I stopped in at the Rocky River store to have them look at the "check engine light" message. Such a valuable service that Auto Zone provides! I was helped by Tom. He was wonderful - curteous and helpful. He gave me direction on what i could do based on the findings. Now, when i go to the mechanic, i have some idea of what's going on.Thank you Tom!

I was there twice in the last week for two different issues The gentlemen who helped me were absolutely amazing. I was very frustrated both times. On each occasion they figured out the problem, told me what to do to solve it and we re reassuring. I will never go anywhere else for my car issues. *No greeting when I walked in*Female employee gave me a rude look and immediately turned her back on me*I had find to find what I was looking with no assistance which is fine but at least offer*Overall I felt a weird vibe I don't want to use the R word but that's how it felt at this particular location...

This is going to be my new go-to AutoZone since the one in Lakewood seems to be sucking these days. The guys were quick and knowledgeable, and Terry did a bang-up job installing my parts right there in the parking lot.

Terry at the Rocky River store was AWESOME. Super helpful and kind. Changed my (very old and corroded) battery on a bitter cold and dark Cleveland evening without complaint. Kudos to Terry!

Came in because my turn signal burned out while I always working. Turns out my turn signal bulb is not as easy to access as my last car. A gentleman by the name of Rick T. Was able to figure it out on the spot in 20 minutes. Thanks to him, I was able to keep doordashing.

10/10 Eric was amazing. I called in for an air filter, he pulled it, had it ready, I was in and out and the prices were way better than Advance Auto. Do yourself a favor a come see these guys. Just great !

Rick helped me out! I was due for an oil change but couldn t get an appointment until the next 2 weeks. Helped me find the correct oil to top off my car until then. The staff at this location are always helpful & friendly!

Called to check on a cabin filter for my car. And guess what! A real person answered the phone!! Great customer service checking out availability of part and discussing price point options. Richard even put the filter in for me so I could see how it is done.

I want to give thanks to Gary at the Rocky River location. Our company visits this store regularly to maintain our vehicle fleet. No matter which day of the week or what time of day we stop in, Gary always seems to be working. He is always pleasant, cheerful and eager to help. He has assisted our staff with numerous challenges over the last year and we hope that Gary is recognized and appreciated for all of his diligence. Thank you!

Stopped in on a snowy night in need of a replacement windshield wiper, and I had the best service I ve ever had at an auto parts store. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, helpful, and even came out an installed it for me. Didn t even have to ask. For that reason alone, I will be good f back there for future visits.I hope the manager sees this and rewards his employees accordingly.

I m unsure if it s the manager or the owner ( if Auto Zone is a franchise), but the gentleman working in the evening on Monday 2/14/22, was amazingly kind to me and assisted with my windshield wiper fluid. Who knew their was a shortage with a snow storm the prior evening! Great people still exist and I can t express my gratitude for such a simple gesture.

I am over the moon with these people. The employee helped me pick out floor mats for my new car. I didn't want to spend a ton of money and he went through all of them finding the most reasonable. He then came out and installed them for me cutting out unnecessary Parts with his exacto knife. Save me an hour of fumbling around with scissors. Super friendly, super quick.

This place is great. The gentleman with the English accent was awesome. I bought a battery, alternator and R134. Incredibly helpful. I was away from my garage and they let me borrow tools to replace an alternator and battery there. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT guys yesterday (5/29/17). In a time when customer service is getting pretty bad in general, these fellows were great!!!!

Quiet place, with a few good men. Entered to find one employee helping an elderly man throughout the shopping experience. Another kind gentleman helped me find, purchase, and install the wipers on my car. Great experience. Would love to visit again.

Thank you Eric for your outstanding Customer Service in helping me find a winter wiper and putting the new wipers on my car. Dealerships put on very cheap wipers that have not lasted in our short winter thus far. I have replaced them twice and said NO MORE!!! So I went to a place I know I would get a better deal and better wipers for my car!! 5 Stars to you all day!!!

Attempted to look for a bolt with high heat resistance. I asked the only employee i saw, Daryl N., who was the least help possible. His reply, without even looking at the bolt i had, was "that's going to be impossible to match." I'll be sticking with the autozone on puritas for now on. Puritas Autozone employees have always went above and beyond to help customers.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and empathy. When My wiper popped off in the rain I thought I was lucky to be close to an Autozone, until after I purchased new ones and the sales guy refused to help me put them on because it was almost closing time. I had my 5 yr old grandson with me and it was raining out. He suggested I drive in the rain with no wiper to another autozone that was open later. Luckily a stranger outside saw me struggling and helped me out.

Sunday morning and the check engine light pops on so down to Rocky River Auto Zone I go. I tell him the problem he grabs his computer hooked it up to the truck gets the code ,tells me what I need to fix it gets parts from shelf rings it up, 5 minutes 45.00 dollars and I'm on my way home. 15 minutes new parts on the truck no more yellow light on the dash. Well guys as always you had the parts in stock at a fair price, in addition I automatically to saving at least $ 90.00 for the diagnostic code check and probably $300.00 for the repair itself. As always thanks guys and go Browns!
