Bought my 2023 Aug of 2022. 1st thing I did was upgraded the junk China 16s to 17.5's well doing this voided my warranty after I went to make a claim. The leaf spring shackles broke. Appalachian said they broke due to the vibration of the 17.5s. Just noticed today 1 of my D rings wasn't welded on the trailer it was just tac welded. Good thing I didn't have a load straped to it. My guess would be the vibration from the tires knocked the weld off. Don't waste your money here. Go to Kaufman or Take 3 trailers. If you do buy one go over every weld before you leave or they will find an excuse to void your warranty.

I am extremely disappointed with my trailer sale due to the fact the 7k trailer I ordered I was told that I could not get a 12k lb winch on it I was only allowed a 9k lb but according to Pierce a 12k winch is possible on a 7k trailer and the installation of the winch was not complete the winch cable rubs against the trailer which will eventually cause the cable to fray (Start to come apart) wihich is highly dangerous. The additional rollers that should ve been installed during build so the cable would not rub was later sent to me via ups and now needs to be installed at my expense I find that to be terrible customer service aside from Paint work paint on trailer chips very easy an they didn t even paint under the D rings on the front deck. I m actually very disappointed I purchased a trailer at Appalachian Trailer such a distance Ohio ordered and picked up in Mannheim Pa which 2 1/2 hrs from me in Elizabeth NJ. Really disappointed.

I have a 24 ft enclosed trailer contractor grade that only has 1300 road miles on it and the trailer is falling apart side panels are all coming loose roof leaks like crazy I've tried contacting to get fixed but keep getting the run around. Had issues from day 1 of purchase lighting issues mechanical issues I will never recommend this company to anyone. Pretty bad I had to stop along highway and tape the side panel to keep it from flying off.

Appalachian trailers are some of the best trailers on the road in my opinion. I have seen Lillian, one of the sales reps, in action and is super friendly and very timely about replying back to emails. Some of which are after hours. A very dedicated employee who loves her job and truly cares about the company and their customer service! Would recommend to my own family and friends

Last fall, we purchased a brand new, upgraded model of one of Appalachian Trailer's 20' enclosed sportier version utility trailers. Not a cheap purchase. For some reason, there was one wheel missing when we were shown it at the dealership, but it was the model we wanted. We had to come back to pick it up once the missing wheel had been put on. Not a big deal. We brought it home when it was ready and didn't use it until January when we took our Can Am and a friend's down to Florida. My husband checked to make sure there was air in all the tires. You would have thought the lug nuts on a new trailer would be tight. Unfortunately, we lost an entire wheel/tire on the way down to Florida within 2 1/2 or so hours on the road. We had to buy a spare and lug nuts. The company would not cover the lost wheel, despite us having contacted them while we were still in Florida to let them know what happened. We even have a picture of the trailer at the truck stop where we discovered it missing. They would not pass my husband's call up to upper management when we returned to discuss this issue and he asked to speak to them. My husband's company also purchased two other trailers from them around the same time on his recommendation. Never again. Very poor service. I would NOT recommend this company.

I recently came across this location and purchased a trailer from Appalachian. I must say I have been very pleased with the service and personality of Eli A+.The trailer pulls like a dream and looks great! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a trailer to go see Eli at Appalachian!! Both the trailer and salesman have exceeded my expectations & I look forward to purchasing another in the future.

Bought a 10k dump trailer and the hydraulic pump started failing about 6 weeks before the warranty was up. We were extremely busy and didn t have time to address it until it failed 5 days after the warranty. After they made me buy the replacement part I took the original one apart and it was filled with rust from an obviously bad seal. Tank and pump weren t even bolted down and the holes were torched instead of drilled, torched too big and the bolts pulled through. I brought it in to show them it had been failing for months, they basically told me to kick rocks. Typing this as I m in my shop repainting the entire trailer as the factory paint is garbage and the whole trailer is rusty. Should have waited for a Majestic trailer but I was in a hurry. Never again.

Solid trailer for the price. There's fancier trailers with arguably better fit and finish, but I love my trailer. I bought contractor grade gooseneck deckover with adjustable dovetail and couldn't be happier. It tows perfect and is super easy to work around. Cory, my salesman did a great job with the transaction and smoothed out any issues quickly for me.

Could not be more excited and happy with my recent purchase!!! Always a pleasure doing business with these people especially Kaleigh. She is super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to . For someone who is often considered a grinch Kaleigh really brought out my Christmas spirit. Good job guys

Bought a 6x12 enclosed trailer from here. Made the drive from Pittsburgh and it was well worth it! Excellent build quality, precise attention to detail and great service. Unfortunately got a flat on the way home and a staff member met me halfway to exchange for a new tire. Highly recommend buying from Appalachian! A lot cheaper prices and straight forward buying experience without any hassles.

They were very professional and honest. They hooked my trailer up and Eli was a super honest salesman. Wasn t pushy just honest. Knew the statistics of the trailer right away and sold me a nice 12ft dump trailer. Will definitely go back to buy another trailer!

2nd trailer purchase today. I drive 2 and a half hours to buy here for two reasons...1. these trailers are built to last. Built on site. There is quality, attention to detail and extra features throughout. 2)excellent sales and office staff. Always helpful, and knowledgeable. And..you won't leave their business until your trailer is connected to vehicle, secure and lighting check. Highly recommended dealership.

Chris called after my e-mail inquiry promptly. Intelligent about his wares, and no hidden prices. The unit exceeds expectations compared to what I have have been looking at locally for a $1,000+ in Columbus. Little things like extended clearance light posts count to me. Chris and every induvial I encountered had glowing pride of their product. The paperwork literally was less than a five minute process, by a very sweet lady whos name I regrettably forget, including the temp tag, payment, and warranty explanation from tongue to tail. I was on my way back home feeling like this purchase was a solid win and I am happy my money was spent in the Ohio economy circle. Thank all of you immensely!

I have bought two 15k equipment traileres. The 17 model was by far the better of the two. It got totaled by someone else. So I figured I would replace it with the same. Well it has not worked out as good as the first. Problem with cut outs for brake lights. Electrical wire that rubbed. Electrical tape used to hold the wire. Support bracket for beaver tail wood brooke. I upgraded to spread tmetal ramps. Waiste of money. Quality is just not there anymore in my opinion.
