I cannot shout from the mountain high enough or loud enough how AMAZING these folks are. I bought a popup on FB and it was the biggest mistake I could have made but thankfully it lead me here! Danielle, Bud and the team let me know gently I had made a mistake purchasing my popup and that it was not safe for my little girl. Danielle then at my request showed me a couple of units one that never even hit the website. They on a handshake never listed the camper and worked with me to help review financing options to make this a dream come true for my family and I. We even ran into an unforeseen manufacturer issue right after I purchased. Danielle messaged me to assure me everything was going to be ok and BUD TREATED ME LIKE I COULD HAVE BEEN HIS SON taking care of the not only the issue but going over the camper in fine detail to make sure My wife, Daughter, and I would be safe happy and ready to hit the campgrounds! I cannot say enough great things about this Family owned business. I am a client for life!

We were leaving NY on our way to Oh when we lost our water. After calling 2 companies who were too busy , We contacted a very nice person in Ohio who stated, we are really busy, but let me see what we can do for you. We want to get you back on the road asap since you are traveling . It seemed they were determined to figure out what the issues were and get us back on the road, much like that of a NASCAR pit crew. They did just that . after 2 1/2 hours they diagnosed the pump problem, replaced it and when we mentioned our generator also was not working they went to work on that and discovered our batteries were bone dry preventing them from charging and providing the necessary power to the generator. Their concern for us and our vehicle was admirable and we really appreciate their tenacity at a fair price. If you are looking for an honest hardworking RV mechanic we recommend you go to see Bud and Jack at Camper Cares in Edinburg, Ohio. We appreciate your working us into your busy afternoon! Thank you!Service: Electrical

was getting ready for long trip to Florida and wanted bearings repacked. I didn't have much time ,but they got me in on time. they also did a visual check and took care of any other needs for me. I really liked this place. I am referring them to a friend. I was not happy having these big RV dealers do work on my travel trailer. They are in my opinion sub standard for repairs.

I brought in a teardrop trailer last month that needed extensive framework and axel repair. Bud and his entire team worked tirelessly to ensure that the teardrop would be revived to its original condition, and would be able to be towed safely while traveling across country. Bud was extremely upfront, honest, and thorough from the moment I met him, up until the day I left the shop. Bud and his team went above and beyond for me, and made me feel extremely valued and appreciated as a customer. I can't thank Camper Care enough for all they did for me. I would recommend anyone looking for top notch service to visit Camper Care the next time they may need trailer or RV repairs! ;)

Thank you soo much!!! We had had a mishap while passing through with our RV and not only did they get us fixed up but even had popsicles for our children!! It was so amazing to have great people take such good care of us while we were so far away from home. It was greatly appreciated and your kindness won t be forgotten.-Jake & Erin SD

GREAT PEOPLE!We called 4 other RV suppliers before Camper Care. We couldn't be more grateful to them!We are here in Ohio, 4 days towing from home. When we unhitched we noticed that two of the welds on our hitch were cracking. We are heading north to the UP, but there was no way we felt comfortable going anywhere with the hitch. The manufacturer was willing to replace it after seeing photos, but that would have meant days of delay and cancelled reservations. Fortunately, they were willing to work with a dealer if we could find one willing to sell us just the one part of the hitch with the cracking welds.Camper Care was the only RV center willing to supply the part alone and properly install it. They also took on shipping the original part back to the manufacturer. They did all this for the most reasonable of cost.If you want to deal with honest decent people, go to Camper Care: even if it is a bit farther off the highway than the big places.

During a recent trip to West Branch State Park we had an issue with our RV,'s hot water system leaking. We went to Camper Care without an appt and they were great. Came right out, saw the problem, and explained everything to us. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them if you ever need service.Thank you Camper Care!

He charged me $500.00 to appraise a Jayco RV. He came and took pictures and after several phone calls received the appraisal which was sent to the wrong address which we needed for Probate. The appraisal was way low when I researched on the internet. I sold the RVto a lovely couple above the appraised value. Would never recommend doing business with Bud and CamperCare!

Took my camper in for a reseal of the roof. Put a big gash in the side of it as they moved it around their crowded lot. Did not mention it until I went to pick it up and inspected it myself. Then only offered to cover it with a fake vent. It ended up leaking and made the bathroom floor soft.

I went to Camper Care to see if they could help me with a broken RV toilet. Bud looked at the situation and realized that he would have to order a part. I was on a road trip so could not wait for the part but the whole experience was delightful. Bud fit me in right away, was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this RV shop.

