Do not trust these people. They lied from the minute the driver got out of the truck. They told my son they could repair the vehicle so he should just have the car towed to their shop. They said the initial charge for the tow was $375. When they found out we weren't using insurance they refused to repair the vehicle and the charge to get our car out of their yard was going to be over $1000. They claimed it was because the police called them. Then they claimed it was in impound. (The police confirmed this was a lie) The woman claimed she was with the driver and knew that he didn't tell our son to take it to their shop for repair. The woman on the phone kept insisting we use insurance and refused to accept that we didn't want to. She refused to take payment over the phone and after I drove an hour to their shop, I was told they only accept cash (on President's Day). When we finally got the car away from them the other tow company charged us $130 to take the car the same distance as the original tow.

Of course I give 5 stars! Family owned and operated, ran with heart. MOST Reviews speak for themselves!! As for the rest, they're just very untruthful and have 0 accountability for their actions or lack of insurance.

They responded quickly after I had a car accident and were helpful and kind during a scary time. They helped me stay on top of my insurance company, who drug their feet through the entire salvage process, and even helped me clean my possessions out of my car after my accident. Very nice, hardworking people here. Would definitely recommend this business!

My son was in an accident yesterday. Called them to get our van out of a ditch. They arrived fast, and were incredibly helpful and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!

So expensive but everything is anymore! They have to get by also. What helped this whole nightmare of having my car towed (because RPD messed up, dropped the ball and won't admit that they screwed up so instead covered it up with a $1000 impound fee,that I cannot pay!) was that the employees there are very helpful and sweet! (Not like the normal "tow truck drivers" in portage county!) Complete Service Towing if it wasn't for you my car would have been towed by those rude "other guys"! So thank you for being helpful, understanding and respectful! I am grateful there are still decent and kind people in portage county! (Not just people that are miserable so they want to spread it to everyone else too! )

The only place I got for all my car repair needs. They have gotten me out of binds more than a few times. I cannot thank the folks enough at Complete service. Our truck broke down while towing our camper. Andy was most helpful in taking care of our family when AAA would not tow us. Even though we pay for the premium RV service. Andy towed us and the family to the local state campground while his crew towed my truck to The Diesel Speedshop for diagnosis and repair. Complete Service was absolutely amazing. The company that I work for had an employee lock themselves out of their work van (30 minutes away from our office) and they answered right away, were very kind and professional, and sent someone to him right away. My car was recently totaled in an accident (t-boned by someone running a red light) and towed from the scene to this lot. After getting the ok from insurance, I set up a time with Complete to take my belongings out of the vehicle and when I got there a staff member was there to help. It was very easy to access my car and the guy really went out of his way to make sure I safely got everything out. Family-owned business, everyone here is very down to earth and kind. After a somewhat traumatic experience, working with this business was a blessing!

My car had broken down from the timing belt snapped and I ended up calling my insurance. They were able to quickly get ahold of this towing company and gave them all my info and where it was to be towed. This company called and texted me when they were on the way when they picked up my vehicle and when it was delivered to the mechanics. This company was very diligent and polite on the phone and as a result I would highly recommend these guys!

Would recommend to anyone who needs towing, wenching, or hauling. One of our service trucks got stuck in the mud for hours, and we called another wenching company that said it could not be done. Searching more on the internet, we came across this company. The owner of the companies' son came out along with the owners brother. They were there for a few hours and miraculously got our truck out. This family owned and run business is the way to go for your car and truck needs. Highly recommend!Service: Special vehicle towing

$350 just for it to stay overnight.when I asked why so much they broke down the charges and said it's $90 just for the state troopers to call them he said he worked out the best deal but I think they're highly priced
