Village Auto Body fixed my daughters car after she got into an accident. The staff was professional and they did a great job. Ten months later the car still looks wonderful.

After a bad crash with extensive damage that nearly totaled my SUV, Village Auto Body did amazing repairs inside and out. It drives perfectly, and you would have no idea that the airbags had deployed. Supply chain issues complicated the repairs, which ended up taking 6 months to complete, but that was not in anybody s control. Rick was very transparent about what was going on with the repair and the delays, and always took the time to tell me what was happening during my (many) calls to ask for updates. He and the other staff are kind and pleasant to work with. We re very happy with Village Auto Body and would recommend them if you need a body shop.

Fortunately I haven't had the need for a body shop but when I needed an outside mirror replaced I took my car to Village Auto Body. I knew that they had been in business for a long time and had a great reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Not only was my car in and out in one day, but it came back cleaner inside and out then when I brought it in! If I ever have to have more body work done I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Great friendly people and fair prices.

I must take a moment and compliment the 5 star service and quality of workmanship from everyone at the "Village Auto Body" of Richfield, Ohio. The repairs to my car are of museum standards! It appears as though nothing happened to my car. I have had the experience of using this facility three times over the years and have never been unsatisfied. These type of people are very hard to find these days. You can tell they enjoy what they do. I tip my hat to Rick, Ashley and John for the 5 star service! Thanks so much and keep up the good work. I cannot speak highly enough about Village Auto Body. After a horrible experience at Jay's Auto Body in Bedford. I was skeptical to go anywhere ever again. This was the second time extensive damage was done to our parked SUV. Rick at Village Auto Body is professional. Understanding and a very nice guy. Even with so many issues getting parts with supply issues, in my case, he made it happen. Obviously, not being able to get parts would not be the Body Shops fault. The work was done in a timely manner and cannot tell there was ever any damage. Unlike, Jays auto body which took 7 times going back to have them fix the work! I highly recommend Village for a person who takes pride in their vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down one of the best auto body shops around. The owner and employees are great people. Quality of the work is top notch and nothing is ever overlooked. I have been taking my cars there for 8+ years and have nothing but good things to say about Rick and his shop.

I own a small business which depends on my vehicle. Rick was able to get me in and out of his shop in 3 days, better than promised, and a lot quicker than his competitors. Great work, good price. I'm very satisfied. Russ P.

Very professional and competent auto repair facility. I've never seen a front office like this one. My son came in for the holidays. He borrowed my car and apparently had an issue backing into the garage. The passenger rear door was creased and dented. I just picked up my 2018 Ford Escape. It looks great. Thank you for making it new again.

Perfect experience! A deer ran into my car and my first thought was this is going to be such a hassle to fix. It was the complete opposite and the work done on my car was fantastic. Great people and the work they do is amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Village Auto did a great job repairing my Explorer after I hit a deer. Service was top notch and special kudos to the poor soul who detailed (unexpectedly) my vehicle inside and out. Would use them again.

July 18, 2016SUBJECT: Exceptional Customer Service at Village Auto Body of Richfield, OhioTo often the news contains so much negativity it taints our belief in the kindness and generosity of mankind that way to often go unnoticed. I am writing to share a very positive experience that was extremely generous that not only represents exceptional customer service, but also represents the pride that small business owners take in their work. To keep this story brief, my auto had to go in for some body and paint repair. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased with the outstanding finished product that Village Auto Body had done! However when I took the car home, we noticed there were several door dents that I thought were not there prior to taking the car in. Mr. Rick Hudak had me bring the car back for them to look at my concerns. As it turned out, these unnoticed door dents were not of any fault of the bodywork just performed; these door dents were ones I had not originally noticed. However Rick Hudak did not want me to be an unsatisfied customer and he expressed how much pride he takes in his work and reputation as a small business owner in Richfield. He insisted on me brining my car back into the shop, so they could give me a finished product I was 100% happy with! He proceeded not to charge me for the extra work that would have cost hundreds of dollars! Rick and his team at Village Auto Body exemplify the true meaning of honesty, exceptional customer service and kindness to their customers! Had multiple cars fixed up, including a 93 Jag XJ6, the first of many. Off the bat it was clear these guys cared as the owner mulled over how to best do the work and knew it would be a very difficult procedure. Those jags don't just spray on the paint, they bake them, changing the color and properties. As well, the pinstriping would need to be matched, a very difficult process, and he offered no guarantee that the pinstripe would look factory, only that he could get it blended and repair the job that leaky brake fluid had caused.In the end, the pinstripe looked way better than before, and most don't even notice it, compared to lots of commentary prior to the repair. The body work, despite the different approach, is flawless. He has since fixed up a Subaru or two, and even took a T-Boned 2017 Kia Optima that was about 6 months old and repaired it from a near-total loss to my current daily driver. I couldn't say more highly enough, whether you drive old or new, if it's cosmetic, this guy will do it flawlessly. Having seen that car on their website in person I am just amazed at the attention to detail and have seen it in my own cars.Repeat customer, will be throwing him more business, but hopefully not from another accident!

Recently I had a wreck and I had to pick a shop to repair my car. I'm glad I pick Village Auto Body. I had seen their local advertising that always looked professional so I decided to call. From the first moment I spoke to Rick felt confident I would receive good service and I did.

I had two different parking lot accidents accumulated on a rav 4, one on the front bumper from a moving truck and another major one on the passenger side doors. It took them about 2 weeks to do all the work, but it was worth it.

This place is super professional and helpful. I feel like they're also reasonably priced. The office is like stepping back to 1920! It's one of the nicest Auto offices I've ever been inside.

I took my car here to have an estimate done. I didn't end up having my car repaired there as it was more cost effective to sell the car as is but I thought the price they gave me was reasonable and they were very easy to deal with.