Camper care has always been very generous to the local community with donations to high school and youth sports. Also very generous to community members in need. I have always said when I buy a camper it will be from them. I recently purchased a very nice pre owned unit from them. I got a good deal and they had it prepared to use beautifully. We camped in a two day downpour. It had a small drip around one of the sky lights. Bud had me bring it in immediately to repair the leak. They replaced the whole sky light at no charge. I highly recommend Camper Care to anyone for any of the services and products they provide.

Our refrigerator went out on our 2021 Keystone in August, and it's still under warranty, so we called Keystone and they told us to call a Mobile Tech, so we did. Surprise, they never showed up. That led to the weekend, so we couldn't get anything done then. In the mean time, all my food is going bad. Next we took it to a Keystone dealership near where we were in Michigan at the time. They were friendly and told us to bring it in the following Wednesday. So we did, but later that day they called to tell me that I have an aftermarket refrigerator. I should have known then it wasn't going to be good. Supposedly, they said the fridge was bad, and they submitted the claim to Keystone. They also told us it might be weeks before they get a new one in. We are living in our RV currently, and have been making our way through the US, so we decided to keep traveling, and said we would come back when they got the new fridge. After a week and a half with no word, we called to see if they had gotten approval to replace it. After speaking to 3 people at that business, and about 5 or 6 calls, they told us that they didn't submit the correct paperwork, and could we bring it back so they could do the necessary diagnostic and resubmit it. I told them we were hundred of miles from there and didn't want to come back for that, and then still have to come back again when they finally get the fridge in. Back to square one. Called Keystone again and they gave me a dealership to call. When I did, they told me they wouldn't work on it because I didn't buy it from them. So I started calling all the dealerships I could find, most of them said the same thing as the first one, but finally Camper Care said they would look at it in a week. So we went on with our trip to Niagra Falls, then brought it back to Camper Care yesterday. We almost were out of luck again, because he couldn't get anyone at Keystone to call him back. So I called Keystone again and a very helpful Rep named Alicia stayed on the line with me while she called him. He agreed to give it another try, and so we brought it back in again. Turns out that the fridge isn't bad, but a loose wire was the culprit. Camper Care fixed the problem, and there were no charges to us at all! I am very happy and appreciate them going the extra mile to help us out!Service: Electrical

These people are great. We needed a propane refill in our RV. They were easily able to do it and they do it everyday for RVs. The experience was pleasant as everyone had the expertise to handle the equipment and the invoicing. I value this as even our home propane supplier has difficulty charging me correctly. I had had a bad experience earlier in the day with another propane supplier and Camper Care people really were a godsend! We will be back for all our propane whenever possible and will check them out for any other needs we have.

Bud and his staff are awesome. They have been servicing our campers for years now, and all accessories and necessities for the camper. We go back there all the time if we need anything for our camper. Bud freely gives information if you have a problem and want to fix it yourself.Love these guys

Great family run place!!!I had a bearing fail and was able to limp the trailer to their facility. Ended up leaving it in their lot that Friday evening. I talked with them early the next week. Bud explained that the axle needed to be replaced. He gave me the option of ordering from the factory (2-3 weeks) or having one built locally (2-3 days). I ended up choosing the locally built version. Bud and crew were able to get everything installed and tested by the following Friday, just in time for us to keep the reservation for our last camping trip of the year!!!

We are from Canada, had a flat on our trailer, I called in while on the interstate to get a new spare, and they had one in stock, took it off a unit for us! The water lines on our trailer also got torn as result and they offered to repair them for us even though it was late in the day! Excellent service!!! Would definitely recommend!

The owner was very helpful with suggestions on the repair of a 2000 Fleetwood Prowler. Keep in mind his business is selling new units and in house repair, I was impressed that he took the time with a DIY'er.

We lost a wheel bearing cover and noticed it while at a rest stop nearby. We called to say we needed help and we were traveling from Arizona to Pennsylvania. They had mercy on us and said to bring it in right away. As we got there you could hear the squealing of the bearing as it was metal on metal with no grease. It was very traumatic for us as we had been so careful to check often on these vital parts. They were very kind and had the parts we needed. They replaced both sides and got us back on the road in about two and a half hours. What a Godsend!

Closed due to holiday visit...but we expected that. Stopped to look at some trailers parked out front, seemed like they do well by their customers, so I followed up with a call today letting them know what I am searching for. Excellent phone skills person answered and took my message...that already makes Camper Care better than average! Thanks Jenny!

I wouldn't take my trailer anywhere else. High quality work at competitive, fair prices. Family run business, so they're proud to stand behind their work. Good variety of campers to pick from if you're looking to purchase.
