Bought meaty tires for my 2020 Ram at Walmart, but they did not have a rim clamp!? so called Brandon @Belle Tire and got me in and installed my new 305/55/20. No more sliding. Thank you Belle!

Purchased tires for my 2012 Town & Country after a horrific experience with the nearby Costco. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and informative. Tires arrived next day, scheduled appointment following day. Absolutely no issues whatsoever and I am pleased with the Michelin Defender tires as I also have them on an Acura MDX. I paid about $125 more for the set vs Costco but it was worth it to deal with competent and polite people. I have used this location for tires in the past and their service has been consistently good.

DO NOT go to Belle Tire in Rossford on US 20 unless you want your car DAMAGED these idiots !!!Bought 2 sets of Michelins from them, one for my elderly moms car after a blowout she had, and a new set for my 14,000 mile 2014 Challenger R/T. Paid for them and spoke to them about installation on my car at a later date because the weather was not cooperating and I don't drive the car in the rain. It's literally brand new condition under the hood and all. They agreed and I told them I could come back whenever they were not busy and convenient for both of us. So...a week or 2 later the weather was going to be clear and I called them to schedule. They said bring it in tomorrow, so I took the morning off work. They had them on in an hour or so and the Manager Brandon Hesse brought the car around front when I was outside. We talked for a few minutes about cars and his Youtube channel he does NOT have (Lie # 1) as I noticed how filthy the tires were but no problem I will wash them up over the coming weekend. I left and took the car back to my garage and parked it until the weekend came. That Sunday I pulled the car out and decided it s time to wash, as I'm cleaning I noticed they scratched my rims removing the wheel weight on not just 1, BUT ALL 4 OF MY $5000 RIMS !! Now I should have known not to trust them but I have been a long time customer and only went to them for all my vehicles ( I currently own 4 ).Went back to the store that following week and spoke to Gerry the person I purchased them from. I showed him where the techs scratched all 4 rims removing the wheel weights, but where not smart enough to stop after damaging the first one! Not only did they scrape the crap out of the paint and aluminum but also left behind the adhesive from the factory as evidence. He said to me "I knew this was going to happen". Then tells me well you know they can be hard to remove . I explained to Gerry he had "the wrong guy" and I'm not that stupid. He says come in and I'll write down your number for Brandon to call you. Week goes by no call. I stop in and no Manager so I ask Gerry what they are doing about this, he tells me to email him my VIN and insures me they will replace the wheels. I explained to Gerry I am not one to be fooled and I WILL hire an attorney and sue them for the replacements. He became stand-offish and says no need to go there, Belle Tire has broad shoulders and will make it right. I told him I hope so or I will hold true on my promise, and I don't care if it costs me more in attorney fees than its worth, to me its principle. Today I get a call from the customer service rep Matt Stanton stating Belle Tire will not replace the wheels as promised because the car is 10 years old. They want me to take them and have them fixed with spray paint because it cheaper for Belle Tire. When I asked Matt if he would do that to his car, he said "that's my offer". Apparently Matt didn't understand the question. So I spoke with the news team to ask him once again! See you soon Matt !! And Jenn...thanks for nothing as well.

New manager is a stand up guy.1.5 years ago I got some axle work done with new problems introduced after the repair was completed. The old manager/tech told me the problems were normal and the repair was finished. I drove away not feeling good about it but also not wanting to start arguing in the lobby in case I was wrong and ended up looking like a huge AH.Today I was told that the boots from that repair were leaking grease all over my wheel hubs after 1.5 years and less than 10k miles by the dealer during my oil change.I drove back to Belle Tire and the new manager is taking care of me. They are redoing my repair even though I'm technically out of warranty period. He really took care of me today. Thanks a bunch Sean! Wishing this Belle Tire location the best because I almost always have good service at other locations in town.

I went there thinking I was due for an entire set of tires. I received a call shortly after to advise me that I have plenty of life left on the ones I had. I appreciate the honesty and integrity - when I finally need tires, I will be back!

Took my truck to them after having an alignment done at the belle tire on rt 25. The other belle tire told me my truck was as good as it was going to get. Brandon and his guys had my truck for 30 minutes and fixed what the other belle tire couldn't. They have my business from now on. Thank you guys!!

We were heading back from Southern Michigan pulling a car on a car dolly. The front tire of the car being towed totally fell apart. Bubba tow awrvice towed us to Belle tire. Theze men were exceptionally professional and got us 2 new tires and back on our trip to Pa in less than 24 hrs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business.

Like to thank the Assistant Manager Kim Guy, and her staff for repairing my tire as fast as they did. They got me in, and repaired my TPMS issues. I was expecting to replace one since it was stuck and not taking air/leaking. Previous issue Please do not put in any repair fluids to repair a leak into a tire with TPMS cause that will block the sensors . Happily they check it out and found 3 of them had slow leaks. I was expecting a minim of one sensors say $60-80 plus labor. Guys $19 bucks took care of 3 with the rebuilt kits they had for my Fiat! Don t take my word, I m just a guest from out of town and they took care of me! Great Team at Belletire Rossford Ohio. Happy to be back on the road. I d give you guys 10 STARS if I could.

words cannot express how grateful we are for the consideration and professionally we received while Belle tire worked and diagnosed our very problematic car. There patience in resolving a rare and unique fix was superior to other shops in a 50 mile radius of toledo. Now I'm confident with my vehicle again. Back and front of the "House" personal are great. 5.9 stars. Because 6 stars is unavailable.thanks rossford Belle tire!

