I placed an order online for the tires I wanted. I was able to schedule an appointment, they got me started at the time I selected. They had me in and out with 4 tires in 30 minutes, what a great experience!

Highly recommend. I have shopped at this location a few times. Always, and I mean always, great service. I never feel like I m being taken advantage of. They match or beat other tire shops, so shop around, then buy from Discount Tire in Rossford. After the sale service is excellent, tire rotations, seasonal air pressure service, etc.

Above and beyond! In Jan 2023, I purchased tires while staying with my daughter. They were after market and needed an adapter for the lug nuts. I couldn t find it and was trying to sell the car. I called, and with a week they mailed me the adapter. I live in NY! And they said no charge for shipping! I wish there was a Discount Tire in NY!! Highly recommend!!

The staff were helpful and it took little time to install my 4 new tires. However, when I got home, realized 1 tire was a 2023 AND THE REST WERE 2021. NOT PLEASED.

Our tires light came up on the gage. We went to discount tires to have it taken care of. They were polite and quick to get us taken care of quickly. VERY GOOD PEOPLE WORK THERE.

Called in and spoke to Derek, then called back and spoke to Chuck, both individuals we polite. Both stated they would beat the competition. Called back and advised what price I received from another facility they offered to beat the price by $5.00 per tire. Went in today and met Tyler behind counter . he on the other hand was not as polite ( in my opinion ) and did not want to uphold the pricing offered by the other sales people. We almost walked out on Tyler just like the guy before us did. After a little conversation Tyler reluctantly gave us the price that we were previously quoted. Would go back . but just would be a little more careful on who we would want to have dealings with.

Wow. Tim, you are a blessing from God. I had nowhere to go, my tire sensor gave out on me on my way home from PT school. Came here 20 mins after close, they fixed it for free & with an absolute great attitude. I recommend these guys x100. Thank you doesn t do this place enough justice.

All the guys in the shop were very busy, upbeat and working as a team helping each other. My salesman was Luke D. He helped me decide on a tire and said the road hugger was one he trusts for his mom to use. Luke is patient, knowledgeable and kind.I liked my visit.

These guys are awesone...they put on my new tires I bought from Amazon, will price match...And they installed and disposed of my tires for 100 on nose everywhere else...no time for me and 130 to 150..I'll be back for sure!Tim was awesome!

Ordered 4 tires had a appointment for 3pm they said with my appointment they would have me back on the road by 4pm. Here I sit at 440pm and they still yet to touch my vehicle. Walk-ins went before me. Appointment means nothing.

Got 2 new tires put on my ford ranger coke to find out they never put a new valve stem in after so I had to go to northwest tire to get that cleaned. Also I took my Taurus to get 2 new tires and they ended up putting on 4 and charging me for 4.

Went in for a tire pressure check. Was greeted with a friendly smile. In and out in 5 minutes. Was given an update on the wear of my tires and wipers which was helpful. I will compare here when ready to purchase new tires. Great service!

Great place and great crew. Bought a set of tires a few weeks back. Had a flat this morning, called the store up and they said bring it in and they'll take care of it. Brought it in and was taken care of in a quick timely manner. Excellent customer service from the tech, service writer, and shop crew.

I called earlier in the week asking for four tires for my Jeep. I went there later in the week and they only had two. So I said, I will take the two and come back for the other two. They took my car in and while rotating my tires they noticed my other two tires were rotting on the rim. They offered me a more expensive tires they had four of for the cheaper price because they couldn t put my tires back on my car. So greatly appreciate their help. They were wonderful in helping me

Awful. No organization, ordered wheels and tires and they couldn t get it right. Didn t know when they were going to come in after weeks of me calling. Was told next day they d be in.

Discount Tire was great. Chuck got me in right away (which is important when you need your tires replaced). Changed two tires and even replaced my faulty tire pressure sensors at no charge. Will definitely return here for my tire needs.

They keep changing rules on me, I have always stayed in my Jeep while they have rotated and balanced my tires in any available bay. I made appointment for 2:30. Arrived on time, waited for a few minutes after talking to service guy. Then they come out to tell me if I want to stay in the Jeep then they have to jack it, if I let them drive it in on the rack then I have to get out. They messed up my lugs last time, wanted to make sure they do it right this time. I don t like the games. The old service manager was far better with customer service than these guys. I have a bad foot from surgery is why I stayed in vehicle, guess they didn t understand that?

Incredible and professional service. I was stressing out about why my tires kept slowly deflating even after putting air in them, I came to discount tire to get them looked at and they informed me why this was happening. It was such a relief, they answered any questions or concerns I had and Tyler was extremely nice and professional. I will certainly be coming back to this place on the regular. :)

I don't recommend this place I have a nail in my tire and don't even try to see if was fixable right away try to make get a new tire and because I told the service advisor that way hi wasn't going to check in the inside so he told me that it was a company policy not to fix that tire so after going back and forth with this guys I never go laud with them in the end I agree to buy the new tire and I know they go mad because I question About my tire I was told they didn't have any tires in stuck so I believe they did that because they didn't want to service my car because of the complaining

I was a new customer and I called a lot of places this day and they were so kind and so helpful compared to the other 7 tire stores I called they helped me when I needed it the most! Matthew is the gentleman who helped me when I arrived and was so kind and patient with all of my needs! Let s say I was highly highly impressed with this company and location thank you so much for the help you guys rock!
