I have been taking my vehicles to Duricek Automotive for more than 40 years and have been extremely happy with the experience every single time. The customer service is second to none, and the knowledge and experience of this third-generation shop is truly amazing. The employees of this business are very trustworthy, fair and honest. On more than one occasion I've taken my car in for service only to be told the service I was requesting wasn't needed. They could have easily taken my money and performed the service anyway, but they don't operate that way. This is just one of many reasons why this business continues to earn the trust of their customers, and why I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Duricek's is the all American family owned automotive maintenance and repair shop. I've been visiting them faithfully for 6+ years and I trust them explicitly to care for my vehicles, my friend's vehicles and my team member's vehicles.Their team does a great job of thoroughly assessing your vehicles maintenance needs and any repair concerns. They'll treat you with integrity and respect. I've always appreciated their focus on long term relationship building and care. If you're in northwest Ohio and you don't go to Duricek's you likely don't appreciate your car and I'd imagine, don't love America.

I own a 20 ft. Shamrock and had some issues with my boat and found out that they were electrical problems. Nathan diagnosed and fixed the issues, as well as, other adjustments to get her running as she should. He did a couple of test runs and I couldn t be happier with his service. He did the work in a very quick timeframe and at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use Duricek s for any future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone with automotive or marine mechanical needs.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We have been coming here for years and respect the work and honesty this family owned business stands by. Now we travel from Cleveland and have our vehicles serviced here to this day. We highly recommend their work.

I've had a great experience since I started taking vehicles to Duricek a few years ago. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, and be confident in their abilities. Duricek has always been upfront and told me what my car needs, doesn't need, and what can be put off until a future service. Everyone has always been super friendly and they truly seem to appreciate my business.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very family oriented business. This place floods the senses with old school, family run, friendly service-style business. They're honest and I'm happy with the work they've done on my Jeep. You pay a little more for an oil change here. But I'm one to preach quality over quantity. I'll be back.

What a great experience! After the cold snap my car was left dead, as well as my spirit when nothing AAA did could get her rollin .I purchased a new battery from the auto parts store. Installed. Still nothing.I called up to Duricek after many suggestions!Very quickly they determined the new battery I was sold at the auto parts store was dead!I stopped by to pick up my new battery to return. These folks even carried that dirty heavy thing out to the car for me.I gave them quite the challenge with my car, and they kept me up to date at all times.I have lived downtown Rossford for 7 years. I have always enjoyed their humor on their sign. I had the best experience at Duricek automotive, I would rate them 10/10. I previously had my car towed to another facility where they diagnosed and bled my coolant system. Well after waiting 3 days to hear from them, they called me and informed me the repair they previously did, did not fix the car, so the new repairs would be $1,100 and I did not have the money for that. So at that point I had my car towed to Duricek where they did a new diagnostic because the previous diagnostic did not make sense, they communicated with me that my car still has air bubbles and my coolant system needed bled again- no other repairs were discussed at this time. After Duricek bled my coolant system and test drove my car they called me and let me know my car is running great and there would be no other repairs at this time. I will continue to trust Duricek with my automotive repairs.Service: Auto maintenance

These guys are amazing. Every mechanic there will go above and beyond to make a customer happy . From them winterizing my jetski to them working on my past and now present new vehicle , I have always got a good professional job. I will always recommend this shop . These guys are awesome!

After having another shop who I trust fail to be able to diagnose and repair my vehicle, I was referred to Duricek automotive. The process took longer than I would have liked....but in the end they came through with shining colors. Very professional in the face of my dissatisfaction, they also stood behind their work as it relates to incidental issues. Very satisfied customer.Service: Electrical repair

I had a great experience taking my truck to Duricek Auto. I had a whole laundry list of things I needed done from new shocks to an oil change and I am more than satisfied with the service they provided. Prices are reasonable and your vehicle will be in great hands. It's nice to have a shop you can trust in our area. Highly recommend!

Duricek Automotive is trustworthy and dependable. I trust them to keep my kids safe as they ride around in our vehicles, and that should say a lot. I've referred my dad and brothers to them and each time they not only get the job done, but get it done in a way that doesn't require extra visits out to re-fix the problem that wasn't quote done. Can't say enough. Great staff--they don't just throw parts at a problem at the customer's expense--they take the time to properly assess and diagnose the issue. Very thankful for them.