They were able to get me in ASAP after my tire pressure dropped quickly on the highway. Technicians super friendly and helpful. Found the screw and fixed my tire so we could be right back on the road A+++

Brought a company vehicle in for a "free" tire plug on their tires. After 8 hrs, pick the van up and they took it upon themselves to do an oil change without mypermission. Said well the fleet company said go ahead. I will never go here again. Free tire plug is a shame, an excuse to steal work. Beware

Employees are rude and do not care about your time. They stole the locking lug nuts off of my girlfriends car stole the locking lug nut key and then replaced the 4 locking nuts with the CHEAPEST lug nuts ever where the caps just spin and now a tire can t be removed. DO NOT GO HERE! They will steal from you and potentially leave you in a position to be stranded and unable to fix your car!!

Would not ever go here again. I took it in to get four new tires totaling 800.00 and drove it back home it was so shaking out of control. I took it back to them they said I needed an alignment so I did that and it was still having the issue. I then called customer service and they were very helpful with setting me up an appointment at tireman (owned by the same company) they told me they were shocked because 3/4 of my tires were not balanced or not balanced correctly they were even shocked. You d think belle tire would know how to put tires on right .

Do not go here!!!!******* Stole parts off my car twice.***** My locking lugnut key taken had to fight them to get a new one and lost then replaced all my mopar lugnuts with missized trash while changing my tires. Insane and pathetic quality of work.

After shopping around for new tires for my Nissan and getting mixed quotes, opinions, and options I ended up returning to Belle Tire. My experience was top notch professional across the board from assistance choosing tires, to installation and customer care. Yes, true customer service still exists and that's refreshing.Update 06-13-23Unfortunately I cannot add more stars to my review because this place deserves them. I stopped in for a simple oil change and tire rotation which was handled professionally . I have absolutely no complaints.I was privileged to observe amazing customer service in action as an out of town customer had an issue with a wheel for their vehicle. Justin, the store manager, explored multiple options, even directly calling non-Belle Tire companies, to assist this customer. Fortunately he and the staff were able to come up with a solution for this customer allowing them to continue their travels. To witness that amount of dedication of service is totally refreshing.

The team here is great; friendly and efficient. I explained the issues with my vehicle, thinking it would be a long wait. I was surprised by the short time it took to get me back on the road. I highly recommend them.

Had a nail in my truck tire, and called to make an appointment to get it fixed. Very accommodating, and had me come right over. Immediately took my truck back and was finished in about 20 minutes. Best part... no charge! You just don't see this type of service in this day and age. Very nice staff and quick! When I do need new tires, I will only go to Belle Tire in Rossford to thank them for taking care of my tire so quickly and not charging me!

We had a tire blow on the way out of town for a funeral. We were able to get to Belle and they were very friendly fast and accommodating. It was so nice to have someone be able to help us through the ordeal so smoothly.Thank you Belle crew.

I would like to thank the employees of this store for helping us get back onto the road quickly and professionally. We were traveling from michingan city to western ny and had two tires break belts without warning causing violent shaking in our truck. They took us in, checked the front end out and replaced the two faulty tires with 2 new tires and got us back on the road. Thank You again!

Sold on the idea they were cheaper because of rebates , only got half because I don't want there credit card , invested hours and hours just to be told it's only good for online purchases, I need food, fuel , not something I can only use online, RIP OFF , and MISREPRESENTATION , NEVER AGAIN

I went in here to get a tire patched today. It turned out I had 2 punctures too close to each other and needed a new tire. They noticed all 4 tires were low on tread. I explained I have a fleet car. They called the Fleet Manager for me and quickly had 4 new tires approved. I was worried about being late to pick up my kids from school and expressed my concern to the manager. He arranged a few men to work on my car at once. I was out the door on time and a smooth ride. Great service and teamwork at this location. I highly recommend them!

Customer support and service - top notch! I appreciate them allowing me to use their conference room to spread out and keep working while they fixed my tire. What we all thought was a complete blow out, unrepairable fix, their service tech took on as a challenge and was able to repair!!! I could hug them!!! I appreciated the kind greetings of all the staff while I worked, enjoyed meeting the general manager Rob who is just great, and had an all around wonderful experience. Our small business brings all our work trucks and personal vehicles to Belle Tire and this is why!

This is the best tire place around! I blew a tire out a year ago and unfortunately I took the blown tire to Walmart. A few days later the tire started leaking air so I took it back to Walmart and they told me since they didn t physically put the tire in my car there was nothing they could do. I would have to fill the tire once a week. I blew another tire a few days ago and took it to Bell. I asked how much they would charge to fix Walmarts tire and the guy said it would be free no charge. Thanks to Bell the old tire was also fixed. Thank you!

Belle Tire ALWAYS gives me great service and a good price. I always buy my tires there and, if I have a nail or other problem with a tire, they handle it quickly and pleasantly.

Do not go here. I went to this belle tire for new tires. They striped 2 studs on one wheel, incorrectly balanced my tires and one tires was low pressure by the time I got home. On top of all this there is a 2 inch cut across my rim and new tire. Of course, they also wanted to replace several components that they quoted extremely expensively. Staff was not professional.

Made appointment to replace 4 tires. Waited less than 2 hours. They provide wifi to keep me occupied on my tablet. Reasonable cost for well rated tires and excellent service.

So thankful and ever so appreciative that Belle Tire offers free air service. I noticed one of the tires on the loaner car I'm using while my car is being serviced looked pretty low. So I stopped in and by Golly the 2 front tires were both down to 25 and the back tires were both a little low as well. Thank you Belle Tire!

Was told noise i was hearing was from bad wheel bearings, paid $1000 to have them fixed, called by BT associate said car was done and no more noise. When car picked up I heard noise immediately once back on the road. Took it back and was told the noise is coming from something else and will cost additional $1500.
