Decent gas station. Don't visit often. The slowest diesel pump on this side of the Mississippi. You'll be the 20 minutes trying to get 10 gallons.

Three nights I have went here because the pizza is great that 5 stuff sucks by the way after a hour and a half left asked about pizza tonight got told by cashier they don't pay her enough to make pizza three of us walked out after hearing this

I live down the street from this gas station so it has always been convenient to stop in on the way to work, my kids sporting events or anywhere I m going, really. I will never come to this gas station again due the bad attitudes of the core staff. The young adults that work from time to time are usually fine, the core staff that is always working obviously hate their jobs. I will drive to the other side of the lake or into Bellefontaine before stop in here again.

Cockroaces in the food area, fake prices on products. Take advantage of both the poor who live close and, the tourists that don't care. They go through employees like toilet paper. So sad a beautiful lake would have a business like this. It's a ghost town anymore.

One star is even being generous! My wife and I were driving around the lake today and needed to stop to use the bathroom and grab a water and gum. Arriving at the cash register I politely mentioned to the lady the the mens restroom needed some attention. The lady copped a serious attitude with me and stated, That bathroom is the least of my concerns ! I definitely understand that some places are understaffed but her negative attitude did not need to be rubbed off on customers that are trying to pass on something that needs some attention. At worse case scenerio all she had to say was, Thank you sir, we are understaffed and I will put a closed sign on the restroom door till we get to it later . That easy! Not one person should have to took at used toilet paper and a toilet covered in human waste. As I read other reviews about this place management really needs to speak to this staff because it appears that it s a common problem at this facility.

The walking chimney of a woman responsible for manning the checkout counter was too interested in smoking her problems away outside the gas station to check anyone out. The store was completely empty. Literally anyone can go here and steal something because the employees are outside making poor life choices. I wouldn't go here unless you feel like being treated as a second class citizen by the staff.Additionally, the store itself is dirty enough to be considered a war crime and the coolers are half-stocked due to, again, the staff.

One star is way too much for this gas station. This gas station is a horrible place to go for anything. The old hag that works first shift at the counter has the worst attitude and is the rudest person I ve ever met. She for sure needs fired and by the looks of these reviews a lot of others have experienced her rudeness. Will never go back here. I would gladly drive 10 miles out of my way just to never have to deal with this Karen again.

I ve had to take my husband to work and pick him up at night this week due to his vehicle being in the shop. I ve stopped by every night for a snack and pop and the staff is always friendly and laughing with me. I LOVE making people SMILE!! Have a fabulous day!!

Lately i seem to be getting water in fuel from recreational fuel pump. Its the slowest pump takes 5 to 6 minutes for 10 gallons. Tractor and mower not running right both times ive gotten rec fuel there.

The older woman with the light hair who works on second shift, Mel, is a horrible, horrible person! I refuse to go there until after 7 pm when she finally leaves. She will treat you like garbage, do not even deal with her if you can help it!

The older lady named Mel should have been put in a retirement home when she was 18 years old. She is the most rude woman and makes me never want to go to that gas station. She has made me wait over 40 minutes on pizza multiple times when she said it was going to be 10 minutes. And then will make snarky comments. Fire her.

Went to get a cup of ice, noticed they prepared food, asked if I can get a glove to put ice in, to make an ice pack for my son, they lady in the register said she didn't have any gloves, I offered to pay for it,and still don't have gloves... but wait, don't you sell food here? That's gross if you don't have gloves and your grabbing people food and stuff barehanded..BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

Short on staff and the staff they do have need a lot of training. I have stopped here twice because it is the closest to my house but I lose so much time standing in line just for a bag of ice and a pop that it's not worth my time to stop here. Convenient for gas if you're using a debit/credit card. Anything else is just asking for too much from these people.

pumps don't print receipts 7 out of 10 fuel ups. pumps transfer fuel onto your hands when you grab them. slowest fuel pumps I've ever used. bring a cup or coffee or two to drink while you fill up

Wow 2.25 for small cup coffee. Employee not friendly. Store needs cleaned.

Traveling through, been on road for hours, had to potty. Approaching bathroom, employee yelled bathroom closed, i just cleaned them and dont wanna clean them again. (Mind you 330 in the afternoon)

The old lady in there is slow on purpose just 2 take up everyone's time so others leave the store and she dont hafto wait on them she needs fired

Place is filthy. No receipt paper in the pumps. Staff was not friendly.