Friendly staff, quick and correct diagnosis, reasonably priced. I really couldn't ask for much more from my local automotive mechanic. These guys are great!I'm baffled by other postings on this business as I have never had a problem. Personally, Duricek automotive has exceptional service with a price point that makes sense. I have the utmost respect for this team of experts and would highly recommend them to anyone.I have been taking both of my vehicles to them for almost two years with absolutely no complaints. They have diagnosed and repaired issues ranging from check engine lights to oil changes.I can honestly say they are good people running a solid shop.

These guys are amazing and 100% trustworthy! My car broke down on a Saturday and I had it towed to a place that was open. I was told I needed both injectors and the fuel rail replaced. My car is only 3 years old. I called Duricek on Monday, explained the situation, had it towed to them. Yeah, all it needed was new O-rings. It cost me 1/3 of what the other place quoted me. You can't go wrong with the good guys at Duricek!

I always have a great experience here. The staff treats you like family and make repair work less painful. From full car repairs to a simple tractor tire fix, they are the best!

Friendly enough and quick with the repair once the finally got it in. First they didn't call me with my quote for repairs. I had to do the follow up. Then when reviewing the bill I was disappointed at the high prices they charged for the parts. The drive belt charge was nearly double the cost and the alternator was nearly $60 more than any of the local part stores in the area. That's a healthy mark up on both parts. Good service but be aware of the charges.

Duricek Auto was very professional, thorough and helpful. They fixed my older car's heating system and now it works amazing. The next day, they followed up with me to make sure the repair was done well.They noticed some other problems with my car, but did not automatically jump to conclusions and "fix" them like some other shops tend to do. They gave me the info to get it fixed in my own time.Great service and a very reasonable price! Highly recommend and will return!

This place is fantastic. I've been going to Midas for over 30 years, but now this is my new home for repairs. They had the chance to rip me off on a transmission repair but they didn't. Found out it was just a loose muffler clamp. Polite, efficient, and reasonably priced.I come from Cincinnati and have always used a family ran auto shop down there. Since moving up closer to Toledo, I have had very negative interactions with the auto shops I have visited. Usually feeling ignored or talked down to, I would opt to drive the three hours back down to Cincinnati (if my car permitted) to get service where I felt more comfortable.Driving that distance was out of question when my catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle. I called Duricek about half an hour after they opened and the gentleman on the phone was very polite, chipper, and helpful while I scheduled an appointment for my car. The same manners were displayed upon dropping off my vehicle, when I called because I forgot the time estimate, when I got the call saying the work was done, and when I picked up my happily running car. The final interaction I had with the gentleman at Duricek came in the form of a firm handshake, which I whole heartedly appreciate and do not often get offered.The amount of comfort I felt dealing with Duricek Automotive & Marine, in addition to the speed and a price point much lower than I thought it would be, means I no longer have to trek three hours down to Cincinnati when I have a problem or maintenance to attend to with my vehicle.I most certainly will be returning in the future.

These guys do a great job. Nick and Nate are honest, helpful, and friendly every time I go there to get anything fixed. They don't try to sell you things you don't need or try to rip you off. I've gone to them for anything from an oil change, fixing a leak or a bad headlight connection, to fixing my exhaust system. Good people and good service all around.

Nick, Nate, and Jonah are extremely polite, professional, and reasonable. That have helped me a several occasions with ABS codes, poor heating, my vehicle having trouble starting, and various other small items. They answer any questions I have and even walk me through the problems.Not only do they perform the work in a reasonable amount of time, they have answered any questions I've had for work I have done myself with no problem. I replaced my own heater core and the clock spring broke along the way and they diagnosed it for me at no cost.I will continue to patronize Duricek and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, and co-workers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My father and I have been going to Duriceks for years now, and I know he wouldn't go there if he didn't think that they did a great job. I recently needed some exhaust work and had originally been quoted at my local Midas shop for the repairs (simply due to convenience). After hearing their cost I made my appointment at duriceks, where they repaired my car for a THIRD of the cost that Midas quoted me. They're all genuinely nice people who care about their customers. It's nice to have a mechanic you can trust and who takes the time to make sure that you understand what's happening with your vehical. Thanks guys :)
