn't go anywhere else now. See Kirk for all your auto needs. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I went there to buy parts on Saturday. The guy in front of me bought some and paid for they stood there 5 minutes talking to each other. So I walked out and went to did not have to wait for people to talk to each other I'll never shop here again

Oh they're always a good staff sometimes overwhelmed but that's an auto parts store for you. Tried to order a battery for a BMW motorcycle okay so that's the first thing to know you can't expect AutoZone to deal with motorcycle batteries that are as specific as a motorcycle like BMW. I have and have owned a Harley-Davidson and a 1989 Honda VTR interceptor. Anybody reading this that knows about motorcycles understands very unique very vintage. AutoZone has always been able to find batteries and get batteries mainly off the shelf for both of those vehicles. My BMW took just a little bit different of a battery so we got it I went and picked it up it did not work. That's fine because I was taking care of as any customer would be with respect and quick service. The reverse charge for the return of the battery hit my account within an hour of the transaction. And they got to put a battery on the shelf that had an empty space so I return something to stock for them for someone else. And because they refunded the money so quickly I was able to go that same day and purchase a battery from my local motorcycle shop. My point is the customer service is amazing

I am a long time customer and I brought my battery back and was told I would recieve 10 bucks. The guy rang it as a return and now I have to wait for the money to go on my card. To the defense of the guy and the Salem store it is their policy. I have always had good service there. So tired of companies holding our money when they have already been paid. There was a day they would go into the cash register and give you 10 bucks without making it a big deal. Very greedy company. You couldnt give me the 10 bucks after I drove used my own gas to bring it?

Can't find a better staff of employees at any AutoZone I've ever been to. Highly accommodating and probably deserve twice what they're paid.

Stopped in this morning a little after 10 and there was nobody behind the counter everybody was in the back I waited I said excuse me and still got no help

I purchase product here frequently. A diy fixit guy. Chuck is the guy to talk to. Always friendly and very helpful. Usually always have what I need and Chuck seems to always get the right parts, saving me extra trips and frustration.

Pretty good experience. Only problem was, they didn't have basic retaining clips for a heater box that I have also seen holding kick panels on.

Received a few wrong parts. Brought them in and exchanged them with no problems. The manager was very knowledgeable and was good to work with.

The staff at AutoZone is always very friendly and courteous. They loan you told if you need them all you have to do is pay a deposit if they let you use the computer to scan that engine codes

Walked in knowing there was a problem with my car without knowing what necessarily was wrong with it. They helped me find the problem, and also assisted in resolving it! Went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Very pleased!!

The employee I delt with couldn't find the battery in my car yet he told me it was bad. He was completely incompetent. There are plenty of other auto part stores in town, go to one where the employees have some automotive knowledge.

Pretty helpful workers! If i tell them a part i need, theyll look it up on the computer right away and if i need it sent there theyll order it for me to pick it up the next day. I love it!

They have been awesome at getting me parts for my VWs.. not too many places stock vw parts but they seem to.. if they don't have a part they'll have it by the next day for you usually..

Although we use AM Auto Parts for many of are vehicle parts at a large discount. We have found for the quick replacement items come from Auto Zone because of the inexpensive cost compared to other stores.

It has its ups and downs. Don't buy there brand of parts unless you plan to be a full time mechanic . Their product is more faulty then any Taylor swift relationship.

If you need parts for your vehicle AutoZone is your place they're usually pretty friendly and will help you with problems under your hood I recommend them

Seems understaffed at times. Employees will stop serving you suddenly to answer phone and serve them, not put them on hold....very rude.
