I ve been a customer for many years! I ve never done a google review but felt I needed to! Recently took my car in for service and I can t say enough good about Frank, Jane, and the team of auto techs at Drellishak s. Always great communication and service! My family and I were on our way home to Buffalo from a wedding this weekend when we realized our bumper was falling off. It didn't seem like it would make it the rest of the way home. After asking 3 other auto places in the area, we ended up at Drellishak's. The receptionist was very understanding and though the car technicians were very busy already, she asked them if they could squeeze us in since we were passing through. They were gracious to fit us in and noticed our back lights were out as well. While I waited with my husband and young children, the receptionist offered us coffee, candy, and pretzels that were there. The kids did surprisingly well while waiting. The cost seemed very reasonable and we were so greatful to be able to get back on the road so quickly. The waiting area was very welcoming with plants and two large tables and chairs. I highly recommend Drellishak's.

Very helpful staff and really helped us out with disabled vehicle that needed a new starter. They got us in that day and the car was ready to go the next day. Really good communication and fair pricing. I will definitely bring cars here again.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Great place to get your car repaired. I've only found two places I really like to take my car and this is one of them. I even take my Lakewood Exterminating work vehicles to them.They can solve more complex issues whereas a lot of the regular big business places just throw parts at it.

I had some issues with my car. I was concerned that the repair would be very costly. They reassured me they would do what they could to keep the expense in line. Well, my car runs fantastic! I expected the cost to be way more than it was. It wasn t! It was a very fair price.If you need car repairs I highly recommend Drellishak s in Rocky River.Great Repairs from Great People!When I said they made my day, they truly did.

My experience was nothing but positive. They were friendly and chill. They made repairs quickly and at reasonable and fair prices. Honest and helpful. No worries about being tricked or manipulated into spending more like at some chains. Highly recommend.

The team at this workshop never failed to surprise me with their accommodation, response time, quality service and professionalism...its an auto shop, the exemplify so much knowledge and professionalism more than you could say about so many businesses out there like hospitals, hotels and restaurants or even law firms

Take your vehicle to Drellishak's! Dropped off at 7 am without an appointment and it was repaired same day (overheating issue). Thorough troubleshooting and only addressed what was wrong. Entire staff was great. Fair, and fairly priced.., great value and peace of mind

Finding a good mechanic is difficult. This location was recommended to me by another mechanic when I needed to find a shop closer to me. The staff has always treated me with respect and they treat customers like people and not just a source of profit. The prices of repairs and services have always been reasonable.

We only use drellishak to service our fleet of hvac vehicles and our personal vehicles. Very fair priced and excellent work! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I failed an e-check and they knew exactly what to do. I didn't get overcharged or told I needed more work than I did. I will definitely return for regular service!

I recently brought my car in because it was making a strange noise. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and got me in right away. They kept me updated by phone throughout the day. In the end, the fix was quite simple and inexpensive. I have only the very leanest idea of how cars work and they could have taken advantage and charged for a costly repair that wasn't needed, but instead they were honest. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Drellishak's worked me in to check my tires before a 500 mile trip. Jane got the tires there same day. Work done same day. Very pleased!

I would not recommend going to Drelishak's. I agreed to services that I knew were costing more than they should because my car was already there for an oil change and when I arrived to pick my car up, I had some questions and have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The older lady working the front desk at the Rocky River location was so rude and unprofessional. I will never be taking my car back there or recommending this place to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Got my head gasket replaced here after a recommendation from a friend. Everyone else around wanted upwards to $1100 for the job. These guys did it for $650 and it only took about 6 hours. Would highly recommend them.
