When a problem was bigger than Texas. Rittman Automotive showed me, the true colors of their business! They shined brighter than any company, that I have been in contact with. For the last decade!! They beat expectations in literally, every aspect of my transaction. Highly Recommend!!

I was treated very well. I had an appointment set up to have work done. A few day prior to my appointment I had gotten a nail in my tire. I called and they got me in immediately. They even offered a rental so it wouldn t interfere with my work schedule. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much!

My first experience with Rittman Automotive was great! The pricing was competitive and the timeframe worked well for me! Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly helpful and gracious. I have historically gone to the dealership only for any service needed on my vehicle. Rittman Auto put my mind at ease and took all the time I needed to make a decision, answer questions and give me information. I appreciated that extra time and patience. Thank you Rittman Auto!!

Small businesses know what small town people are like..I feel they are more..personable. this company was in fact that. 4 new tires..a special of a free alignment with and a last minute change of adding an oil change..2 hrs altogether..not terrible..took me home to wait and picked me up..only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was recommended brakes which were I feel pricier than other places I found but still competitive..I would go back here honestly.

Kyle at Rittman Auto took care of my Q50. They replaced both turbos---which is a big job where both engine and transmission had to be removed. Not only did they do the replacement but they also diagnosed what caused the problem; which was an intake filter that was improperly installed. The rate was much better than the infiniti dealership that I originally took the car to. The car runs beautifully and the whole job took less than a week. I will be bringing my vehicles back here again!! Thank you Kyle.

I want to share a positive customer experience I had today. Rittman Automotive oil / filter change with tire rotation and brake inspection for $34.95. My car takes 6+ quarts of full synthetic oil too.There is more to this than cost savings. I m intuitive in how people treat others as a part of being a licensed social worker and in law enforcement. The employees treated an older woman without automotive knowledge honestly. They didn t use scare tactics about her air filter, tire tread depths or brake wear. They also informed her of upcoming sales on tires and said they would honor the discount once she had enough in her savings despite the sale expiring. Great customer service!!!!Aside from saving money and treating people respectfully, their website allows for appointments to be made via telephone, text or digital appointment calendar.Their motto is, Modern Technology. Old Fashion Service. I was witness to this motto today.

My new-to-me car was a disaster. Rittman Automotive was the 3rd place that I had taken it to for advice. They made me feel informed of the problems and gave me options. They were patient as I figured out the financing. I really like this program where they sent an email with a link. On the page, it stated each issue, what needed to be done and cost. I could decide what I wanted done without feeling pressured- click the repair button for the items I could afford- and the work was started. Loved it!I am a lifelong customer.

I had an alignment done. They were quick professional and generous.. there are coupons on line to print .. . they honored mine on my phone. I will definitely go back when I need other services done.

This was my first experience with Rittman Automotive. I had an oil change and tire rotation done. They were able to give me the appointment time I wanted. Service was done in a timely manner. It took a little longer than normal (according to the manager at the desk) due to not having the proper oil filter in stock. However they were able to have one in a short amount of time.I do suggest not waiting there for the service to be completed. The waiting area could be improved on. Limited space for waiters.I will certainly return for service on both my cars!!

Excellent experience from start to finish from initial drop off and discussion with Jason / Kyle about needed repairs and continued updates as repairs where completed. Very detailed assessment and accurate quotes of recommended work provided before work began - outstanding communication - work completed in a profession manner, on time and priced as quoted - very satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone needed minor or major repairs or service.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I've been coming to Rittman Auto since they moved into Rittman and they've never disappointed. My last appointment they ran into a delay getting my vehicle in for an oil change on time, so not only did they give me a loaner car so I could get to work on time, they covered my service free of charge. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Recommend 100%

Kyle gave me Great customer service. He was polite and went above and beyond by calling the dealership to find out about a warranty on my vehicle. And gave me contact information to get connected with someone at the dealership. Kyle communicated about his time line for the repair of my car for the initial problem. But then continued to reach out to make sure I was being taken care of at the dealership and if everything worked out. Wonderful experience!!

I noticed a flat tire first thing in the morning what a great way to start the Saturday off with lol. I took my vehicle to Rittman Automotive and talk to a gentleman name Brandon. Not only was he polite but he got me right in with no wait at all. I couldn t believe it. 15-20 min later my tire was fixed and back on the car and ready to go. Now I can go enjoy the rest of my day. Thank you so much Rittman Automotive and thank you Brandon for your great service!!! I will def be back!!!

Kyle was friendly and accommodating. In actuallity "ATV/DB rider 57" took his 2500 here at my request, on my dime $200. I was interested in his truck but being that I have never owned a diesel I requested an inspection. Rittman Automotive was close and had great reviews. They did an inspection and gave one to each of us. While you may not agree with their diagnosis I had to rely on someone who had experience with diesels.They had no skin in the game either way so I don't know why they would lie.I would certainly return.An update I wanted to add. The second vehicle I took to have these guys look over I ended up purchasing. There was something that they missed during the inspection but when I brought it to Kyle's attention he went out of his way to make sure I was compensated for the cost of not only the second inspection but he reimbursed me for the first as well. Which I certainly didn't expect. I would have no problem recommending Rttmann Auto in the future

I brought my car in Thursday night so they check it on Friday.I went there Friday to talk to them about fixing it(only open till 1:00, by the way). They stayed after hours(2:00) to fix it for me! Very courteous and kind. I would highly recommend them!

Joes absolutely my favorite. Loved being able to give him a hard time over the phone and poke fun in such a vulnerable time for me. Prompt when it came to phone, diagnosis and repairs. Drove from Akron just because of the reviews here. Thanks guys for looking over and fixing what you could on my ss. I ll definitely be back. Thanks guys.

Although I didn't get th car back in my timing it was a big job and felt the price was right. Car seems to be doing good. Heater OK. I have only caught one mouse. It's overwhelming to think one mouse did all that damage. I am told to put dryer sheets in the car and moth balls under the hood.

Took my Subaru Outback in for transmission fluid change. I've always done my own maintenance but am getting older and looking for mechanic I trust to fill the gap. In my conversation with Kyle I believe him to be very knowledgeable, skilled and person of integrity. Rittman automotive was very professional and had my transmission maintenance finished in a very timely manner. I will use them again.

This is the second time we have used Rittman automotive for service on our vehicles. I love the updates received throughout the service process. Price is very reasonable and service was preformed in a timely manner. I would definitely refer friends and family to Rittman Automotive for service.

I usually talk to Kyle and he is always super helpful, although all of their staff have been great whenever I need help with something. If I have questions about the work they suggest, they are always happy to help me understand what they think needs done and why. I really appreciate that they are willing to teach, since car lingo is Greek to me!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I was able to get my car inspected and evaluated the same day I dropped it off. Great communication from the staff about the problems associated with my car. They let me know the parts that were needing to be replaced. Then got the work completed quickly, and was no longer leaking fuel once they replaced the lines. Overall great experience and I'll be going back for future repairs and part replacement.
